02:55Because Alex Is bilingual
02:56And that is something really we realize
03:01Alex started his law enforcement career in commerce
03:04In 2012, first as a reserve officer
03:07and then 2013 was hired full-time
03:10Until

03:14Here on Miami in December
03:17So welcome Alex
03:36The final person we want to recognize tonight is Denay Jenin Holt
03:40From the community department
03:44Demaye was born in Tacoma, Washington
03:52And has lived on several states
03:54She's married and she had two children

04:03but he also made a scholarship
04:05And he was born in the school
04:08The scholarship is funded by an annual fundraiser
04:12They are both very much involved
04:15In past six years they have been blessed to be able
04:18To give 37,000 dollars and scholarships
04:21For one and a hundred percent free
04:37Thank you Cindy
04:43I'm with that on council
04:45You're welcome to everyone
04:46Okay, I'm number three
04:50As public input and unscheduled personal appearances
04:53Is there anyone in the audience that wishes to address
04:55The council on any of these agenda items
05:00Mr. Roy
05:07Thank you very much
05:09Good evening Mayor Councilman and Councillor and City Manager Dean
05:14Thanks
05:15I have to be short so it must very
05:18Quirk with my remarks on your stand the time constraint
05:22Respect that
05:24Must've been on terminal organizing finance agency
05:27And i had them for 14 years
05:29and see there are two reasons
05:31Number one, I bear some go against staff's recommendation
05:35About eight or ten percent of a time
05:37Looked up all when we got nothing data
05:40Hopefully today
05:41We said to yesterday
05:44Will suffice is that kind of data
05:47The second thing about offer
05:50Is it apparently i make the same amount as you guys do
05:54Which isn't very much
05:56So, thats kinda tough
05:59I'd just like every single part
06:01Of this process how they will milk, mitty
06:05To select a brokeraging authority
06:07Another agency in April can be better job than Gallagher
06:09For our city, I should be better in correct
06:14And i will have a request to the council
06:17The committee of conclusion
06:19A brief history about this we started
06:23There's got to get it ten and half years ago
06:26Talking blue cross because NFP
06:28Have gone to Muscovi
06:30Looked across as
06:32As they architective that
06:34Savings scoggy over four hundred and two thousand dollars
06:36But just changing different networks from PCC to Blue Cross
06:42Because of the discounts
06:44So we've been trying get that done
06:46That will be it done with Jeff
06:48We're out at time in 2014
06:50Will close this last year again
06:53Ran outta town but thats a couple hundred thousand years
06:57I know you are trying to say no, i'm not even able
07:00No one can do so as well
07:02I think it's the real problem
07:06And maybe this selection committee has a site
07:10Different in what our thoughts might be
07:13What their thought is going to hopefully have
07:16That will help them
07:19Health insurance according
07:21To day sure with Blue Cross on supply
07:24Each of you and With his number
07:27Is health insurance
07:29Health insurance for cities
07:32For manufacturers, for consumers
07:34For a smart worker banks
07:36For pharmacies it is still health insurance
07:39NFP isn't excellent broker
07:42There are excellent consultant and so
07:45And NFP does more cities in Oklahoma
07:49The algorithms were internationally
07:54But local homicalgers
07:56Choose more lives than an app
07:58We're both all the largest
08:00So my request is simply to have your committee
08:05Call a day surely see if health insurance
08:08Health Insurance and maybe they can then start
08:12Calling some of the references
08:15Their minor area of services with city health insurance
08:19Such as not falling 5500
08:22Again we had public sector, rich galarders
08:25Out at Chicago
08:26With the 1100 cities and helps them through all of that
08:31But I do not believe our references were called
08:34Although
08:36That we're Not Cities
08:39And i ask you to have your staff please call
08:42Our References
08:44Call Steve Baszure or Linda Perciam, both for one
08:47Marcella Rathers, Curi Bany
08:50Jason Bledons
08:52A subair's room, listening is story
08:54That any of you that go to Osborne's now
08:58You would have been paying $5 for every prescription
09:02For the rest issue, if rich had not handled
09:05Or no other agent can give it
09:07Because is a purchasing power
09:10Of galarders
09:15I ask about what we know
09:18We've clients from Diamond
09:20To either the city
09:22New Corridor or Latin
