[00:00] If I need to, yeah, I'll figure that out.
[00:11] I will call it the order of the mind, especially until the authority board meeting for Monday, March 7, 2022.
[00:17] We'll have invocation by Chaplain of the Mind and Fire Department.
[00:22] Mr. Brandon Fletcher, he will be introduced by Chief Robert Wright.
[00:28] Good evening. This is Brandon Fletcher. He's with her place here at Jawsville.
[00:32] And who is a moved off the home city area.
[00:35] He's a 2008 graduate of Iowa High School. He's graduate of OSU.
[00:41] That would be a chance.
[00:44] And his graduate of OSU are a Christian college.
[00:47] Him and his wife, Katie, have two boys, Bronson and Brachston.
[00:50] And we're proud of the head of him as our new chaplain for the party.
[00:54] Thank you all.
[00:59] It's definitely an honor to be able to serve in any capacity.
[01:04] We'll go further.
[01:07] Father, we are so thankful for a group of men and women who are passionate about local community.
[01:13] And God, we are honored that you and trust leadership to us.
[01:18] And Father, we know that our goal, our initiative in life, is to love others and to love you.
[01:23] And so we pray that tonight you will give wisdom.
[01:26] That you'll give courageous leadership insights.
[01:30] Whatever needs to happen.
[01:32] And you will put that forth here.
[01:34] And let us follow through to make this community great.
[01:37] So make this community what it should be.
[01:39] Father, we love you.
[01:40] Our prayers that will be more like Jesus.
[01:42] And says name and prayer.
[01:44] Amen.
[01:46] Father, I believe you should apply the United States as a mayor.
[01:50] And two, three of the brothers, for which it stands.
[01:53] One nation under God and a missile with a liberty and justice for all.
[02:02] Thanks, Brayton.
[02:03] Welcome, Board.
[02:04] For both of you.
[02:08] But I'm scheduled personal appearances.
[02:10] We have two Tim Morris and Brett Kevin.
[02:16] I think Tyler talked to them.
[02:18] We talked to them again.
[02:19] We'll take care of them.
[02:20] We'll move on to five.
[02:23] The agenda of staff recommends we approve of six and seven.
[02:26] Motion.
[02:30] Second.
[02:31] Okay.
[02:38] Double.
[02:39] Hi.
[02:41] Davis.
[02:42] Hi.
[02:47] Murder.
[02:48] Yes.
[02:50] Sunder.
[02:54] And he's dead.
[02:56] Hi.
[02:57] We thought this means a little quick.
[02:58] I think maybe he's slow.
[03:00] I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm just saying eight, budget, number 22, that's 19, MSUA,
[03:06] Meadering. That's for my get. All right. Meadering has a 2008 up 150 that has a
[03:13] blown radiator and transmission. So, it's ground all that money for them. We received $13,000
[03:20] from scrap metal in 19,000. The insurance recovery money will not mend that. It's
[03:25] new revenue and then take 1632 from the supplies account to allow them to buy a new 22,
[03:33] that won't get you for the lead in truck. So, does that go to beds or does that something
[03:39] mean by local or... You'll go to state beds. So, on some state beds, you don't have to get
[03:44] multiple beds. Is there any of our local dealers on that?
[03:50] There's a lot of finance for you, man. You can just improve that. I'll make motion.
[03:59] Second. Pardon? Hi. Nice to meet you. Hi. Davis. Hi. Thanks, my mind. You're nail-stratting
[04:16] claim and the Davis right for my claim for GRD or your licensing. So, what we have before you
[04:22] was a claim from Larry Bort with good else trying for $1,329.30 in another invoice from DWT for $61,411.
[04:35] These folks have been working extensively of the last months. Specifically, they analyzed the
[04:41] GRDA's response to our initial study report comments. They prepared for the intended the GRDA's
[04:49] January 14th sedimentation study technical conference. They filed our extensive January 14th
[04:55] comments and concerns related to the proposed sediment study and analyzed the positive January 18th
[05:00] decision by the DC circuit. So, we're asking for the Council's approval for these claims tonight.
[05:08] And we are contractual contractual, contractual, I'll get a pay to you. We are contractual, I'll
[05:12] get it to pay. I'll make a motion. Second. Hi. Hi. All right. All right. 10 Resolution CC-2022-04
[05:30] and MSU-8022-01, the joint resolution, delegating settlement claims payment authority to the city manager
[05:37] and trust manager. So, this is an item that's going to be on both the changes because both
[05:43] entities are improving or going to address their decision. This is a result of our last executive
[05:52] segment and we're going to discuss the claim that it's over $500 in the council.
[06:00] At that time, it's suggested that we review our resolution and raise the amount that the city manager has set them out of $4 to afford up to $2,500, so this resolution does that.
[06:23] It's essentially a original resolution just changing the amount that he's authorized to sell.
[06:30] I'll make a motion.
[06:34] All second.
[06:39] Hi.
[06:40] Eight.
[06:41] All right.
[06:44] 11.
[06:50] 11.
[06:52] One utility easement from Pitt Abysian Property LLC, as presented.
[06:58] Approved claim of $20 for record the easement at the Auto County Clerk Office.
[07:04] Tyler.
[07:05] We're Ben.
[07:07] We're Ben.
[07:08] So Tyler and I talked about this today, and this is quite simply the property owner.
[07:13] The owner had requested that we set the transformer closer to the actual unit, which would be using the power.
[07:21] It's not a house.
[07:22] I can't say the house.
[07:23] Tyler.
[07:24] And therefore, the city had to modify the easement to include this extended range.
[07:29] So that's all we're doing is recording this easement.
[07:32] This is the ADD there.
[07:34] It is.
[07:37] They are granting the easement to the city.
[07:40] But we're required to approve saying that we're willing to.
[07:46] We're willing to take that.
[07:48] Motion to approve the adjusted easement.
[07:51] Second.
[07:52] All right.
[07:55] All right.
[07:56] All right.
[07:57] All right.
[07:58] On the second.
[07:59] Yes.
[08:01] Thank you.
[08:02] This is harder than it looks.
[08:04] Thank you.
[08:05] Hi.
[08:06] Hi.
[08:07] Harder.
[08:08] Every day.
[08:09] You stay.
[08:11] 12.
[08:14] The new business of any of those reasons since the posting of this agenda.
[08:18] 13.
[08:22] Staff reports.
[08:29] 14.
[08:30] Trust the community announcements.
[08:33] 15.
[08:34] Germany.
[08:36] Some of.
[08:37] Second.
[08:41] David.
[08:42] He's there.
[08:43] All right.
[08:45] All right.
