[00:36] Oh no
[00:38] Yeah about 20
[00:41] Actually, this is the shirt we've got in that dressing uniform for it
[00:46] So I'll make a couple of things you know from policy
[00:49] And they play jiffy up also going to presentations
[00:53] Or think like after this will look better than then
[01:00] Well done sir
[01:02] i'm still not wearing pants though
[01:04] But he's wear shorts
[01:06] Yeah
[01:09] Now have some parts out of living
[01:14] We gotta...
[01:16] Yeah
[01:18] You got the shirt on too?
[01:20] The location bar...

[01:40] To your name
[01:48] And you can just say one nation under high
[01:51] Invisible
[01:53] Whatever the protest is for
[01:58] For public input, I'm scared of personal parisus
[02:01] For five presentation discussion
[02:03] With presentations from my data
[02:06] Regarding fiber optic internet service, John Terry
[02:12] Thank You sir
[02:14] I brought James Kristallic with me
[02:16] I told ya guys
[02:18] At last meeting that she see my mug again this week
[02:21] So here i am, a phone through on that promise
[02:24] Last time i'll do it again my name is John Terry with IdeaTech
[02:27] I'm out of Gillesburg, Kansas
[02:29] About an hour up the road here in New York, County
[02:32] And being hearing means a lot to me
[02:35] My wife and actual were married
[02:37] In Miami, Oklahoma 12 years ago
[02:39] June 26th 2013
[02:41] It might be 28 sure
[02:43] But
[02:46] Men are not allowed
[02:48] To find that idea tech was interested
[02:50] For those reason many others
[02:52] Being someone who lives
[02:53] In the four states, I'm excited to see this region grow
[02:57] My M is a perfect opportunity for us
[03:00] This looks like alot of other communities we invest in
[03:04] So were very exciting
[03:06] To bring it ten million dollar private investment here
[03:09] And brings some quality good pay and jobs with benefits
[03:12] We've got affordable eight gig
[03:16] Some magical fiber that are looking forward
[03:18] Bring into every home business
[03:20] Not cherry picking
[03:21] Everybody who wants it
[03:24] And we don't have residential contracts
[03:27] So that's a good thing
[03:29] Obviously people dont like getting tied up by pieces of paper on residential service
[03:33] We donรญt cap data,
[03:35] I'm not going to give them
[03:38] Just delivered in service month and months
[03:40] That you pay for as long
[03:43] As long your happy with it
[03:45] Did turn an apartment
[03:47] On Wednesday at last week
[03:49] As soon as we get with the city and have a conversation about how to move forward
[03:54] James drove three hours down from Wichdon also
[03:57] I know he's got some things that seem like to say
[03:59] Yeah, no thank you
[04:01] The game is crystalic of ideas
[04:03] Been really looking at my MF for quite time
[04:06] We had some meetings in couple
[04:08] And it was an exciting idea
[04:10] When were did come
[04:12] From small town of Bielercans
[04:13] We were really interested in what it means to be left behind
[04:18] Rule kind of citizens
[04:20] So we've done this throughout the state of Kansas
[04:23] Built out about 130 communities
[04:25] All who did have a great option
[04:27] And so now, moving into across
[04:29] In some areas that may do
[04:31] Have an options but they don't need two options
[04:32] And we've kind of looked at this area quite some time
[04:35] We're kinda looking to the quapal commerce
[04:38] Even in my MF and now
[04:40] Here, here it is say hey
[04:42] Hey
[04:44] I want you able for a private internet before
[04:46] It was an idea that started as a senior high school project
[04:49] Back 1999
[04:51] For four High School students
[04:53] Daniel Frieson had a view
[04:56] There's been RFP for Bielerhigh School
[04:58] And they did it out from a witch at all
[05:01] They convinced the staff that said hey
[05:04] Can we put in RFP for this as well
[05:07] So, so you guys are high school seniors
[05:09] Sure do have any backing
[05:11] Starting with company
[05:13] With $250 each
[05:15] To be able to start idea tech
[05:17] In their application and
[05:20] For 1999
[05:23] In 2007
[05:25] They started buying up some failing DSL companies
[05:28] Because they realized that was kind of going out
[05:30] But Bieler Kansas, the first city in
[05:32] The state accounts have actual full residential fiber connection
[05:35] So when you look at Bieler very midnight community
[05:38] And it had access better access
[05:40] Some cities like Wichita
[05:42] Bigger seasick to peak
[05:44] That are in a State of Kansas
[05:46] It's really been our passion
[05:48] To serve these areas
[05:50] We look at the state and say okay, what is out there?
