[00:52] the Oklahoma humanities let's talk about a grant proceeding and expanding from Vance Chevrolet first
[00:57] responder program of vehicle repair and receding spending juvenile alcohol fund
[01:02] money to reimburse for school resource officer training so budget amendment 23-15
[01:17] is doing all those things we're receding in
[01:21] the funds that we've received for insurance recovery grants donations and other
[01:28] and then we're moving into the expense all of these are
[01:35] The insurance recovery and or grants. All
[01:37] Of the funds were being spent as what their intent was to
[02:05] seven other new business if any which is risen since posting this agenda
[02:13] eight staff reports nine mayor council community announcements
[02:20] And I got one here um
[02:29] The Stotts family of course many of you know we lost chuck stops a few days ago his funerals today
[02:38] Chuck was
[02:39] A huge part
[02:41] Of our community he's around here a long time probably
[02:44] A record for how
[02:45] Many years one guy
[02:47] Was the manager
[02:48] Of a walmart in the same location I don't know that's
[02:51] A record but i'd say it probably pretty close
[02:55] But if you could keep their family and your prayers
[02:57] Um I know they would appreciate it um pretty good size funeral today

[03:06] And uh the family's gonna have a hard time for a while
[03:10] The walmart employees are going to have
[03:11] A hard time

[03:12] i don't know if you've been in wal-mart since but
[03:15] I went in a couple days ago and just felt weird
[03:19] It's used to walking any seat you saw chuck there somewhere
[03:23] Um kind of like high tower
[03:26] You guys were about the same height with me
[03:29] There was big presence
[03:30] They're that it's not
[03:31] Their now so
[03:32] Weird vibe when
[03:33] You walk into wal-mart now at least for me
[03:36] So you can keep all those folks in your prayers

[04:50] Of the church everybody stopped
[04:52] Took up the hearse
[04:53] They went across
[04:54] The street and did one last lap around wal-mart
[04:58] And he came back out
[04:59] Headed on to kansas
