[02:56] And i don t have the money to clean his house and give him a home to stay in

[03:15] Emotionally upset but actually couldn't talk today
[03:17] He said, my 16 year old son
[03:21] Explain to him what our situation was and we had been flooded
[03:25] And then trying clean up house
[03:27] We didn t have the money
[03:29] To buy everything he needed
[03:31] This 7 foot guy grabbed a cart
[03:33] Then it says come on follow me
[03:36] They went down an aisle by all
[03:38] Chuck put stuff in his car cleaning supplies

[03:44] He told him i don t have the money to pay for this

[14:13] For Last Three years we have been scoring a 10 on all five or six

[14:18] 12 month Year to year in Performance for That fiscal year

[14:26] Sustainability or Capabilities scores and 8.3

[14:33] Also, thats means basically you control quite a bit of your revenue stream