09:24And we have to either the healer, Hugo
09:28Tulsa or Cormacini
09:30Bixby, no matter
09:33Grow in and you need call those people
09:36To see what kind of job would be
09:38If You don't think that
09:41That will do a great job for us things
09:47One is, at galarders
09:51Each human measured on your retention
09:53Of clients
09:55And over there, Category 2
09:58This building is a small village of office
10:01That has the highest retention
10:04Of any galarder's office in this south central region
10:09Including Missouri and Museum
10:12Mrs. Sippy, Arkansas Taxes
10:15Obviously Oklahoma
10:18We have to best
10:20Because we work harder for you employees
10:22And new clients
10:25We work with this kind of an attitude
10:29Try to solve their problems
10:31More employees or our friends
10:33With no them, some are relatives
10:36You want it
10:39To be your agent
10:42So the world, health insurance
10:45Sometimes a deafem issue in the world is confusing
10:48A young addict
10:49He's appeared before you, the foreign doctor
10:52And he was in that eyes
10:54When some school class
10:56and met
10:58Was trying to teach them what a profit
11:00Finding it said
11:02Does anybody here can be told about what a profit is
11:05In jail-waste of the hand
11:07His head my grandfather Lillard
11:09Is his own profit
11:12You sell something for more than a cost
11:17That smile, my father, would, gentlemen
11:19Please consider our request
11:20We would appreciate it
11:25Thanks Dick, by the way
11:28Which I haven't talked about each other's speech
11:31No idea what is going to say
11:34Yes that you're leading
11:37He probably do not go in a like
11:41But i have this, good evening
11:46My council
11:49Friends
11:51Most definitely
11:54Once your all-to-knower there
11:58Respect your positions up there
12:01And i'd like this
12:03Or not fun
12:05Certainly, now I'm from me
12:07and im all that's didn't really match her
12:10Up there a few years ago
12:12We had it many times as well
12:14It is not very funny to sit back there either
12:17So we're thought of mine
12:20I also have some comments
12:23That hope for the betterment
12:26If you think they would be better heard
12:28If i would draw author Jay Gallagher
12:32From all of the items in item 16
12:39Or in essence we're drawing from
12:45The brokerage
12:47Competition
12:53Can you send your attention over to me, I'll do a wonderful job
12:56You did
12:58And if they have some great improvements here
12:59Then obviously i listen to you
13:05Decision
13:08And I call no listening to your decision
13:11Reflected upon it after a day or so
13:14and i'm very disappointed
13:16Obviously, i don't like the ways
13:18You all look right
13:20If there is new business either
13:22So
13:24It hurts
13:26As local businessman
13:28It stings
13:31And i'm not about it
13:33I don't know what to say
13:35But then, do you want me
13:39To believe that the process is flawed
13:42Believe taking a month or more
13:45The listening of seven presentations
13:48How could we expect anyone
13:51Remember? What was said
13:52And the first one or two presentations
13:56We have to be in this second one
13:59So i think even in reviewing some of your comments
14:07It looked like that you felt
14:10That way as well, I'm going put it towards you
14:12Not just look about where after i read the comments
14:15Believe its okay
14:17To a question process
14:19I think that our country was built on the premise
14:23It's okay to question in a process
14:26Believe it will work
14:30And at first i wasn't sure
14:33Because, unbelievable
14:36But
14:38You know?
14:41We had several people with the same last name
14:44That helped me
14:45And i wanted to be with it
14:48Because
14:50Not because we had a chance of winning
14:53But I didn't believe that is important for future
14:57My name was business owners
14:59We try and fix this process
15:02It's flawed
15:05Well, great people in my mind
15:07Talk about these a lot
15:09Many times talk
15:11About very positive things
15:12About growing in the city
15:15We have really good hours of sleep
15:17I'm lucky enough to be built
15:19It's a cool place
15:21To live and i want it
15:23And even cooler places
15:25For my kids, new kid
15:27In regards
15:29To go on
15:33So we're asking you
15:37Every effort
15:38We have a lot of work
15:42To be able to do this
15:45For those who save our community
15:49I've shown me sincerely hope
15:52And what we expect that i am
15:54The next time, like the first time
15:57Before you ask about something much more positive
16:01Like it's great, bond issue
16:03Or something else
16:05Thank You
16:06Do you have any questions or other words?
