[04:31] 23 RAM
[04:33] 2500 crew cab truck
[04:35] The first national bank
[04:37] Give her related signing
[04:39] And payment authority to city manager or his does need
[04:42] Replacing an older model in the parks
[04:45] On this track
[04:51] Originally there were two orders
[04:56] They've only been able
[04:58] to get the financing
[05:04] We sent out
[05:06] Bit proposals
[05:08] To seven banks
[05:10] Security, US bank or best
[05:13] Bank of Grand Lake, first national
[05:17] And we had
[05:21] The payments came in at eight
[05:24] 25% down
[05:27] About 7.5x
[05:29] But they ended up
[05:32] Barely beating out
[05:34] Bank of Grand Lake by thirty seven
[05:36] $7.69
[05:40] They've been a little on interest
[05:42] but one didn't have a long fee charge
[05:46] At first national kind through
[05:48] So anyway, how is it?
[05:50] Seven bitters we just need to pay for
[05:53] To go ahead and get the start
[05:56] One will attract me here
[05:59] The truck, be yours
[06:01] And I'm trying
[06:02] to get the money
[06:08] What do we replace in Brian?
[06:12] It was just an old woman
[06:14] We're adding two to play
[06:16] In part of all our things
[06:18] This is actually 21.22
[06:22] But for 2 4 trucks
[06:26] For a year and a day, it's $1
[06:31] So there were some big traffic
[06:34] Last couple years
[06:36] I mean thank you very much
[06:39] He said that
[06:42] We have some new truck
[06:45] So this is just something that you
[06:56] Just trying to get a couple of years ago
[06:58] And it's one able
[07:01] To give more money
[07:09] To the most of us
[07:17] I'm Robert.
[07:19] I've got three of them
[07:22] This isn't your van
[07:28] So what I've got for you this evening is
[07:34] This isn't our network
[07:37] Our employees have a plan
[07:39] Is the payment cost bill and
[07:42] The prime doctor's in job
[07:46] And that it has been available
[07:49] To continue to use the prime and hospital
[07:51] For your all considering
[07:57] That, i want
[07:59] Tell me about an amazing job
[08:01] Send event over to managing these health contracts
[08:04] And managing our benefits and making sure that all of
[08:08] Our city employees have a very rich benefit package
[08:12] I think they've done an amazing job here at the City
[08:16] Over to years, refining
[08:18] Benefit packages
[08:20] A lot is due
[08:22] To Cindy in her efforts
[08:31] Couldn't go without saying
[08:33] Just curious why do we not use integrity?
[08:35] Integrus has also part
[08:38] We have another
[08:42] PPO which is the community choice
[08:45] And that's for our upcoming hospitals
[08:48] Or if you wanted to go and tell us
[08:50] or anywhere else in a state
[08:52] You would use the preferred community choice
[08:54] This was just for a job, basically
[08:58] That makes sense
[09:10] I make much more approval
[09:14] Thank you
[09:18] Thank you
[09:23] Discussion possible action
[09:25] New airport
[09:29] Cardinal
[09:31] So many members of the council at a previous meeting
[09:33] Where we had an discussion regarding the terminal
[09:36] And therefore, in
[09:38] The opportunity that it been laid out from there
[09:42] Of one
[09:44] That was a potential for revenue
[09:47] Source or payback
[09:48] The funds needed to accept the
[09:53] Funds from their notice commission
[09:55] We would have
[09:57] To match a fund up front
[10:00] From city
[10:02] As we've discussed, what that looked like as you all know
[10:05] Airport by itself
[10:07] Doesn't stand low in general
[10:09] A significant revenue source
[10:11] Enough
[10:13] Payback
[10:14] The revenue that it generates
[10:18] Generally goes back in the main
[10:20] That's operations of your
[10:22] In so,
[10:26] And this building at city hall
[10:29] Or basketball courts
[10:32] Other facilities we have maintain
[10:34] Maybe like a big pool
[10:36] However
[10:39] They airport itself
[10:41] Does generate revenue
[10:42] The community is a whole
[10:45] It's utilized by our
[10:48] Industry and Towns,
[10:50] Significantly in other businesses
[10:52] Sporting events
[10:54] Things like that
[10:56] This used for our tribes
[10:58] Travel partners
[11:00] Probably more than any
[11:02] We see lot of Bill Coat
[11:05] To access the utilize status
[11:07] They find clients from all over
[11:09] In the past few years
[11:12] We have a lot of people
[11:14] They are in broad and wide
[11:16] But it's not an direct revenue
[11:18] Generator, you know
[11:21] As we said out
[11:23] And talked about what would this look like
[11:26] You had to start really
[11:29] Realizing that
[11:31] How will fund
[11:33] A facility
[11:35] If there was nothing
