00:01Cultural Regards, City Councilmembers from Monday. November 20th 2020-23 to Public Impotent on Schedules Personal Pantses having none three claims list
00:12This was the one that I would ask you about wasn't it both? Were these side by sides they were grants or donations i'm sorry
00:32Yes It's From this is The Chair Key
00:37Okay so how come They're On here as a budget
00:54Those two approve?
01:04Four, November 6th 2023. We're remaining meeting minutes
01:20This is it right here in
01:23Number 24 to 07 receiving a 5000 dollar chair key trial
01:27So my tribal grant for police, the Merchum Management and Police Communications is increasing
01:59to the total 150,000 in Cherokee.
02:03What's that more than 100, 270 dollars?
02:12So there was like a map or something we didn't budget
02:17We received 2nd half of our city
02:21Our bimones during COVID
02:23And when you've seen this second-half last year
02:25and not full amount
02:27It would be $270 so it wouldn' t make any rights
02:31Most went into road repair
02:33but 250 is going to water-winder the policeman
02:37And then, last one
02:40The parks received 200 thousand of autoacounty
02:43Arpomoney in a historical portable HVAC system
02:46To receive it and expand that.
02:53How do they?
02:55I don't know how are they installed or portable
02:58We still have some bevenged
03:00Yeah
03:02You got pluggin' on
03:03They're loading on
03:06So you install that at the building
03:08But actually, to bag it
03:10You can move in some other place
03:12Yeah they are
03:14We've gone really full circle
03:16Working with county extensively
03:19Making sure we were going amount specific units there
03:23That had a lot of money
03:25And then if I have an amount
03:27Pretty much moved height
03:29To keep them out water
03:30Maybe we could mount them on a trailer
03:32And the trailer to be moved
03:35After going full circle
03:37We came back around and said, can't
03:39Be used not only out there when needed
03:42They wouldn' t use often
03:44Because they would leave all of it
03:46Pay electricity
03:48Only if somebody wants
03:51Somebody will pay electricity
03:53So everybody decided
03:56To have these portables
03:57So we could use them here
04:00To have these portables
04:02We couldn't
04:05We had a system fail or something like that
04:08County agreed, everybody agreed
04:10That Kevin's been the money on units
04:12He is really excited to be able
04:14To cool the expo
04:17As well as use somewhere else
04:20Or they would feel
04:22We can collect the container
04:25And we can...
04:27They obviously could get pull some electrons
04:29Because they're large but yes
04:31Kevin actually talked about that
04:34Motion to approve
04:38Second
04:40Hi
04:42Six Dr. Track
04:45Contracts to track policies
04:50To interrupt right here
04:52Provide public access to policies
04:54Improvited journal
04:56Testation
04:58I'm not a big seed
05:015663
05:04On this agenda
05:06Because the city side will be using it also
05:08The funds are coming from MSUA
05:12Motion to approve
05:16Hi
05:18So for
05:207 to 2
05:22323
05:244

05:28Section standards
05:30You lies an option number 3
05:33To use the same for the county
05:35Select
05:38So this is a for to contract with
05:40Guying Engineering, The Same Engineering
05:42With the County users
05:44To inspect city bridges
05:47There's no cost of the city
05:51This was paid by federal government
05:53Provided report
05:55We pay nothing but we get results
05:57That is the one easy we pay
05:59This is what it does on
06:02Yeah, that's great deal
06:07We can afford
06:10Motion to approve
06:12Second

09:25Trying to grow
09:27All their support
09:29The great jobs
09:31The first night Friday night there were just
09:34A line of 152 people waiting and getting in
09:38I don t have no Saturday
09:40There is another line not quite that long
09:41I just wanted to say that
09:44The community is energized for Christmas
09:46So we need keep the road

09:51Letting rest or relax
09:53Whatever's called
09:55But its sets
09:57Thank you guys for giving me a little bit of vision
10:00Down down and start getting transformed
10:03There s this big effort going on
10:06For everybody
10:07I just appreciate it
10:10It is paying off with the energy
10:13The community's putting back
10:15What s a feasibility next year, closing down
10:17Street to keep traffic out
10:19Actually i did talk to Keesha this morning
10:22I thought by Just To Thank her for our efforts
10:24This weekend and she said that
10:27They want us shut up, blockoff
10:29For safety because there was kids running
10:31Back in 4th
10:33And then on track
10:35I was cool to see all the traffic
10:37But i know Friday
10:39And that first hour
10:41and got out of a phone
10:44He said, what is going on in my room
10:46You can get through
10:48It s great because he just backed up
10:51Because there were some people
10:53There wasn t no one else
10:56We had down at long time
10:59And like I said, there are many people thinking
11:03Me but that passed on everybody
11:06It was just good
11:08Don t be a second heritage festival
11:11If it continues to grow
11:13Well and then you know the tree ladings coming up
11:16On first
11:18So i m not even down here for this
11:20There s several of our team mates been working all night
11:23We got some break in
11:24And the ball will be hanging
11:27That's how it is. It s a good job
11:29You know, thank Bill Awe m warm for that
11:31He was playing with pain
11:33The fundraiser has been started