16:12We can't
16:14I could address those issues when the agenda item comes out
16:18Thank You
16:22If we had a question, it's good that
16:25That might be of staff if they don´t need to go
16:29Thanks for your attention
16:31Thank YOU
16:34Any other public input comments
16:38I have a number of fours
16:42The staff is recommending
16:45Originally items five through ten
16:47But i think there was
16:50A correction on item nine
16:53So staff are recommending items
16:57Five six seven eight and 10
16:59And then we'll just deal with 9 separate
17:02For the consent agenda
17:04We will go to the first one
17:06Alright
17:07So
17:09And in item nine, it will just a correction
17:11It is approved contract with levy town for concert
17:14At the coalman theater and that
17:17The location of those has changed to buffalo rank as senos
17:21With this act correct
17:23Approved contract
17:25For council
17:27Concerts buffalo rank as senoron march third
17:29To be held in conjunction
17:31The anniversaries of the operation
17:34Motion approved, most approve and a second
17:37Well, call please?
17:40Western
17:42Aye
17:44Okay that takes an eye on 11
17:46Approved feeway
17:48Resolution for contract with open on
17:51A pet professionals
17:53For a rental civic center gym
17:57To be paid for the young adult show
18:00And for the ladies come in and talk to you about this
18:03My name is Gary Forbes, I'm a president of the Colman pet professionals
18:07We've been here several years
18:11In we'd like stay in Miami because it's close together surrounding states
18:16There are many people coming from Kansas
18:19In Missouri & Arkansas
18:22Times were pretty tough on us
18:25We rode on the finances to pay
18:31One of these for building
18:34And how many years would this make now that we have
18:37The event has been held here at the Civic Center
18:40Here recall
18:42This is started before
18:44I think it will be a lot more
18:48Last year, when we get ready
18:51Another building over by the turn bike gate
18:54One of the Indian buildings
18:57For commodity distributed and parking is horrible
19:02And do you know why we didn't get into a last year's environment
19:08What I was told, they were going to tell us about it
19:12We paid or started over
19:15Yeah
19:17They're still researching
19:19But let me take one because
19:21We've got to be proved with the taxpayer dollars
19:24I do remember now that there were several events
19:28That we're deferred as a result of it
19:32David under public purpose part
19:36Of the agenda
19:39Or objectives
19:41Tell me about what all those are
19:45It's an annual major
19:46For we give it 5 scholarships of a year
19:51Different number of prizes
19:54And then they're going to commit the tax care
19:57It's educational for all pedonyrs, operators
20:03A lot in estate, site and museum
20:07Or required
20:09To get so many hours of education over here
20:12And that's part of what we do
20:16So it provides knowledge for our citizens, what is far more
20:22It's free to the public
20:25We're trying get a better and safer people over here
20:28In addition around about being responsible
20:32Put on animal control mayor
20:34Both in positive and negative consequences
20:37I think
20:40The only concern i would have, sir
20:42I'll speak for myself first, is the cleaning deposit
20:47We don't have a problem put into it
20:50Great
20:53I mean we've always cleaned and not had
20:56And i expect to be that way again
20:59Or just trying make sure
21:01Observe they're precise on everything those deposits
21:04So, I'm understanding
21:08Any other questions
21:11I'm not a mayor
21:13Make the most sure approved, we have a second
21:16Roll call please
21:18Johnson
21:20Aye
21:22Okay
21:24Thank you very much
21:26The deposit
21:29OK
21:32I am proud of proofy resolution and contract
21:35With your mind, i thought it boosted your club for
21:38For their annual poor port dinner
21:40Mr. Strack
21:42Yes sir
21:44Good evening
21:47Just wanted to get our
21:52Way of approval
21:54The way for resolution and contract
21:57My wife, my wife
21:59Head softball coach had baseball coach here at
22:02I just got hired on this year
22:04This is a fundraiser we do
22:07For our programs
22:09I both high school middle-school
22:12You can program to help finance
22:15To get resources we need in order
22:19Give our student athletes the best possible
22:22Chance went on field as well
22:25Become positive members of
22:28Our society here
22:30Basically, were one two
