00:33Number four, action item.
00:44My MCRC Inter-8 Board of Directors conveyance of all assets to the city of Miami.
00:50In contemplation of dissolution of my MCRC Inter-8,
00:54an authorized resolution to transfer bank accounts.
00:58I'm ready to make a motion.
01:00Thank you.
01:02Second.
01:03Is there any discussion?
01:06Yes, I have a lot to do.
01:11I'd like to thank you for a lot of misinformation out there.
01:15And this is more to everybody here.
01:18There's a lot of misinformation out there about how we got to this important.
01:23And the Board of Directors and the seniors and the business put in a bad light.
01:28Everybody's wondering how we got to here and why we got here.
01:33Everybody seems to think we're really messed up.
01:35So I'm going to give you a sequence of the things that's how this comes back.
01:40Back in last year, early this year, the field re-trived coming to the scene,
01:46which is really pretty.
01:48I mean, we still don't want you.
01:50They come to us and offer this $10,000 to re-band this system.
01:57We want to know what we wanted to do and they made us this.
02:00What they wanted to do.
02:02You know, it's really nice that the field re-trived and did that.
02:05They were working on that and getting everything ready to go.
02:09And then our funds went slow every month.
02:14We decided that we had to get help.
02:17We were looking for ways to find help money to keep this place going and keep it going.
02:22One way to keep it going.
02:24So we was told, I was told, I went to the city council meeting to make an angry report on what was going on here.
02:34And I was told not to dismiss money at that meeting.
02:38So I did not discuss money.
02:40But we was wanting to talk to the city about helping us out.
02:45So I made some phone calls to the city.
02:49My phone call worked in.
02:51So finally we got in touch with the city representatives.
02:56And we was told that the city...
03:00We didn't have the money and it's good to take it over.
03:04We would be better off finding another part.
03:07So if there were, we understood that we had to give this to the city.
03:11We knew that I was.
03:13We knew that we had to give it to the city.
03:15But we told that the city didn't want it.
03:18But what we understood is that we looked at all avenues that we could find.
03:23We tried to find that.
03:24What was going on?
03:25What do we get to help?
03:27Our logical choice.
03:28We were going to try it.
03:29We was going to give it to the help of dollars.
03:31And I gave it to the open.
03:33We talked from the end.
03:35They said yes.
03:36They were going to be more than we ever had.
03:39So we decided to talk to the end.
03:42The city made an appointment.
03:44For us to meet with the chief and the few we were going to try it.
03:48Docs represented in three more or four members showed up.
03:52We expected the city council to be there.
03:54Now I'm not complaining about the city.
03:56I'm just telling you already.
03:58Why we got to where we are.
04:01Anyway, we come to the meeting.
04:03There was no city representing there at the one.
04:07And he made a phone call to find out where if anybody else has come.
04:11Nobody has come.
04:12So we went ahead with the meeting and I asked him.
04:15That meeting.
04:16So he had the authority to speak to the city and we was called yes.
04:21So we continued with the meeting.
04:23After he introduced everybody and we got the talk going.
04:28The excuse yourself.
04:30And said that we needed to work things out with Docs.
04:33And the field where he tried to do it.
04:36So we did.
04:38Okay.
04:39Fast forward a little bit.
04:41The chief said, well, the best way to do this is to have.
04:44So contracts grown up.
04:46One of us.
04:47The citizens of the city.
04:49Because that's what was required.
04:52And then we were going to have another round up.
04:54And as soon as the city received it since they didn't want it.
04:57Or understanding they didn't want it.
04:59They would get it to the field where he tried.
05:02Done it.
05:03And we understood.
05:04He grew up.
05:05We signed our side.
05:06We signed our contract.
05:07But we did not vote.
05:09To this loop.
05:10This said.
05:11Until the city signed their side.
05:13Well, all the sudden.
05:16Because all the misunderstandings.
05:18The city said they wanted.
05:20So that's how we got to that point.
05:24Okay.
05:25They didn't know that.
05:27We was trying to do one of the right with the bylaws.
05:32So now we are under a lawsuit from the city.
05:39To do this.
05:41This has all been one mix up.
05:44And we from the get go.
05:46We're just trying to keep this said going and keep it dry.
05:49We was trying to do the right thing.
05:51And it all got long out of the portion.
05:54There is.
05:55Time of misinformation.
05:56Clothing out there.
05:57So anybody.
06:00how he got him. That is exactly how he got him. So I just wanted everybody to understand that.
06:06It's not that we was trying to get it to the Indian tribes. We tried to get it to the
06:11dogs. I had a talk to them. The dogs lay in a different meeting than the night of the
06:17tree. She had stated to me that they had tried to take over her, run the scene to send her
06:22a few years ago. And I asked her, she might be interested to take it over the end. She said,
06:27they could, they didn't have money, they didn't have the manpower for nothing else. So that
06:32the one avenue we had to just put out to the site we had already put out to the city. They
06:36couldn't do it. So that is how we wanted to put it to the Indians. So there is a
06:43Thursday story on how we got it. Now I would like to, and this is for the city. I would like to ask
06:50the city, the law here. When we got to discuss this, this solution is the law system we have
06:59against is going to be brought to that point. Or we need to get it in the current, we need to think about that.