[11:37] And most of that has been done
[11:40] Over the years
[11:42] Through either bonds or in last case
[11:44] The significant renovations to this building
[11:46] Was done in borrowing against
[11:49] A rainy day found out a reserves
[11:51] As we talked about the other day
[11:53] In it was paid back
[11:57] Emissue
[12:02] But one
[12:03] I think that's a good idea
[12:06] To make sure
[12:10] That we talked about this correctly
[12:15] We had to cover
[12:17] They are not as commission
[12:21] If Commissioner himself
[12:23] Who was very clear
[12:25] Our time is like
[12:29] They would know our commitment
[12:31] To the state
[12:34] Regarding this project
[12:36] And funding of that project
[12:38] So they just have to know who else
[12:41] If we needed a few more days
[12:44] That would be fine
[12:50] We also talked about what
[12:53] This was looked like
[12:55] As he explained it
[12:56] He was going to be offering up a million dollar match
[12:59] If the city could come off of
[13:02] The first million
[13:04] And anything over that
[13:07] To make it
[13:09] We can use our federal funds
[13:11] But one
[13:13] One important thing is this
[13:15] Was not in project
[13:17] Where by you were
[13:20] Going
[13:23] In next fiscal year
[13:24] We were going to be doing it
[13:27] In the first
[13:31] The next fiscal year
[13:33] And we just took a budget war
[13:35] He said they expenses are that
[13:38] That is pretty minimal
[13:42] Because you're being looking at design
[13:45] But he says
[13:47] It's gonna go on
[13:49] You can see
[13:50] The next you may be looking at
[13:53] And the employment
[13:55] They are built out and things like that
[13:57] We also talked about
[13:59] This is where a chief can get more specific
[14:02] That council
[14:04] Had agreed to
[14:06] It was a significant renovation
[14:09] To 5 year plans
[14:11] A $5 million plan
[14:13] 90% of which
[14:15] Was going
[14:16] To 10% of that
[14:19] They also said some
[14:21] Those elements
[14:23] Of the five year plan
[14:26] Can actually be pushed out
[14:28] Two years, six or seven
[14:30] So those first two
[14:33] There's a lot to put into that
[14:35] We could take both funds and apply towards this project
[14:37] And we had already committed about half a million
[14:40] Next week
[14:42] We commit it
[14:44] Even that first million we thought
[14:47] We'd have to do
[14:50] And then the other half
[14:53] The third leg of this whole presentation is
[14:57] Currently,
[14:59] Our paying ourselves back for
[15:01] The renovation of the civic center
[15:04] To about 370-1000 year
[15:07] Which has been ongoing for several years
[15:11] Next year's are final full payment
[15:13] Then we have about a half payment
[15:16] After that
[15:18] Oh, I'm sorry
[15:20] It was the other
[15:24] So those two but it
[15:26] But at 372
[15:28] Was going to be paid up
[15:32] 2526
[15:35] We would take that same
[15:37] We'd been budgeting today
[15:41] And for previous fiscal years
[15:42] To say the remaining balance of half a million
[15:45] A couple years we'd be paying that off
[15:49] So there are all things
[15:51] There's our means in fact
[15:53] We were talking about this and looking at it
[15:55] Is how do you get to spend your money
[15:57] And if I'm going back to the month
[15:59] Then let me just spread out
[16:01] From now on,
[16:03] Our funds
[16:05] It really becomes an decision of priority
[16:06] And we want to jump now
[16:09] To take the opportunity
[16:11] It's a state funding match of a million dollars
[16:15] We don't, then
[16:18] Obviously that behind
[16:20] Probably would be having this conversation
[16:23] Few years from now
[16:25] About how do you come up with it
[16:30] To make our own
[16:33] At some point
[16:34] We've been spending 440,000
[16:37] For airport for the next five years
[16:39] And that's a city part of
[16:43] Four and half million projects
[16:45] Some were those
[16:47] we push off
[16:50] Then re-bample it
[16:52] One was actually a term of renovations
[16:54] Our due to schedule 200,004
[16:57] That would be
[16:59] Won't have access
[17:01] Two hundred
[17:02] Four is a project for one quality
[17:07] And then some others would push off
[17:10] So about half of it will be
[17:12] Just washed with, over board of scuttle, spent their report
[17:17] I appreciate the fact that we asked you guys
[17:19] For a plan and came back
[17:21] Very quickly so
[17:23] Appreciate That
[17:28] We said down in jails
[17:30] To pull up this precious
[17:32] Show us what has been borrowed against
[17:35] Then they've been paid back