22:33Way for the
22:35Reddle of the Senate
22:38The Senate and the Bank of England
22:40Worked directly with steep line on this
22:42They have done it for
22:44I believe when we had our meeting
22:47With student athletes
22:49Other day nine years
22:52Last year was a first-year that they did do
22:54Had to new baseball coach last
22:57Year, my wife
22:59He just given birth to her son
23:01A bit of a skill went back to school in January
23:05So didn't have the time
23:09I guess, time constraints
23:12To set that up last year
23:15Last year they just did hold it
23:17Sadly both
23:19The baseball and softball program
23:21Suffered by
23:23Losing about
23:253500
23:27The 500 dollar deposit and issue
23:30It's like a week
23:32You can get it right back
23:34No, if that is
23:37That an issue we cannot handle
23:40Motion or third version
23:43Motion to answer
23:45Johnson
23:47Four-star
23:49Good to go
23:51Thank you. I am 13
23:55For bond presentation
23:56Dr James
23:59Welcome to James is getting up and ready
24:01To make his presentation
24:03Could I ask that we quickly go back
24:06Back-to-Hide of 10
24:08It's gone
24:11Back & forth
24:13And it just texted a man
24:15She could not do it
24:17But, but
24:19Is at the cold end
24:21Okay
24:23Has been buffalo run
24:24Sorry, but
24:26I'm just going about
24:28Warrowsing two hours ago
24:32We know we're right now
24:34You have a number of amin
24:38So this is being as much third
24:41Do you want to
24:43I mean quickly amend it or
24:45Or can deal with that at the next meeting
24:47The contract actually says that
24:51Yeah so contracts okay
24:54So I'm going to amend the motion on
24:58Item number nine
25:00To read
25:03Go call
25:05You should
25:07I
25:09Wester
25:11Okay
25:13The key factor
25:15There's been moved around
25:17That is where it confuses coming
25:20But this was correct for
25:22Mr. James
25:24Thank you for being here
25:26Welcome
25:30We have with us
25:34This is Donny Lone, our board president
25:37Mr. Malsnarsel Walder
25:39I'm going to address your own
25:41Hi
25:43Good
25:45Thanks again for allowing me
25:47To come to the council
25:49Thank you
25:51Of our school district, a new bond proposal
25:54As are bonded to last time failed
25:57We listened most important thing
25:59And we have made revisions as needed
26:01To cut cost is much
26:03As much possible while still accomplishing
26:05Our main goal which
26:07Is safe and secure schools
26:09Positive learning environments for staff
26:12Much of the funds will go
26:14To make sure that the funding is available
26:17By creating entrances which will send guests into
26:19The offices before entering
26:21Building the accessing children
26:24Security monitoring equipment
26:26We'll be updated
26:28Instead of a pitch street for high school
26:31Like we wanted, we're doing
26:33A flat redo
26:36Of
26:38Flet
26:41All and as well, track locker rooms at the high school
26:46And connecting our main building to
26:48The Mac
26:50Aswell is in the tech centre so that students do not leave
26:53In close space
26:55At any time during day
26:58We'll also have its roof redone
27:01We will closed
27:03To be able
27:05To go outside for security reasons
27:07They're filled with house
27:10The building is in the city
27:13We'll still be
27:15Building across
27:17Atmicals
27:19Campus and it will update
27:22In and rework
27:25With new showers
27:28As well as
27:31Lockers
27:32We'll be gaining ADA
27:35Restrooms and administrative areas
27:38So that they can see also to people coming in the building
27:41We're seeing Washington
27:43In a row about three of our elementary schools
27:45We will gain secured entrances as I've said
27:48Connecting outside doors
27:50To come into offices
27:52Rootdale must have extra classroom space
27:54As well as Nichols
27:57We need extra spaces
27:58As the upper elementary Nichols also need a highly functioning
28:03Media centre which it really does not have at this point
28:06That will be added to front of their building in that
28:08You shape and very
28:10Facing south
28:12The paved
28:15There'll probably pay being parking lots there
28:18And I pick up drop-off area
28:22At
28:23So all these things
28:27We'll be done on a budget
28:30The bond issue is set at 3.6 million
28:33And we will only increase your yearly
28:36Will state tax by mere 7.53
28:39Much lower than me had tried in the past
28:41Knowing you're not getting that pie and sky
28:44But,
28:46If You are going to take tax
28:49My amount of home
28:50Is around $400 a year
