05:53Question one.
06:06the first entry, is it actually five?
06:20Would you mind passing the one that you have signed to us so we could look at it?
06:24Because we're, it's the one we have, it doesn't have that number on it.
06:31When you say in our package, are you talking about, so,
06:37one of our packages is five million to two hundred and two thousand, two fifty-nine.
06:41This is the number that changed up here.
06:43This is what it says in my package.
06:45Right, right.
06:46That's the old number.
06:47That's correct.
06:48That's five million dollars, and what it should be,
06:52because I forgot that I looked at the formula today,
06:55this number was not included in the formula, so this is the new number.
07:00Okay, I was confused because of this number at the bottom when you were saying it was almost very close to that.
07:08Yeah, it's just like a couple of numbers off.
07:10Yeah, that's a very big question.
07:11What's in your package is five hundred and five million,
07:15the circle number, and it should be this number,
07:20because this number was not in.
07:27Hold that, hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it.
07:30These numbers are, but this is a formula on my spreadsheet,
07:34and the formula did not include this number.
07:37Oh, so when I included it, this now five, I'm thinking Dragon, skip the last one.
07:41Okay, I'm thinking Excel, if I know what happened to them.
07:55Make a motion we approve.
07:57How's that again?
08:00He's dead.
08:01Joe, hi.
08:01Five, five, don't hold me.
08:03Hi.
08:04Hi.
08:05Hi.
08:06Thanks.
08:07Five, e, minutes from the number number, number fourth, twenty-five,
08:10regular meeting.
08:11Question two, approve.
08:13Second.
08:16Orange, I, Easton.
08:17Hi.
08:18Don't hold.
08:19Hi.
08:19Joe, hi.
08:20Parker.
08:21Hi.
08:22Six, seven new business.
08:23This is a written, some supposed to this agenda.
08:29Seven staff reports.
08:31The question is on seven A.
08:37Eight custody community announcement.
08:39Nine, trust man, or two occasion.
08:43Two things.
08:45So number one, the Christmas tree arrives in the morning.
08:49Everybody's excited about that.
08:50Derek has left for Christmas, so I think, is more than trimmed as even.
08:54So, we're excited.
08:57Number two is, is my favorite member, is D.R.D.A. as race.
09:00our electric crates October November. So we passing that on after the first year, but we're
09:04going to put in like another male or fires in the utility bills like the increase. So I know
09:10Matt's been working on putting the gating those put in the utility bills so we can notify
09:14everybody that you know rates are going up because you're a day. Just like the board now. Last thing is,
09:19I guess so I had three. We opened bids for AMI and there was 11 bidders for the automatic
09:24meter rating. So that's pretty well. It's the most bidder on any projects since I've been here
09:27we've ever gotten. So there's lots of data to go through. So we're going to have a bunch of meetings
09:34with the Arkansas Altant bomb, you know, finding the correct meter that we want to go with. So as
09:39impressed though, there's that much interest in a meter. So that's pretty impressive. So since you've
09:46opened them, do you automatically go with a little bit or? Now because there's a lot of things in them. So
09:53they have the base cost but then they have like okay like the meter data management. So
09:57what our customers are going to want. Like the portals they can get into and log on. They have a different
10:01cost for that. Then just besides the meters, which we have a broken out. And then they have the yearly cost
10:06for the hardware software, you know, from there on. So some of the companies were 25,000, some of them were
10:11half a million dollars or about fell over. Yeah. Like obviously we can't afford to pay half a million dollars
10:17from that one. Because that's taking away money from our infrastructure. So I'm trying to think either
10:23anything else they're coming in. Yeah, I was on the electric meter. Do we have towns that are
10:40incomparable like into size and scale? Yeah, we've been reaching out to a lot of them and actually they're
10:44going to talk to one of them the other day and he was like, yeah, I wouldn't go with the meters that we went with.
10:48So that's right. That's right. Yeah. But they're implementing a muck a year ago. But it's kind of good. I love to
10:55reach out to other people in this kind of seat there. And whenever we go with, it's going to have a map
11:02that our citizens can track their stuff on the app and all that. We'll be part of that in a couple of
11:09parts of it. Yeah. So there's something to be able to interact with. But they're seeing their
11:55East and Jews and all that. Some of this I'm doing. I can't take anything all of them to do wrong.
12:07because I would like to have alarms or something
12:09where people have a water leak and send them a text.
12:11I think it gives our citizens a little bit of a view
12:17into their usage, their meal, be able to track it the whole month.
12:23That way they can, the naked states, I have a leak.
12:26I mean, they can tell what's going on with their own bill day by day.
12:30Right.
12:31Yes, they have to do it.
12:33That is the goal.
12:57These AMIs, are we been in them to where they come in and replace them?
13:00So the electric one we would replace them ourselves.
13:03The water one will have to put out for bid, like,
13:05as far as a contractor to come in and replace the water.
13:07I just don't know if we have the personnel or the time.
13:10I mean, they're kind of big, you know, to go in and dig up and.
13:14And you know, the thing is we're around to do a really good job of educating people
13:17because there's meters out here.
13:18They're 50, 60, 70 years old.
13:20So, you know, if you get $100 electric bill, you know,
13:28or 50 dollar electric bill,
13:30mature 4,000 square foot home and then you get a different meter.
13:34I mean, we've had that happen for a people's son.
13:36I'm excited about this.
13:37It's this kind of been three or four years in the water, right?
13:41We've been working towards this.
13:43So that we're here.
13:44So I think it'll make a big difference for us.
13:46We have to be able to use it.
13:47To be able to use it.
13:48To be able to follow and see and see what's going on.
13:52Yes, sir.
13:55Okay.
13:56Okay.
13:56Turn it.
13:57Motion.
13:58Second.
14:00Hi.
14:01Hi.
14:02Jones.
14:03Hi.
14:04Hi.