[17:36] That's coming to an end
[17:38] And that source
[17:40] Essentially, it is kind of what we're saying
[17:42] We just know will extend out a few more years
[17:44] Can be able
[17:46] You can literally take something
[17:48] Something you could pay on for how many years
[17:50] About ten or six
[17:52] Since 2016
[17:54] Maybe another couple year
[17:56] Has there been
[18:01] More mad again since
[18:04] We've got our last meeting
[18:06] I don't remember when we had our last meeting but
[18:08] But i'm saying yes
[18:10] Sorry about this
[18:12] A lot in debt there, 100 times like that
[18:17] And so other things
[18:21] In the process of maybe redoing
[18:23] We run your report
[18:25] With us up here and do more
[18:27] Leasing out operations
[18:29] Generating more revenues
[18:31] Through That
[18:33] Means
[18:34] But it does have some higher revenues
[18:38] In the works
[18:40] And that's just a matter of
[18:42] I feel not pay work and then the girls had turns there
[18:45] We do
[18:47] An up here ready to start
[18:49] To come in
[18:51] Different operational ideas don't forward
[18:55] So we see
[18:57] Possibly for high revenues more
[19:00] One more
[19:02] Throw a question
[19:04] No idea what i'm even talking about
[19:05] When i asked this question
[19:08] We talked about how the majority of our community
[19:11] Doesn't use their reports and everything
[19:14] What would it take to do an air show
[19:17] Or can that be done?
[19:21] It could me
[19:23] There'd been a big undertaking
[19:25] I think we would start with some fly ins
[19:28] And thats just basically its put cards out there
[19:31] Chilling piles, rubber flying
[19:33] And advertising at low equipment
[19:34] And then that's like air show
[19:37] But a plane day
[19:39] We're public invited to come out and look at just
[19:41] G&A or craft
[19:43] Build from there
[19:45] Very doable they do them all over
[19:48] Those are some of the things we've talked about
[19:50] To bring in Air Show
[19:53] It would be costly venture
[19:55] That you could build up too
[19:57] We'd love it
[19:59] We'd like to get a month long flying poker run
[20:07] We're people of the fly in your cursor car
[20:10] Get all that signals, turn them into a
[20:13] Basically it's poker on anyway
[20:15] And I wrote for a month high hand wins
[20:18] So we've discussed and planned some activities
[20:21] For Airporters Generating Interest
[20:24] People wouldn't go back out
[20:25] I know the EAA, which is an aircraft association
[20:33] They're local chapters do young e-health program
[20:37] But they take kids for rides
[20:40] And that had to quit at just some insurance requirements
[20:44] Then we went a lot of fly with one adult and three kid in their airplane
[20:49] That was observer
[20:52] Some other planes couldn't take it
[20:54] They would take one kid or made it almost impossible
[20:57] To do that and allow their insurance as quit
[21:00] I'd love to generate youth activity with the airport
[21:04] Even if just a static display
[21:07] And come out on C airplanes
[21:09] Those are all of those we've talked about along
[21:12] That idea
[21:15] Be a dream, you'll need full flight air show
[21:17] Just lots will spend some work
[21:19] We have build up too
[21:20] I think one of the things we probably didn't talk enough about
[21:24] But they've talked a few years
[21:27] Is that FBO?
[21:29] That is what really, it's game changer for
[21:32] The MyMoreeGenerable Airport
[21:34] That FBO having someone like
[21:37] Come in and take over
[21:40] The management
[21:43] Having investment at this terminal
[21:45] Just fuel to your fire
[21:47] Because now you know that city has made an investment
[21:49] Now you've got your FBO that can come in and make other investments
[21:53] Something ideal would be for maybe they didn't
[21:56] They're looking at making an investment
[21:58] In the OELO hangar out there
[22:00] That's nothing I think we'd probably interested
[22:03] If it wasnít a city business was made significant
[22:06] Investment
[22:09] But because
[22:12] Their company is saying, i want to run a business
[22:14] You give them any proof facility
[22:16] To run that business out of
[22:19] They're going to win more businesses
[22:21] So now they are able
[22:24] And leverage
[22:26] More financially
[22:28] To expand their business and even around the area like
[22:30] The OELO hangar
[22:33] It really has an opportunity
[22:35] To be a force multiplier for
[22:37] For this entire project
[22:39] But FBO is big deal
[22:41] I know David talked about it
[22:42] Is there been any more discussion around sponsorships?