28:53It will increase by only 30
28:55For the entire year
28:57That's about 2.50 cents a month
29:00The fortune at once
29:02He is full of state tax that up behind
29:04About 1,000 dollars
29:06Increase to 75
29:08Or less than 6
29:10So
29:12That'll be coming
29:14We've got all information on being here in
29:16He and the street seem to get
29:19And let everybody know what we will be doing with that 3.6 million
29:22Dollars
29:24The vote schedule for
29:26About 4,5
29:28So April 5
29:30We've got a couple of months
29:32Between now
29:34Where would this citizen
29:36Get information on our website
29:38Of course we will be having
29:41Rectures with the company that
29:43We contract
29:45With it does all of our
29:47Bonding capacity
29:50Just like last time
29:52They ate at last
29:54We'll get information
29:56If you would like a meeting
29:58As to come and present any
30:00With information, have flyers
30:02To hand out
30:04As you get
30:08I'm a column diagrams, pictures
30:11What ever gets
30:13If we would like to come back at some point
30:17We'd give closer and present that again
30:21Or welcome me
30:23Thank You, Mr.
30:25Look it's your calendar
30:27Think about the time
30:30That might make them those cents
30:32We want to be supportive of the community
30:37And we know this is important
30:40Thank you very much, you know
30:42Schools are a really
30:44Important part about our community
30:47Only what's best for kids
30:50Okay anything else if not

32:11Motion to approve my second
32:14Well, Johnston, question
32:17Four stars
32:18All right
32:20I am 16 discussion of recommendation
32:22Health insurance committee
32:24Thank you
32:30Good evening
32:32We're glad to be here
32:34To talk about hiring and employment
32:36This is a process that started over three years ago
32:39So it's been in lot
32:41A long time, we've got this morning thinking
32:44It finally came into its culmination
32:46And get the opportunity all
32:48So the City of Malm has had this same third party administrator
32:55Four 15-plus years benefit management out
32:58Of John one
33:00Our HLL record is being a bond for couch and loosen
33:02Also, we have about 300 covered lives
33:08That in Guarnar Health Plan
33:10And that includes our employees
33:13Retirees
33:17I hope we like it said for three-plus years
33:20Even before being came discussing what this means
33:24With the implementation of The Affordable Health Care Act
33:27What can be waning down on us
33:29And i don't know how else to put
33:32It is a whole bunch
33:34Of regulations and compliance
33:36About all those days
33:38even though, We have Cindy
33:40Being a worker who was our HR manager
33:42In her benefits coordinator
33:43She's a very technical field
33:48And we knew that We needed some assistance
33:51But I'm going to make sure
33:53That is the same way for 15 years
33:57Plus, she has something about us
34:00To explore our options
34:03With the rising cost of health care
34:05We have to do something proactive
34:08To make sure that we are managing those costs
34:11And also on the flip side of
34:14That, what you want get our employees
34:16The best benefits can for WhatWe Can afford
34:19So it happened as this in a long journey
34:21A child leadership team decided
34:23To move forward with an employee benefit broker
34:26In one year health insurance broker
34:28Employee benefits brokers
34:30One more work we're talking about
34:31We're going to help us with lots of different benefits
34:35That we offer our employees
34:38We sell off PR out in June 2014
34:43And i want a thing that question clean
34:45Because, the head was starting her team learning HR
34:48She's done some extensive work on this process
34:50Also it has been really appreciated
34:51We got several responses from seven brokers
34:56Those workers were in AP and she knew her son and associates
34:59The ministers, author J Gallagher company, locked him
35:03the insurance center
35:05One blood benefit group, a bone for couch and a Wilson
35:09Employee benefits broker community which consisted of municipal finance manager
35:13Lindsay Schnauck & Berg
35:15Sitting on a drinking cartoff
35:17Myself as HR director
35:18HR manager and benefits coordinator
35:21Cindy being over in the we appreciated
35:24Councilwoman Morgensen also serving with this same community
35:28We are called on each broker
35:30And allowed them to do a presentation
35:32To committee, lower not at
35:34The same amount of time for their presentations