[05:53] What's their opportunity for idea tech to be able
[05:56] To come in help these residents
[05:58] And so when we coming into our pricing package
[06:00] You know they start $40 a month
[06:02] That sets us different from that competition
[06:04] When you're going
[06:06] So
[06:08] There are some jobs
[06:10] They will see local people working here
[06:13] Here
[06:14] We get involved in the community, we invest
[06:17] And then we will be investing in the chambers
[06:19] That really make this city a better place to live
[06:22] So I encourage you guys
[06:24] To reach out ideas that
[06:26] You might build their own infrastructure
[06:28] Okay
[06:30] We still want work together
[06:33] Things like we can do
[06:35] Like i said
[06:37] Your got your on down here
[06:39] Just wanted to talk about that
[06:42] Answer any type of questions you may have
[06:45] I'll let John kind see if there's anything else i missed
[06:47] There is one thing the James didn't mention
[06:49] That, thanks in important community like my am
[06:52] And it looks out these we participate
[06:54] What call
[06:56] The equal access program
[06:58] Is through
[07:00] Through
[07:02] If your on a fixed income
[07:05] We offer package
[07:06] We can't afford it
[07:08] I believe its 2499
[07:12] Yeah, that's correct
[07:15] So we do this because
[07:17] Because different income levels throughout
[07:20] Everywhere you go
[07:22] Not everybody cannot afford the same prices or neighbours
[07:25] But if your on a leave any body behind
[07:28] If our school districts to let them know
[07:31] Get in their kids and roll
[07:33] They have laws and can't be in their
[07:36] There are no enrollment
[07:38] But they take those packets
[07:40] And we do that
[07:43] We will get involved with the booster
[07:46] Everything within community of schools
[07:49] That's just one thing
[07:51] Help families
[07:53] In comes
[07:55] Right now
[07:57] You
[07:59] Questions for us guys or anything else that we can discuss
[08:09] The product sure you're going to offer
[08:11] Is it just internet, if your on a phone
[08:14] Or are getting off our TV?
[08:16] It would be an Internet and a phone service
[08:19] Yeah. That's exactly what
[08:22] We don't do tv
[08:24] You used the tv back in early 2000s
[08:27] But with learned is
[08:29] If they rise
[08:30] You have good internet access
[08:33] So we teach people how to stream
[08:36] We do information leading
[08:38] When coming into the community
[08:40] What exactly you need
[08:42] To connect with your feedback
[08:44] And draw a bunch of no contract
[08:47] If they come in and talk
[08:49] They just might be themselves
[08:51] There has been all I know
[08:53] Have watched TV or got yourself on
[08:55] But that's what it is
[08:57] It can start here
[08:58] You can work in this a later
[09:00] But we will teach people how to use your stream
[09:05] A bonus for businesses
[09:07] We also do analog lines
[09:09] Somebody has the home line
[09:11] They cannot connect that
[09:15] See it he and boats
[09:17] So you guys have a favorite of a home
[09:19] Fiber
[09:21] Fibre
[09:23] What's her connection?
