[00:00] Yeah, I mean, those guys came and fixed that on the back of that.
[00:08] Nah, let's try that one.
[00:10] What do you say?
[00:12] I went out there and just kind of got to stay tonight.
[00:15] There's a stream coming out.
[00:17] It's not as bad as it was before.
[00:19] What are you doing in the mud?
[00:21] Oh, that's okay.
[00:22] Did I get rid of it all the way in that road right there?
[00:24] Is that what the flag grew up there?
[00:26] Yeah, they just get all of that.
[00:27] I ran over all of them.
[00:29] I have.
[00:32] I have.
[00:43] They're just messing with you.
[00:48] They all are.
[00:49] They're just messing with you.
[00:52] They're there and you hear, but they're not there.
[00:55] I'm confused.
[00:57] They didn't want you.
[00:58] So don't make it a little different.
[00:59] Sounds like a solution.
[01:01] That's a rebound.
[01:03] Oh, do you hear that?
[01:06] Stop.
[01:14] Are the guys in the back?
[01:15] You guys are ready back there?
[01:17] They're ready.
[01:20] They're ready.
[01:21] Yeah, it's six o'clock.
[01:23] It's the same thing.
[01:24] It's the same thing.
[01:25] So that's just the same thing.
[01:26] It's the same thing.
[01:27] Normally, we can keep the people out.
[01:28] We got a guy who's kind of a parent.
[01:29] Gonna out.
[01:30] I got a parent.
[01:31] I got a parent.
[01:32] I got a parent.
[01:33] I got a parent.
[01:34] I got a parent.
[01:36] I got a parent.
[01:37] All right, Ellen, now call to order the special utility authority meeting for a Tuesday, January
[01:47] 23rd.
[01:48] I'd like to call for a brand-in-fletcher to give our invocation.
[01:51] I'd probably like to add with love you.
[01:56] We're thankful for this chance to meet together as community leaders.
[01:59] I've got a weed-staffs that you would bless this time.
[02:02] Father, I pray that a love and a passion for this community will unite these leaders and
[02:08] allow them to make the best decisions for us going forward to be a great community.
[02:12] Father, again, we love you.
[02:14] We thank you for Jesus, and we ask that we would be more like him, and to his name we pray.
[02:18] Amen.
[02:19] I'd like to lead you to the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands.
[02:27] One nation under God, an individual with liberty and justice for all.
[02:36] All right, number four, public input and unscheduled personal panches.
[02:40] We have none.
[02:43] We can sit at agenda.
[02:45] The board asks so we approve items six and seven.
[02:51] If I may point out, you were all provided a revised claims list.
[02:57] And on that, it provides claims list.
[03:00] a particular item on the second page for lease concrete for $34,416 dollars, that was missed
[03:08] on the original claim list to be added.
[03:12] But what that does do is put us in a situation where council movement subverts are
[03:18] able to say somebody will do a claim that's not going to be a motion to approve.
[03:39] I'd like a motion.
[03:41] Sorry.
[03:45] Okay.
[03:46] Thank you.
[03:47] Thank you.
[03:49] All right.
[03:50] Number eight.
[03:53] Budget amendment.
[03:55] Geofit's given.
[03:57] This is part two of a two part amendment.
[04:00] The first one is for the amendment.
[04:02] Well, this is really the second part of the party.
[04:06] This is the MSUA accepting 150,15738 from the Capital Improvement Fund and spending it
[04:14] on purchasing property 124 North Main Street and then on the council meeting, I'll have
[04:21] the first of that part A.
[04:25] To note, we have already received the money.
[04:27] It was on December 30th.
[04:29] We received the money from the Ottawa County abstract for that property already.
[04:33] So.
[04:38] Any questions?
[04:40] Thank you.
[04:41] Thank you.
[04:42] Second.
[04:44] Second.
[04:45] Marker.
[04:46] Williams.
[04:47] Don't go.
[04:48] All right.
[04:49] Number nine.
[04:51] Davis Wright.
[04:52] Tremaine Claim for Pins College.
[04:54] RDA Realizes and Associated Complaint Proceeding in the amount of $69,044.
[05:01] So, council.