35:36This is a career from September 3rd December 2015
35:41It was one bit lengthy process
35:43Part that would be due
35:44One broker that had a healthy shoe
35:47And it has asked for three weeks extension before they could do their presentation and we allowed
35:52But what we thought is each committee member doing
35:55Each of those presentations
35:57Had an notes summary sheet with the 10 criteria
36:01That were considering
36:03So as we run along in this process,
36:05Each of us documented our notes from most presentations
36:10At culmination above them
36:11One way to about three-to four weeks
36:14And none of us discussed it with each other
36:17In we scored, based on those criteria
36:20There was a scoring system that
36:22We had set up and then came back together
36:24To determine what our final recommendation is going
36:27The committee unanimously decided
36:29To recommend NFP machine or Hedelson in associates
36:32They were the decision involved five people
36:35On their community they scored
36:36The highest
36:38And that is our recommendation to you this evening
36:41For approval as are employee benefit broker
36:45One of the major contributing factors with them
36:47Was a experience they have
36:49With municipal accounts
36:51They had over 35 in Oklahoma
36:54Also we did check references
36:56We didn't know Check all
36:58Of those references from everyone
37:00But at least two-to four
37:03From each other seven brokers
37:04And from those references
37:09That helped us also derive some of our decision
37:13If the recommendation and this is a discussion item
37:16But whatever they decide to hire
37:20The process would be asking me
37:23To give you authority to negotiate
37:25A contract which we will begin working on immediately
37:28As soon as that's completed
37:30We can bring it back
37:31The contract will be a two-year-old model
37:34With the first year having to have a renewal clause in it
37:38In 2 years, this city of London level once again
37:40Go through work or evaluation process
37:42To determine what best options are for their City
37:45We look consistently every ten
37:48Years go Through This Process Moving forward
37:50So that we can make sure That
37:52Week keep out with Whatthe Cities needs Are
37:56I've told Deanness Before
37:57I think this is one of the biggest decisions
38:00That we make as a Charter
38:02And then say that because
38:04It has so much
38:06A blendy
38:08Give him The Immology
38:10When i have a cold, if it's a heart attack
38:13If you're hiring benefits specialist
38:17Let us help to explain what we need on compliance side
38:22And also what they did down into our data
38:26Laydown All of their options
38:28So that we can make the best decision weekend for What We Can afford
38:33That's really only half an 15 years in a month
38:37I just want to say i appreciate all of them
38:40But certainly on The Committee
38:42They'll take it very seriously
38:45This is important decision
38:48So i'm not reading, speak to that
38:51Actually Kim
38:53What we've always tried To point out is That there were five people on this group looking at it
38:57We are all 5 Engels and how he did
38:59And so I think you're going
39:02You know what's up
39:05Any questions?
39:07A lot of packet was
39:09I told Dean a KL2O
39:12It has been visual aid.
39:14I mean, somebody that i have won a list for the last year
39:18So it means any questions about anything
39:22That you're one and nine for me
39:25Well if there's a question
39:27Very curious About how
39:31Our plan is going to evolve
39:35Self-funded versus non self funded
39:39And we'll be looking For some guidance
39:40Another two very different paths
39:44And in the past
39:47I always believed that self funded was
39:51Was it a better city's best to enter
39:54But i believe It has been
39:57With all of The walls and changes these days if they still is or not
40:02Right,
40:03We have some convincing that it's still not in your best interest
40:08One of the positives is That with a CIA we were granted to be because
40:12Were self funded
40:14But what I'm doing here Is hiring a professional To lay out all over options
40:19So, now i can't legitimately tell you whether
40:23It was just a waste or not Because
40:25But yeah, it's going to be Interesting To see what the options are
40:31And we all discussed that
40:33You know when you don't go self-funded
40:36If i give up a little bit of control and That is A difficult thing
40:39In real our plan
40:41We managed It well.