[22:49] There have and that's something we're not done yet
[22:52] We've continued to talk about the folks
[22:54] We just talked a bit about what they are going
[22:57] But thats everything you need
[23:00] Because one of our opportunities
[23:02] That is talking
[23:04] If it were build in new terminal
[23:07] It would be no internal
[23:09] It would be a new terminal on site
[23:12] And then re-innovating the old term
[23:14] To use this as an educational facility
[23:17] Which again, another force multiplier
[23:19] What can we do with that?
[23:21] We're going to start bringing in other aeronautics
[23:24] Education and training
[23:26] Open it nor wide open
[23:29] That facilities really does lend itself
[23:34] Very well
[23:35] We have a lot of money and dollars
[23:37] Five years
[23:40] What is that money going to do?
[23:43] I mean what would you plan on doing with the re-innovation
[23:46] So my CFP projects, we had an apron rehab milled overlay
[23:52] A planning designed for our taxiway
[23:55] Crack sale
[23:59] Remarking
[24:02] Design
[24:04] There's a line phase in the contracting phases
[24:06] The runway is set on your magnetic heading right now
[24:11] We are 35-1 7
[24:14] Which I waited for the runway
[24:18] And since that runway was put in
[24:21] If we got a magnetic ship for a degree
[24:24] So it's 38.16
[24:26] We have north south runway
[24:30] It would just, when an FAA set
[24:32] At first time
[24:33] The test on the slater
[24:36] Was there no way to test them this later
[24:39] Is it a very nice way
[24:41] To redrapped those funds
[24:43] Did they process?
[24:45] Yes, that's exactly what aeronautics commission said
[24:48] They would help us identify
[24:50] Those projects were time-sensitive
[24:52] That we're FAA requirements
[24:54] It was still needed for time and fashion
[24:57] As timely requirement
[24:58] And we would push those to the end of a project
[25:01] It'd be ideal if you got
[25:04] Matching grant and federal government
[25:08] Matched it for ya
[25:11] That was one catch
[25:13] We can't use Federal funds
[25:15] For your match
[25:17] But then, when are they over?
[25:19] Over here is our amount
[25:22] The two main mark
[25:24] Our money in there
[25:25] We can use a lot of funds
[25:28] If it actually cost 2.2 million
[25:30] We put up 1,000 and then we'd have to go
[25:33] About 200 thousand
[25:36] But what if you could do that with federal money?
[25:40] Because the federal money
[25:42] For half-may in there is getting over next five years
[25:45] I don't know if its specifically
[25:47] It would be traditional
[25:49] So they get annual money as well
[25:52] Okay, our answer
[25:53] Is a five-million dollar grant
[25:58] And we've paid the first half million
[26:01] Then four and 1,5.2 million
[26:03] We have a, it's 10% match
[26:06] For those funds
[26:08] We'll be having to match
[26:10] But every year you get an amount from federal government
[26:15] How much is that?
[26:20] About 350
[26:22] That's 300
[26:24] But it gets every year that's not part of the grant
[26:27] That could be used for
[26:30] It would give me what
[26:32] Use your foot towards to take 200
[26:34] If its 2.2, you should just over time
[26:38] We can get some things out
[26:54] On a fly and we always do
[26:56] Steaks by the mayor instead
[26:58] I said no
[27:00] Well i'll promote
[27:04] And on Facebook right now
[27:06] Steads from Mayor Flyin
[27:07] That would be Saturday, Mayor
[27:11] And we'd like to
[27:15] Make sure you don't want me to
[27:17] I knew
[27:25] So what's the exact action
[27:27] We're possibly looking forward
[27:30] The action i think we are looking for is that
[27:33] If it was likely going
[27:35] To give notice of your not exhibition
[27:37] Citymime and a private program
[27:39] You have so they'll add us
[27:41] They project list
[27:43] It gets submitted
[27:44] We're still not 100% committed
[27:50] I don't, i mean
[27:54] Can you imagine that would be
[27:57] Nobody's going to give your money
[28:01] You are not gonna master spend right?