[05:02] If you recall during our last council meeting, I had mentioned that there was at least one
[05:08] more large outstanding invoice to come from all of the GRDF that it studied report.
[05:17] This is that invoice that I spoke of.
[05:20] It is a large invoices was anticipated and in front of you, you should have a revised BA that
[05:28] has included the totals of the funding that's provided in the budget.
[05:34] The $750,000 was budget.
[05:36] We have remaining in that.
[05:38] $613,000 for 50,000 for 23.
[05:42] And so this $69,000 would go against that.
[05:48] So the $69,000 is included in the 1.36.
[05:52] Or it's.
[05:57] So the $69,000 would add.
[05:59] $9.00.
[06:04] $9.00.
[06:09] $9.00.
[06:14] $9.00.
[06:20] $9.00.
[06:00] to the 136, but we're still several 100,000 under what we budget.
[06:08] Any other questions?
[06:17] Did you make a motion to approve?
[06:25] Can we get a second?
[06:29] Hi.
[06:30] Hi.
[06:31] Hi.
[06:32] Senator.
[06:33] Thank.
[06:34] Part 2.
[06:35] Okay.
[06:36] Number 10.
[06:39] Resolution MSUA-2023-1.
[06:41] Part 1.
[06:42] Part 1.
[06:43] Part 2.
[06:44] Participation in the municipal electric systems of Oklahoma inks.
[06:46] Mutual aid agreement and approved mutual aid agreement.
[06:50] So I was talking about 10 and 11 because they're both very similar.
[06:52] So this is our mutual aid agreement that we have with MISO and the other ones of the American public
[06:57] our association.
[06:58] So any time we would have a big storm that we would require more crews than what we have.
[07:03] Then we could call on the our mutual aid agreement to have in other cities come help us.
[07:08] And we've that since I've been here, we've had other cities come help us once.
[07:12] And we've sent crews.
[07:13] Every year we use these things crews to different places.
[07:16] You know, ice storms, tornadoes, different things like that.
[07:18] And we get reimbursed for it.
[07:20] And they pay us, you know, on our equipment based on fumarates.
[07:23] And the employees, they get paid, you know, if they're either time and a half time, whatever, you know, that they're on.
[07:29] So it is a good deal for all of us, you know, because there is times that we don't have enough crews for everybody.
[07:35] But we do get reimbursed for everybody.
[07:37] Yes, sir.
[07:38] Yeah.
[07:39] Tyler, what's the difference between the American public power and MISO?
[07:44] So MISO is just small.
[07:46] You know, pretty much with Oklahoma cities.
[07:48] There's maybe one or two Arkansas cities.
[07:50] And like, like, off-heal Kansas, where APPA is nationwide.
[07:54] So there's, there's a few Oklahoma cities.
[07:57] There are APPA, like Clairemore.
[07:59] You see Clairemore goes a lot over the country to help out.
[08:02] So there are APPA members.
[08:04] So, and I think this also helps us because, you know, we may have a huge storm that goes through and takes out Oklahoma.
[08:09] Or we really couldn't ask for help for Oklahoma crews, but maybe we could ask for, you know, somebody around Kansas City, let's say,
[08:15] or St. Louis or something like that, you know, through the APPA.
[08:18] So.
[08:20] Just have to include anybody in, and like the Southern Southwest Missouri area.
[08:25] Yes, sir.
[08:27] Okay.
[08:33] And this, we've always had this in the past, right?
[08:36] Yes, sir.
[08:38] Yeah, this is just, we just, they asked us to update it, so we updated it for the year.
[08:41] Good. Any other questions?
[08:49] Do we vote on these separately?
[08:58] I'm like in motion to approve.
[09:00] Soon enough.
[09:03] Uh
[09:07] I
[09:10] am.
[09:13] Yes sir is it this and this is a city of the American
[09:15] College Power Association.
[09:27] Um
[09:28] Armin actually I'm sorry line at him 12
[09:30] potentially new other business, which has not, which is a resistance
[09:34] supposing this agenda, that none, trustee, community announcements, and the number
[09:42] 14, the meeting will be continuing for council chambers and reconvened in the
[09:46] staff room for purposes of the executive session and to completion of agenda
[09:49] item 14 of the regular meeting of the Madame City Council.
