00:02I'll now call to order the regular scheduled meeting of my city council. Number two, public input and unscheduled personal parents is we have none number three a claims
00:143b minutes from February 23rd 2026 for regular meetings
00:243c ordered 26-06 for the resigning of certain properties located at 1700b northwest. This is Jones, this
00:54is the next one. 17-17? So, I'm going to show them over here
01:12so starting with 1700b northwest paraged investments they've seen around town there's some dumpster trailers that say we buy
01:27ugly houses yeah
01:28we buy ugly houses and I will give them that they do you
01:35but he definitely puts time in effort into it
01:40And what needs to go enter these properties
01:43He is recently purchased 1700b northwest
01:48This already has two property on
01:51It's a main residence
01:55And they like the garage, mother and all suite
02:00He's wanting to make it two properties so there'll have 2 different addresses
02:04Two different meters water meters
02:06So we've got in its own residential single family
02:10We will happen with that resigning at multi-family
02:12Due until already having existing residences on their take a lot of them
02:19Most are going ask for rezoning out to RM1 resident from most families
02:26I don't see others gonna be any issues
02:34Like I said there's we're gonna have two separate meters for each of the utilities
02:40We've got a garage to do apartment too
02:55Yeah, sorry
02:56Wow that was awake nothing you guys see what are
02:58You were looking at yeah
03:00So
03:03so it is
03:05The one with an out and then they grow up
03:08It will be right now
03:10Probably when i built this
03:12It was probably like said it concluded the main property well he's wanted to put two different residences in there
03:21Rock, rock
03:22So we don't so
03:26We've got to reason at multi-family if its going have 2 separate
03:30If you're not basically related
03:32To primary residence
03:34So we'll actually have separate meters selected new
03:41Leaders on that is electrical water. Does it already had those set of
03:45Separate meters are they tied into
03:47Existing
03:50Yeah, okay
03:52Yep
03:59Yeah, so single family just because the apartment went with house when
04:05They built them sure
04:06That's how not saying there's people ever rented out to other
04:11People I'm surely half but well yeah
04:14So now it's going to be legal because we'll be multi-family motion good food
04:24How thick?
04:323D orders 26 dash 07 206
04:350 7 for the rezoning a certain property located at 823 h
04:39Northwest case of this one
04:42Was on our demo list. We had property hearings last summer
04:48This was on schedule bd mode
04:50Zach actually bought the house and get mode to House himself
04:55Which took the burden off of this city
04:58And he's wanting
04:59To build a tribe-plex on
05:03The property is course its own residence or single family because it was single
05:08Family home
05:11We have two
05:13Rm2
05:20It going be I don't know if you guys drove by but
05:23It burned probably two years ago maybe
05:27We finally got on the demo list property owner didn't show up they defaulted and it was our list to be torn down
05:35He has turned around. There's lots really not cleaned-up yet, but its
05:44Its getting there
05:54I think this is one of ones that he definitely bought an ugly house because
05:59I mean, i exact great work with he's been going you know buying a lot of properties around town doing right keep this in the loop
06:07So that makes our job easy
06:15Okay three e contract for them my original airport QT pod
06:26In 4000 self-serving fuel internal
06:31It's even four thousand we couldn't go to for the m5
06:33I
06:37So this is the feeling station and on self-serving fuel out of their port
06:43From what i understand
06:45The fuel master's about 10 years old maybe a little more when you say
06:50It becomes obsolete so either way we got to update
06:57pod pedestal
07:01We've kind have gone back or forth
07:05About going back with fuel master or QT we learned about qt
07:10Some other area of airports have the Q-te they seem to think it's more user friendly
07:15We've kind a quiz some pilots as i come in
07:18It was an anonymous vote
07:21To recommend the cutie at that airport board meeting so I had Brian Loman here who is
07:29Oneof The reasons.I will say, That
07:30We kind of lean towards this because he's local. He is out
07:34Of bottles a bill
07:36With fuel master, you know
07:38You can get put on hold talk to people i mean I could call Brian any time
07:43He has been great work with
07:46As far as what it does
07:49I'm really not privy on that. That's why i have Brian here
07:52So if you guys, If You Guys Have Any Questions On The Installation Process How Long It'll Take
07:58Im just Excited to Because One We Had it
08:01Its been a boring Our Side for
08:03A couple of Years Now
08:05Do?
08:10Yeah
08:12All kind Of What Is Best
08:59This will be Internet Basics
09:02It's a lot more responsive
09:04You can't even work to troll on it
09:08If you've been able To feel low coming out
09:15So its just gonna manage Just Locally WTRA
09:26Yeah, that Is That The Airport
09:28What is the cost?
09:30Its so fuel master
09:32Um
09:33It has 20kms of 1.24 for Q-te
09:36Fuel Master Came In
09:38About 4gm
09:41And again
09:43Even if they were here i think
09:45myself, the board felt that customer service was a big thing being having somebody here
09:54face.
09:55So
09:57And he could be in any time I mean all we have to do is pick up
10:00the phone and call him
10:02He m or someone yeah
10:03In The Air Force wars are
10:06They they wrecked
10:07You know you can't see recommended because QT
10:12Are there any additional fees associated with it current court visa?
10:15It's $16
10:17That's actually for the unbranded credit card network that we threw full of 66
10:23And how networks is
10:25We, Actually would get to credit cards every day and then what was said you guys are Credit Mimmo
10:36I will say though. The fuel measure
10:38We have again it's been
10:40It said its life is done with because
10:45Some pilots are having trouble
10:47Its stops their fuel at a certain amount
10:51They can't get any more without pulling out
10:53Running the game and going to start now or so
10:56Been in long time coming for what I understand
11:02Super excited

