⚖️ Your Rights Under Oklahoma Law
The Oklahoma Open Records Act (51 O.S. § 24A.1 et seq.) guarantees public access to government records. You do NOT need to provide your name, address, or reason for requesting records. Government agencies must respond promptly and may only charge reasonable fees for document retrieval and copying. If a request is denied, the agency must cite the specific legal exemption.
