There's a cap $20 thousand dollars in what that means there are adjustments And then amendments so we have thirty funds those Are essentially businesses 30 businesses The City Manager has They've thought he'd transfer money into past He had been transferred inside Of fund Well The Council went a step further and gave him the authority to transfer money between funds up To 20,000 And or Increase So if you approved $100 million dollar budget We got at twenty thousand dollars grant He could approve that Grant Stipulation is That he has A report At Next meeting While I was kind of setting this Step-up Start thinking Oh my gosh All our governing bodies need To approve this authority resolution This men that are not a Resolution So I'm taking it to every trust we have and the 501C3 Senior Center But That i am asking for your approval If It has exact same language from The Council's Resolution Any questions?
