Councilmember Dunkel made a motion to designate Todd Barnes as the authorized agent for the OKMRF
retirement plan. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Estep. The Council was polled with the

Rick Aldridge spoke in support of Mayor Parker and his work for the benefit of the citizens. David Davis
spoke in support of Mayor Parker and his accomplishments in moving Miami forward. Billy Forbis spoke
in support of Mayor Parker and how much he has appreciated support from Mayor Parker and from the
community for helping him turn his life around. Darrell Taylor spoke in support of Mayor Parker and his
help with cleaning up trash around Miami and collecting toys for children. Cori Stotts spoke of her concern
regarding the City Attorney’s contract.

No action taken.

10. Adjournment

Councilmember Dunkel made a motion to adjourn. Councilmember Estep made the second. The Council
