for Oklahoma Department of Transportation.

Amount of $13,786.25. The motion was seconded by Trustee Barnes. The Trust was polled with the

Derric Lollar explained that this is for the oversight and inspection of the water treatment plant piping,
motor & pump rehab construction. This is budgeted and the rate is a per hour basis.

Tribe for the installation and maintenance of a water line located near the new 69A water tower, including
authorization of a one-time payment in the amount of $5,000.00, and to authorize the Trust Manager to
execute all necessary documents. The motion was seconded by Trustee Estep. The Trust was polled with
the following results:

2 upgrade for the protection of the busses and transformers including design, installation, equipment,
and commissioning, not to exceed $103,595.00. The motion was seconded by Trustee Dunkel. The Trust