[09:25] Fibrer of the home
[09:27] Every home or business
[09:28] So we do our best not to overbuild or network
[09:32] Everything is on the wrong
[09:34] I always make jokes and go into communities
[09:36] They won't call you if their speed
[09:38] Is above they will called
[09:40] And so, like we take a private adventure
[09:44] Our next mistake
[09:47] You are going be 8 out of 9
[09:49] That's what we're at
[09:51] We've got special technology that allows
[09:53] As long as it works
[09:55] Right some people say
[09:57] Which could give me this case
[09:58] About 20 to 25 was considered acceptable
[10:03] Now it's 100% used
[10:05] So 8 gig technology is there
[10:07] More AI
[10:09] And more type of things come out
[10:11] People have that bandwidth
[10:14] They can't have them
[10:18] We get some people who are best and the best
[10:20] Some say, hey we will provide a piece
[10:25] Of my services
[10:27] If you're not tech savvy
[10:29] I really don t know
[10:30] If you have a staff on train
[10:32] That can actually remote it and fix the diagnosis
[10:34] You know, we add some that are very good
[10:40] So thats why they're choice to get huge
[10:45] Someone comes from the motor or rather
[10:47] Because its something I least
[10:49] But if he had an option
[10:52] To do so
[10:54] When our freedom package
[10:56] What this is about is that piece of mine
[10:59] Sirs like for your life
[11:00] You know, that's certain one comes
[11:03] So like basically the router
[11:05] They can unplug it and plug back in
[11:07] But when you come to actual troubleshooting
[11:09] It really kind of stops exactly
[11:11] That is what this is about
[11:13] There are no service charge for a set of technicians
[11:16] Out there get them fixed
[11:20] Thats included
[11:22] And thats an add-on
[11:24] Can we have your own router
[11:26] We had a presentation
[11:28] And it breaks down and writes
[11:31] What we call freedom by a bus
[11:33] You can see exactly what that is
[11:37] So they have the package
[11:39] There are no charge for trouble
[11:42] That's correct
[11:45] If you add your own motor
[11:47] Yes, give us 100% correct
[11:49] We understand any time
[11:51] People buy or underground
[11:53] As always there s just came to work out
[11:55] We can get that done
[11:57] And we try to make sure
[11:59] When you go into the house
[12:01] If everything is connected
[12:03] You have one of these old boardable type phones
[12:05] Then they will check in connection
[12:08] The each room
[12:10] If it doesn t need access point
[12:12] There s a lot technical things
[12:18] But people don't want them
[12:20] So, if there are a lot of connections
[12:23] We have those products
[12:27] One thing that s important to mention on the subject
[12:30] A trouble shooting too is
[12:32] All of our troubleshooting all
[12:35] Of ours support in this house
[12:37] When you call when we talk about somebody from
[12:39] And contract out support calls
[12:42] So even if it's something basic and minor
[12:44] Unplugging a plug-in
[12:47] What does your design look like
[12:51] From an infrastructure perspective
[12:53] For example, fiber is pretty notorious for
[12:56] If this guy digs a hole in his jar
[12:58] And cuts the fiber line
[13:00] Then it would exist with your design
[13:04] I have that basically seen
[13:07] That job
[13:09] Haven t seeing them full of designs
[13:11] But i don't think so
[13:14] Basically everything has broken down
[13:18] If somebody hits the main backbone
[13:21] Sure
[13:23] And excavating machine or something
[13:27] But if someone is out digging in their yard
[13:29] It s fiber line that has been going to
[13:31] Or house, it may be a bit of a day
[13:34] Maybe this specific pedestal
[13:36] That he talked about my view of these few three months
[13:39] More on that one
[13:41] I think i was looking at doing lot
[13:44] Overhead
[13:46] The design we turned into
[13:47] And there may be a few instances depending on
[13:51] Once we get a conversation going and find out
[13:54] If you guys have services that are just jam packed into this area
[13:59] Or when they're in the car, cross-shoe across
[14:02] For if it makes more sense
[14:05] We can work with city on full attachment agreement to go
[14:08] At whatever case maybe
[14:09] And we've seen that for some cities like
[14:13] We prefer you be on poles
[14:15] Because of this, you know, infrastructure
[14:18] It might not happen whatever
[14:20] That helps people to make up
[14:22] Also
[14:31] You say maybe it's a waste storm
[14:37] They just kind
[14:39] Of course I believe in this
[14:42] This is an underground design building
[14:47] Some of them have a lot of ideas
[14:48] And it's typically the process now
[14:52] The one that we did in a van
[14:55] We went down and out of nowhere
[14:57] But what else?