07:07I can't let it be that there is permission to respond to the question, just a solution is not
07:17about that. So you're saying we, we, we can ask if the law system will be brought up on this
07:31solution. The law system is not, I can tell you that my recommendation can be seen with the
07:38that the law system you put it in the banks, you don't know, until we finish up this, this past program,
07:46and the other one, that's a servo, and it's the bank. I think you can do it with the law system.
07:53Okay, after that's done, the law system will be this week. If we, if we agree with that, the law system will be this week.
08:01If we agree with that, the law system will be this week.
08:03Okay, okay, that's all we do here.
08:06I'm excited to ask you.
08:10What's that deal with the second one?
08:15Thank you.
08:16Is that a word?
08:18All right.
08:19We know.
08:20All right.
08:22There's a child, a child, a grandson, a baby, a baby, a baby, a son.
08:28We move on to the five discussion of my last senior student in the group, ready to
08:51have an outstanding playing, to purchase this, and to play this.
09:02because they are.
09:04They are.
09:07You know, have.
09:08You've been.
09:09You're going to be.
09:10I don't.
09:11I don't.
09:12That was a financial department.
09:13You're going to be.
09:15You're going to.
09:16There's just regular.
09:17Every.
09:18None.
09:19It's.
09:20It's.
09:21For the benefit of.
09:22The.
09:23To.
09:24You.
09:25A.
09:26The.
09:27The.
09:29I.
09:30The.
09:31The.
09:32The.
09:33I think we're going to get some gifts and we'll see you soon.
09:37I think this also will get some other gifts.
09:41The only question we can do is I have a problem.
09:43I have a problem.
09:44I have a problem.
09:45I have a problem.
09:57I have a problem.
09:58I have a problem.
09:59I have a problem.
10:00I have a problem.
10:01Yes.
10:02They think we're working.
10:03They think we're working.
10:04We want to think we did respect.
10:06And you said 99.
10:07I was really, I think we were.
10:15Many of the items that our Lord has wanted them to support the purchase.
10:20They may be the handle that has been made or related to the file.
10:27The important here on the model is if you need to absolutely remove the plug-ins, they're
10:34pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty.
10:38Well, they haven't been purchased that just did week and all this started to kind of put them
10:44on hold and see what we're going to have.
10:47So they've been funded on the proof we just had an order to put them in.
10:52So that's on question here.
10:55I think the fairest answer would be that the city council needs to set up a set up well on
11:01use your order.
11:02There's been some discussion in the United Way and it's also been some discussion that we're
11:09going to do a play.
11:10We're just trying to figure out where exactly we are to fill in the decision system.
11:15So there's specific items, how many is there that gets this one?
11:29One item.
11:30Two, we're telling you about it, you can be fine if you don't want to talk about it.
11:45What are we going to know about that?
11:49We approve $10,000, we're going to pay for the report.
12:00No, they're being made.
12:05What sort of happens to the council?
12:11I reckon that's what the council would be.
12:16Just take that review and we have the council.
12:21We're going to see what the council is going to be.
12:30What's the council?
12:35Anything else?
12:37About one little table.
12:39Three, three, four, three.
12:41Three new full tables for 10,000.
12:45Yeah.
12:46And then while in 2000 the bid was 8,000, 80,000.
12:49I told him not to really, 80,000.
12:55But anyway, it's a gas.
12:57That is the liver, shed a better, a greater hell.
13:04The council comes with more table than the hungry.
13:08And the cost to more fell in the year later.
13:12We don't have room for money for that.
13:23They're not mine for me.
13:25And we do have money for that.
13:27We don't know.
13:28We don't know.
13:30I don't know.
13:32I don't know.
13:33I don't know.
13:34I don't know.
13:35We don't know.
13:36We don't know.
13:37So that's for three, three new tables.
13:40Not resultant.
13:41That's actually three new tables.
13:42Yeah.
13:43That's three new tables.
13:44Eight.
13:45Eight.
13:46Eight.
13:53Eight.
13:55Eight.
14:06You're poor.
14:09Eight.
14:10Eight.
14:13Eight.
14:14Eight.
14:19Eight.
14:21Three.
14:22Eight.
14:28Eight.
14:29Thank you very much for listening to this.
14:44It was packed.
14:51Oh, I see.
14:52What did you tell me?
14:53This is...
15:02What are you talking about?
15:04I'm going to check the motion to adjourn.
15:11Second minute.
15:12Second minute.
15:15Second.
15:16Second minute.

15:27Please.
15:28I'm Frank.
15:29There's our item.
15:30Hi.
15:31We're just going to be in motion here.
15:34No.
15:35Don't want to.
15:36You said that.
15:37I'm going to cut it back.
