00:02Much to approve.
00:04Excuse me.
00:05Please.
00:06Please.
00:10To the back.
00:11To the United States of America.
00:13And to the very public for which it stands.
00:15One nation.
00:16And a guy in the middle of the community.
00:19And justice for all.
00:20And to discussion of possible action.
00:26Contract with the drug for John Rogers for the purposes of payment.
00:30For professional quality, documentary and promotional videos.
00:35So this is the few weeks ago to mayor and print a crow in Tyler Tantany.
00:47Mr. Rogers and here in the gallery proposed to do a professional documentary of the
00:564th of the town regarding the flooding in GRVAM.
00:59What's been done to us in the United States of the United States of the United States of the United States of the United States of the United States of the United States of the United States.
01:03And I get on to a national network like Netflix or whatever.
01:08But Netflix requires a certain quality of camera that he doesn't have.
01:15So in their discussions.
01:17The mayor and Tyler and Trim have found out that $6,700 with all that it would cost.
01:24To buy this camera with a Sony FX3 to produce professional quality.
01:35So contract that I have done.
01:40What co-poses that the city would pay for over $6,700.
01:46And contingent upon that payment he is to purchase a Sony FX3 video camera for purposes of doing the documentary for promotional videos for the city.
02:01A professional quality he would assist us with trying to get Netflix to pick up the documentary.
02:12And at the end of that work the camera would be his free of any grat, how to work in terms of the city.
02:18I talked to when I had a documentary done about one of my cases and so I talked to my agent who was to work with me on that documentary.
02:29And it says $6,700 would be a fair price for that kind of work.
02:35The full promotional videos of the documentary and you said it would be more than fair.
02:40So that's so this is the contract that I prepared for that.
02:45And the reason that we did especially in the mayor called me.
02:56If this was originally from the city on 920.
03:00the mayor earlier this week. He brought up a good point that with the settlements, the
03:06lawsuit settlements, there could possibly be in the A's where they are not allowed to talk
03:12about the settlement or the case at all, so if saying not's grocery, if they were to sign
03:22their settlement with an NDA, they wouldn't be able to participate in the document.
03:28And this way, John, go ahead and hit the ground run and go ahead and get some of that
03:37information beforehand and have it before they sign it. So not just can't be with it if they don't
03:45sign it, if they don't sign their settlement, because that would just end.
03:50It's common when you sign a civil settlement agreement to have a non-disclosure agreement
03:57contained within that, so they wouldn't be able to talk about the case or the things that
04:01had happened to them or the amount, several things they would not be allowed to talk about,
04:07and so that would probably preclude them to a man who would participate if we'd get to the
04:13new beforehand. If we could be right, they haven't signed anything yet.
04:17So if we go ahead and, okay, now then, that's the plan.
04:22That's to be sure and get there.
04:24So our next meeting, one is good, so I think the 20th.
04:27And there's supposed to be before the end, and that's why we have the special meeting, so he started
04:32with some of that. Yeah, I've been there twice, I think, done something to be wrong.
04:48And he does. That's true.
04:53Order of sandwich for me.
04:54This is for tax.
05:06And this camera will only be used for this purpose until, once this is done, then you can, you have all
05:13right to the camera. But I guess my concern is the potential conflict of interest for myself
05:19and even voting on the matter.
05:23If you use it for anything bump-off related during this time, that could, that could look for
05:29what's that on?
05:37I think you're looking at this backwards. We're paying him a payment, and he's going out and purchasing
05:42something on his own. So I think the use of this camera is irrelevant in the respect that he's
05:47not thinking about.
05:48He's a person he purposes until it's finalized, right?
05:51And I think your concern is John Wart from Guelbaugh.
05:54Nice. And his family is on the border for the Guelbaugh, so I got you to ask.
05:58And I don't want anybody to assume that me-
06:00You know, we're partial because, you know, voting whatever, because it's like, this is good for me.
06:05I don't think that that's, you know, because that's really, I mean, like, so I do a lot of video on the work.
06:11But there's something like that.
06:12I didn't voice the view about what I was listening to.
06:18And I like it.
06:19Yeah.
06:20Yeah.
06:21And that's a little bit too, it's like, I can't guarantee you that this gets on there.
06:29I can't.
06:30Sure.
06:31I can't.
06:32What?
06:33I can guarantee you that you will have at the end of this documentary.
06:39But I'm, I already caught her case and they're getting registered.
06:45Yeah.
06:46We're hour.
06:59The other is, we see you.
07:06And that's the political.
07:07Yeah.
07:08And we're alright, so, all the footage.
07:11Yeah.
07:12We have all the right to all of that.
07:13And you sell it.
07:14It's your money.
07:15If it makes it to that place in the city.
07:18But so, you're still writing for some more.
07:19And we have to make certain scores.
07:20You just write and that will be to be,
07:21I acknowledge, as the producer of director.
07:24Yeah.
07:26I will see it here.
07:29I would like to show this at film festivals
07:32and that's how you get it.
07:35They go to be some of that.
07:36And I'd like to have that in there that we can keep going.
07:45I mean, we would have to call or write,
07:47and if we see you and letting it go,
07:49then we want to do that.
07:51Right.
07:52Right.
07:53That should not happen.
07:54So that's what we're doing.
07:55My thoughts are,
07:5767 $1.
07:58And then, basically, just for the documentary,
08:00and then we're just saying,
08:01okay, you can have this personally
08:03for whatever use after that.
08:04Can the sitting up purchase it
08:06so that we can use it in the future for other.
08:08You know,
08:10what if the camera has it?
08:12We have crystal here.
08:14And I asked her if we should purchase the camera
08:17and then do the deal.
08:19Do the deal where he would end up with the camera.
08:22And she said,
08:24no, because then I have to put it in the asset management.
08:27The goal is for him to have the camera
08:29as payment for the videos.
08:31Such.
08:32Okay.
08:33But the easier way is to pay him the cost of the camera
08:36and give him the money with the contingency
08:39that he suspended the money on that camera.
08:41And then use the camera for our purposes.
08:44And at the end of that,
08:46or it doesn't specifically say it in the contract
08:48but at the end, it would be his camera.
08:50But that's what the intent.
08:54That's the intention.
08:55That's why he's taking the money.
08:56Okay.
08:58Thank you.
09:00a little pain, but he's taking care of it and he's taking care of it and he's taking care of it and he's taking care of it
09:07that's why I think we're paying him some money and he's going to go to the military
09:13we assume he's going to do what we want him to do
09:31but I'm doing this not up, not looking for money
09:38no, I'm sorry that I came across that way
09:41I was just thinking why not us purchase it and then we could use it for future events
09:45or whatever it is that we needed to start it out
09:48but I got you
09:50we probably don't have anybody qualified to use the camera
09:54you weren't?
09:56what did you say?
09:58what did you say?
10:01thought
10:02and I'm not there about that this is a 700-year-old
10:05yes
10:06more than fair to the amount
10:09and the money would come out of the money that we set aside every year for a flood
10:12you know, if she would

10:22all the extra that's worth of work in

10:29and the attorneys have turned everything in so far
10:32so far what you know we have to deal on Friday