[28:04] Just take back
[28:06] What we will do is say
[28:11] That being said
[28:14] It did NOT ask if there was a
[28:19] Closed by which
[28:21] This is going to be a process
[28:24] An extensive
[28:26] We're simply saying that yes we are interested in
[28:29] Yes, but you really get those funds
[28:32] And I would like
[28:39] To proceed with the next phase
[28:42] So does The revitalization or building a new terminal
[28:45] Give more revenue potential than say
[28:48] Finishing our fence and closing it
[28:50] We won't have one airplane ever
[28:53] Say they could not stay
[28:55] I guess i assumed it was a bigger deal
[28:58] Just the 1 airplanes or whatever
[29:01] And that's how you do
[29:03] It does but this will be higher
[29:08] Much higher, for turn on bus
[29:11] The job and in house to help
[29:14] That is what he said
[29:16] But from my understanding
[29:17] Correct me if i'm wrong
[29:20] We are expecting a future grant to come along
[29:23] That would help build the hangar that will be big enough
[29:26] Yes, yes
[29:31] Yeah
[29:34] He just said it was
[29:36] A few years, probably into this day
[29:40] But If thats an outlier than its not really even
[29:43] It's sort of huge concern
[29:45] Obviously we definitely need to address it
[29:48] What basically tells us is
[29:49] If we take this next step
[29:53] We start increasing our traffic
[29:56] And then the FBO really takes off
[29:59] Then there is opportunity to even grow that
[30:02] And say further by utilizing those grant funds
[30:06] To build out a hangar
[30:09] That was an incredible program
[30:12] You probably want it started looking at
[30:15] Either of your fence or what's in front
[30:17] That's a lot of work
[30:20] I feel more comfortable about this
[30:22] Knowing that it is not all one year
[30:24] It was something changed for me
[30:26] There really wasn't
[30:28] But i'm looking at two cents
[30:30] What we are paying in
[30:32] Think you can use those same funds
[30:34] To help buy the money
[30:36] Something where to have them to build up
[30:40] And then thats still looking
[30:42] For outside sponsorships
[30:52] So now make an ocean that were interested
[30:53] I don't think he was clear of the privilege
[31:04] That they wanted to do aeronautics
[31:06] We need not here and so
[31:08] So that's exactly it
[31:10] i mean, imma have made a motion
[31:12] But nobody is second
[31:16] If we are not
[31:24] Im gonna find me
[31:27] And you got what?
[31:29] To ask this
[31:31] A million dollars
[31:34] For their airport
[31:35] You might be not being all this year
[31:39] But you're asking for a million dollars
[31:43] I can't get past what
[31:46] Blast talking about
[31:48] How many people use the airport
[31:52] It's basically one percent
[31:54] So i don t know
[31:58] Like long term process of it
[32:02] Im like to see new terminal there
[32:05] Well, too
[32:08] But i think there is many and million dollars to that
[32:11] And I just check another box for our potential
[32:16] For economic development
[32:19] That's what we are thinking of
[32:21] Well, the airport has been on a money either way
[32:25] Either around home or with agreement
[32:29] There
[32:31] In their several things
[32:34] We have had some
[32:36] Those great examples
[32:37] We have a lot of people coming to our airport
[32:47] 13,000
[32:49] People in this town are 100 or so come every day
[32:53] For the two months that it's open
[32:55] And we lose 116,7 thousand dollars per year
[32:59] It is not generated enough revenue
[33:03] To pay for itself
[33:05] So you all fund
[33:07] Yeah
[33:09] Well
[33:10] I think that's true
[33:15] Think it is a community investment
[33:19] And quality of life for many and for kids
[33:22] As you don t see the correlation
[33:24] The airport
[33:26] It s not equality
[33:29] That your betting on
[33:32] You are betting in our house
[33:34] Mine will grow
[33:36] I think that it will get our stuff in the future
[33:39] Could actually spark something
[33:41] In a picture or we could hit up brick wall
[33:43] Because you don t have
[33:46] That's where
[33:48] We challenge their port more defined ways to give public out there
[33:50] Whether be fly ends
[33:53] If flying and ride planes people are going
[33:55] To come off of check themout
[33:57] And if they can build anything
[33:59] It is not bigger than the early event
[34:01] Then at least go on people
[34:03] They re able see it using
[34:04] I also think that if we invest in the class of people
[34:09] That are using facility
[34:11] The one person will take a serious community
[34:14] And maybe even more willing to talk
[34:16] To their cohorts and there appears
[34:18] My name is got
[34:20] They re moving on, they have brand new facilities out
[34:23] It s kind like
[34:25] If any one has been proud
[34:28] Of somebody who likes coming in
[34:29] And escorting them around what we currently have
[34:33] How would you?