11:42Christmas decoration for downtown
11:44Thanks To Jennifer and Bo
11:46They re by work on getting set up
11:48But thats taking off
11:50Have those all in their episodes
11:51So, it s exciting
11:53It is going to be busy from here
11:56I mean you think about all the things
11:58Going on at Coleman and Main Street alone
12:01Hopefully everybody will keep showing up
12:05Coming into play
12:07Coming in the tree lighting
12:10We have an opportunity for just a spectacular Christmas season
12:13Hey Bill, something
12:18Let t go 12
12:20Well, I just kind of on the
12:23Telling to celebrate all
12:26The activity around CBB and tourism
12:29But unfortunately we re saying goodbye
12:31To meet a Davis
12:33In that same breath
12:35We want to congratulate her
12:38With all she is accepting
12:40A fantastic position
12:42As president of the Grove area chamber of commerce
12:44And i know She s really excited
12:46This has been positioned for her
12:47She s been with my mother 6-2 years
12:50And serve as a director of my mother CBB
12:52The convention visit is Bureau
12:55Shelter serves on all board associations around town
12:58and the chair for the Oklahoma Travel
13:00Travel industry association
13:02Has she has been an absolute tremendous asset
13:05To me who didn t have myself
13:07Experience tourism
13:09I ve not being able to lean
13:11On her, but she provides
13:13A lot of input and guidance
13:16To a community around tourism
13:18And event planning
13:20She will be greatly missed
13:22I had great conversation
13:25Last Friday when she came to me we spent
13:28We went over an hour
13:30Not only just going through what
13:33He s telling all about her opportunity
13:36And excitement there
13:38But brainstorming and collaborating on how he moved forward
13:40And i really feel like what we re gaining is a peer and grow
13:44To help bring our communities together to raise all ships
13:47So her ability now
13:50To work closely in the chamber
13:52Economic development of Grove
13:54She will be working with Shane Doohan
13:56My my my economic developments service
13:58I know those two are very tight already
14:00We have great relationship
14:05With leadership
14:06But this will give us an opportunity to even tighten that
14:09And really work together
14:11What we can do
14:13So, certainly excited for her
14:16I think it just shows what
14:18We all want skin up and worked
14:20Together here locally but as a region
14:22i ve been asked about
14:24Her position in right now
14:26She had not done much of time talking
14:28About the position
14:30How its grown since she has been here
14:31So she had a lot of recommendations
14:34Of things that could possibly be done
14:36I want to look at
14:38That entire group they just do an amazing job
14:40We saw this weekend
14:42But i wanted make sure we set them up for success
14:45Going forward and so, im looking
14:47Thats our org chart from tourism
14:49And CVBs
14:51To MDRA
14:54Everything thats going on
14:56Orgis actually and financially
14:59And with the right leader there
15:01So i ll be combining probably some duties
15:04Responsibilities or breaking out
15:06Some other ones that she had recommendations on
15:09I think theres an opportunity to really evaluate
15:12That job description before we put it up
15:14But my goal is, who pups
15:16To Pups.pubbly
15:19What kind of attention you can get
15:22With everything going in this region
15:24So i want to come help my Emma
15:27To some big things in this area
15:29I think its wise for us
15:32To put it out and see who wants
15:34And we have got lots of folks internally that may not apply
15:37We ll be looking at all options
15:39In evaluating everything
15:41You know, im talking about the interim
15:44She is going
15:46To be helping with next week
15:49To kind of start really framing a foundation
15:53Of what we are going to do as an interim
15:56I will probably need you up point somebody is in the inter
15:58That came out and asked me but if necessary i can appoint
16:03An intern at that role until
16:05We find someone to replace her
16:07Somebody who has some big shoes
16:09But she should be working with us from here on our house
16:13She s never more than phone call away
16:15Just proud for everything
16:16She s done here and all the great things
16:19And she is going to go for that if you re in growth
16:22Just wanted everybody aware of this
16:24We sure are on our best
16:2913 adjourn
16:33Hi
16:35Bye
16:37All