14:51Or that's what i call them
14:53And then on our Facebook site
14:56I wore This shirt Tonight
14:58Because this is What Would Remain As Any Logo That We Will Put On
15:03Anything
15:04Thing we would War
15:06It Is The Mime With A White
15:08Wipe River
15:10In Emergency Management
15:12because
15:13This would be way too much to put on a shirt
15:15or jacket
15:16Anything
15:17And
15:22You Can Talk To Gary Long Get About That
15:24Because he wants A Coat
15:25He Want's that On It So There We Go

16:46And We Still Have The
16:49Old Civil Defensive Sign Right Down There
16:52That Will Never Go Away
16:53Crazy About It
17:07Just Because
17:08I Don't Look At that

I'll now call to order the regular scheduled meeting of my city council. Number two, public input and unscheduled personal parents is we have none number three a claims 3b minutes from February 23rd 2026 for regular meetings 3c ordered 26-06 for the resigning of certain properties located at 1700b northwest. This is Jones, this is the next one. 17-17? So, I'm going to show them over here so starting with 1700b northwest paraged investments they've seen around town there's some dumpster trailers that say we buy ugly houses yeah we buy ugly houses and I will give them that they do you but he definitely puts time in effort into it And what needs to go enter these properties He is recently purchased 1700b northwest This already has two property on It's a main residence And they like the garage, mother and all suite He's wanting to make it two properties so there'll have 2 different addresses Two different meters water meters So we've got in its own residential single family We will happen with that resigning at multi-family Due until already having existing residences on their take a lot of them Most are going ask for rezoning out to RM1 resident from most families I don't see others gonna be any issues Like I said there's we're gonna have two separate meters for each of the utilities We've got a garage to do apartment too Yeah, sorry Wow that was awake nothing you guys see what are You were looking at yeah So so it is The one with an out and then they grow up It will be right now Probably when i built this It was probably like said it concluded the main property well he's wanted to put two different residences in there Rock, rock So we don't so We've got to reason at multi-family if its going have 2 separate If you're not basically related To primary residence So we'll actually have separate meters selected new Leaders on that is electrical water. Does it already had those set of Separate meters are they tied into Existing Yeah, okay Yep Yeah, so single family just because the apartment went with house when They built them sure That's how not saying there's people ever rented out to other People I'm surely half but well yeah So now it's going to be legal because we'll be multi-family motion good food How thick? 3D orders 26 dash 07 206 0 7 for the rezoning a certain property located at 823 h Northwest case of this one Was on our demo list. We had property hearings last summer This was on schedule bd mode Zach actually bought the house and get mode to House himself Which took the burden off of this city And he's wanting To build a tribe-plex on The property is course its own residence or single family because it was single Family home We have two Rm2 It going be I don't know if you guys drove by but It burned probably two years ago maybe We finally got on the demo list property owner didn't show up they defaulted and it was our list to be torn down He has turned around. There's lots really not cleaned-up yet, but its Its getting there I think this is one of ones that he definitely bought an ugly house because I mean, i exact great work with he's been going you know buying a lot of properties around town doing right keep this in the loop So that makes our job easy Okay three e contract for them my original airport QT pod In 4000 self-serving fuel internal It's even four thousand we couldn't go to for the m5 I So this is the feeling station and on self-serving fuel out of their port From what i understand The fuel master's about 10 years old maybe a little more when you say It becomes obsolete so either way we got to update pod pedestal We've kind have gone back or forth About going back with fuel master or QT we learned about qt Some other area of airports have the Q-te they seem to think it's more user friendly We've kind a quiz some pilots as i come in It was an anonymous vote To recommend the cutie at that airport board meeting so I had Brian Loman here who is Oneof The reasons.I will say, That We kind of lean towards this because he's local. He is out Of bottles a bill With fuel master, you know You can get put on hold talk to people i mean I could call Brian any time He has been great work with As far as what it does I'm really not privy on that. That's why i have Brian here So if you guys, If You Guys Have Any Questions On The Installation Process How Long It'll Take Im just Excited to Because One We Had it Its been a boring Our Side for A couple of Years Now Do? Yeah All kind Of What Is Best This will be Internet Basics It's a lot more responsive You can't even work to troll on it If you've been able To feel low coming out So its just gonna manage Just Locally WTRA Yeah, that Is That The Airport What is the cost? Its so fuel master Um It has 20kms of 1.24 for Q-te Fuel Master Came In About 4gm And again Even if they were here i think myself, the board felt that customer service was a big thing being having somebody here face. So And he could be in any time I mean all we have to do is pick up the phone and