40:43I've had couple Of Refereers but thats
40:46So kind LAY OUT What will happen over The next several months
40:55Because if decisions can make by July 1
40:58We have to be in place by July 1
41:02And we start our July one
41:06That's only really 4 months
41:10You know, 45 minutes
41:12Even if when you don't make some kind of A significant change
41:16that being Whether In RTPLA or network
41:19In July we still have the option that We can do it in January
41:24So, one of those periods But One Of The Things
41:28Re-asked NFP and they feel strongly They Can Get us to Where
41:32And be by July 1
41:36So instantly Once
41:38It's a contract is approved
41:41Let me start giving them data for Lots
41:42Of Years and Digging Down Pretty Quickly
41:45They've indicated Within About Six Weeks
41:48Think they Can Have Something Back To Us
41:57I want to make a comment And all of you about One City that
42:01In Fee has in That's Mescogi
42:04Had A lot of conversations with the HR Director
42:06In Mescogi, their plan was Actually The Negative
42:09Has Never had an Insurance Broker
42:11That was Kind of Similar to What We Are Now
42:14In a Young Half, They're Now To Me Into The Good
42:19And they've had significant savings By Going With Blue Cross and Blue Shield
42:23But the comment that she made It Mean Was
42:27I Feel strongly Not Worked For Us
42:30but NFP is going Back How You And Much Know what Works for you
42:34Think we'll kind Of Tip The Hat
42:35For The Community was Just That They Have So Much
42:38Municipal Experience
42:40Doing the City's Exactly Like Us
42:44Cities that are Larger Talsa
42:49Came Of Your References You Said Two To Four
42:53Were they All Minus Palettes or Some of Their Referances Other Than
42:58Minus Palette?
43:01Was Most Of What The References Are Given
43:03I Know The Private Second References Actually Have Just Come In
43:07in the Last Week
43:09As For Us Employee's They Were All Pretty Poisoned
43:12Some Roger.
43:16Some Roger?
43:18Some Significantly Smaller
43:21And NFP Has Glove That Was A Positive Reference for Them
43:26Unless they Are Pretty Moors, So We Had Positive Referances
43:29That Was A Number Two In The Scoring
43:31And the Scoring Sheets Are In
43:33Packet and Gallagher Head Positive References Also
43:35But Ultimately When We Looked All Of
43:37Teng Criteria
43:40Namelessly, we Just felt Like This was
43:42Best Option ForThe City of My Emma
43:47So I'm Stasped Made It Work
43:50Remindation that Falls Us To Accept
43:53The Reclamation or Directing To Go A Different
43:56I'm Supposedly As This Agenda
44:00To Be Listed For Discussion Only
44:03Because There Are Several Hundred Pages Here
44:06Want to Make Sure That Any Council Member
44:09One At More Time
44:12Two Review The Information Had That Time
44:17So, Well Say With At least Rich
44:25On behalf of Gallagher
44:27In The Claim That He I Love There With Draw
44:31And he's A Drain Out
44:33Exactly Had To Take that
44:36Think the Issue Is Important
44:41We Could Do It, Don't Know What You Can Do
44:44Any Where One But If Its Tax Pair Dollars
44:47So if we Got At Last Year
44:49So I Don't Want Us To Take A Long Time
44:53And Councilman ForSTERS Going to Be Out Of The Country
44:57At Our Next Regular Meeting
45:01What i Would Like
45:03Is Have a Meeting Next Tuesday
45:07Which We Will Make A Decision

45:15Does Anybody Wanna Do Anything Differently Than that?
45:18No It's My With Me.

45:37I Don't Have my Calendar with me
45:42Is There a Time That's By The Plot
45:45Or For Everybody Typically
45:51You Put Me On The Sponsor
45:54What Is That?
45:56Not Just My Back On Comment
45:58In I Respect Courage Over It Very Much
46:01A Like Courage
46:04When He Said Its Was Floored
46:07i Don't Know What he Means By That
46:10Always l Can Tell you Us Five Being Together
46:13it was very, on the Up and Up
46:15There's a Very Service And We Took It Serious
46:17And The Money Met By the Word Floored
46:20My Interpretation That It Was At Just Any Time You Have
46:24A Lengthy Lgged
46:28Can To Be What Length He Means But a Lengthy Lgged
46:32In Between We Get Some Information
46:35Make A Decision On it
46:38Thats NotThe Ideal
46:41That Is It Mean The Decision Was
46:46Impacted Thats A Gnaficking
46:49Brian and Two Star Works For Me
46:51Soccer 9-6