[34:36] We are going to remember two of our school systems
[34:38] My not always started on the program there
[34:41] I think my amnest talking
[34:44] So at some point they re getting a partner with an airport
[34:49] To do their tracks, if wanted that
[34:52] The college was working
[34:54] Yes, Dr. Stafford s huge part
[34:58] You should have worked
[34:59] I don t know if we could get a commitment from them
[35:03] They would use us over anybody else at this point
[35:07] But it will be nice to have
[35:11] That s not the other way
[35:13] Some commitments that were
[35:15] We re getting in
[35:17] The tribes or
[35:20] To call out your email
[35:22] You are going
[35:24] To partner and listen
[35:29] Do something like this
[35:30] You know the short notice is
[35:33] 10 days left
[35:35] Yeah, we have a same conversation
[35:38] We got ten days
[35:41] Not something that can get our entire
[35:44] Fiscal Committee rally bond
[35:48] That s an unfortunate
[35:54] I wish you had more time
[36:29] I think we should have a whole lot more people
[36:32] So that s kind of wrong
[36:49] Motion by Brian, then it will be the second
[36:52] Don t call or any second
[36:54] We re going on a quarter
[36:57] You see what happens
[37:00] He stepped
[37:02] Williams
[37:05] Thunder
[37:17] One new business committee which is the
[37:18] Business and the post of this agenda
[37:25] 14 staff reports
[37:34] 14 mayor council community
[37:45] Nalphus
[37:48] So fiscal year
[37:51] 1314
[37:53] Through fiscal year
[37:56] 19 in 20
[37:58] SELST action
[38:00] From 5.30
[38:03] Even through there
[38:05] In the year 20.21
[38:09] They jumped a 6 point two
[38:11] On the $1 million jump
[38:14] 21 22
[38:18] 6,8 million
[38:20] And then this year 2823
[38:22] That we just finished up 7
[38:25] So about 2 million
[38:29] Jump and just raise your self-tax
[38:32] Since the close of 1920
[38:34] It was starting to climb and it
[38:37] Was up 232,920
[38:41] This year we closed that over a million
[38:44] For the first time ever
[38:46] And Racer sales tax would close
[38:48] Over 7 million for
[38:50] The first time ever
[38:53] To 0.65 which is this street stadium
[38:56] Had been pretty
[38:58] Level between
[39:01] So I want to congratulate this council
[39:07] For your vision
[39:10] And you're being open minded
[39:12] To take chances and opportunities
[39:14] That came from us
[39:16] Thank for leading us with those decisions
[39:19] Helping guys get there
[39:22] But most of all
[39:24] All wanted thank
[39:26] You Guys
[39:29] The department heads
[39:31] To the work
[39:34] And thank you
[39:36] We appreciate your team
[39:38] But we also appreciate our citizens
[39:41] Because our citizens have stayed home with their
[39:44] Dollars and they've spent money here
[39:46] That was something that there's a big push
[39:49] With to level local
[39:51] Mandend her team help
[39:53] Push through COVID
[39:56] They kept doing it
[39:58] Kowadower
[40:00] The dollars still get in spin
[40:01] And we appreciate our support
[40:04] We appreciate that
[40:07] Thank you all
[40:09] Without You
[40:11] We set up here and get these jobs
[40:14] Then
[40:16] You guys got there in pull it off
[40:18] So Tyler & his crew is building
[40:21] The infrastructure
[40:23] Kevin, his crews doing the parks
[40:25] Our parts are looking great
[40:27] The infrastructure's working
[40:30] We're going to be in the last couple of years
[40:33] There's been a business you've
[40:35] Been with permits and inspection
[40:37] The stuff which is great
[40:39] It was awesome that we were getting those things done
[40:42] But it couldn't do without You Guys
[40:44] So I appreciate each other one
[40:46] One of your efforts
[40:48] And its paying off for seeing
[40:50] That more dollars are community keep spend here
[40:53] More money than what we can sit
[40:56] To get some work
[40:57] Thanks
[41:01] So next is the
[41:04] Yeah
[41:08] We have nothing to add