[14:59] You basically sight everything
[15:01] That is there because anybody who works at utilities knows
[15:04] I don't care how good your tracer wire
[15:07] Is, then you are going to get all this stuff
[15:09] So
[15:12] If people have inspectors go up
[15:14] Once they're done
[15:16] People will be called
[15:20] We have a really high standard for our contractors
[15:24] If you talk to shell in up there and back your springs
[15:27] I'm not going say here until they were an issue
[15:29] It was another ground build with one of his things
[15:33] That said, Shell just today when i
[15:35] Was talking about how Roman the contractor supervisor
[15:38] And that feeling like man this guy's been excellent work
[15:41] But we had phone call from residents saying hey
[15:44] They came through last week
[15:45] I don't have a straw and see down in my art
[15:49] He calls Roman the building goes out there to take care of his problem
[15:52] One thing we ask especially as construction begins
[15:55] It's not just communicating with contractor but let us know
[15:59] That what is going on because
[16:01] There can be times where you are like well, we're dealing directly
[16:04] With them they might not necessarily
[16:06] We got an idea that would apply
[16:11] To get some water and then go up
[16:14] But we understand that's a trick of the lines and things
[16:18] We've got work for small towns
[16:21] There are things like that
[16:23] So there is concern
[16:32] During this construction meeting, they have contractor
[16:35] Feel supervisor he will be on ground
[16:37] Our project might basically go to myself
[16:43] Between that contractor supervisor
[16:45] He was first contact
[16:47] You should make an issue right now
[16:48] Not tomorrow next week we get to
[16:54] He's unavailable or something is not done
[16:57] That satisfaction through him then you'll talk
[16:59] Project manager will ensure that
[17:06] So I'd be in layers of it
[17:22] Thank God he can join us. Appreciate
[17:28] Number six, coin list
[17:30] Second
[17:33] Two times for the parker
[17:37] Item B, coin lists from bands auto group
[17:40] Single
[17:42] Two
[17:45] Part
[17:49] Item C, men from the October 7
[17:51] Twenty twenty five, ready to
[17:53] Who's two proof?
[17:56] So what
[17:58] Five
[18:02] Seven, any businesses if they need which is the residence of the post
[18:09] This agenda, pay staff reports
[18:11] There you get some of that
[18:17] On this storm water staff report
[18:18] We'll just leave these out
[18:23] And we're so busy for us to read
[18:26] Yeah, it's a new
[18:31] What would you say New granicus software and
[18:33] It plays that out
[18:35] So
[18:37] So the population control
[18:39] Pollution
[18:41] I will save population control
[18:44] Sorry
[18:49] We're giving you that a long time
[18:51] Pollution control
[18:54] I had a lady mess
[18:57] She lives out on
[18:59] 17th
[19:01] Southwest, I think
[19:04] About C
[19:07] You guys like have
[19:10] A schedule where are your go or
[19:16] Any times about streets between me
[19:18] Now talk of the boats brain
[19:22] The mosquito
[19:23] I know that's over now, but
[19:26] So pollution control, the South American
[19:28] Pollution Control is like sewer
[19:31] The tanker system so it
[19:33] It's a total of the water
[19:35] Yeah
[19:37] My brain was focused on
[19:39] That one
[19:44] It told her now
[19:46] She asked me if there were sometimes schedule
[19:48] Sure
[19:50] But i don't know what to do
[19:55] You're still in Florida
[19:58] I don't know what to do
[20:01] So we're going
[20:03] To talk about the water
[20:06] I think it was posted online
[20:08] But there is a Water issue on
[20:10] The corn here
[20:12] Like, you just come out of that road
[20:15] There's also one on Bay Street
[20:17] Which side
[20:19] Of the place
[20:22] And then i went all along
[20:24] And i saw it and was like
[20:27] That's actively coming out
[20:29] Okay, I should probably tell there
[20:32] Yeah
[20:36] Okay cool
[20:41] I'm not in trustee community announcements
[20:45] Can trust my entertainment communications
[20:48] No sir
[20:50] This meeting will be continued from Cal State Regiment
[20:52] The staff room is a purpose
[20:54] Executive session
