[00:02] I'll go to the right of the eight months that you have to mark over the 13,
[00:06] when you point along.
[00:07] I'll give you one second.
[00:09] The first one, the answers to that one.
[00:11] Three.
[00:12] Set the agenda.
[00:13] So that I can recommend you to move on to four through six.
[00:16] He said, don't go.
[00:31] Some words at the parker.
[00:34] So the presentation on area and the circumstances.
[00:39] Sure.
[00:40] Now.
[00:42] Don't miss the happening.
[00:43] I think you now work out on our regular schedule.
[00:47] So I'm going to give you two on.
[00:51] We just want to give you a course.
[00:53] There always was kind of whatever this is all for the heroes.
[00:57] Here's that first page.
[00:59] On the second page of presentation.
[01:02] I'll talk about the agreement with the city of whatever time to be spent.
[01:06] And we will be able to do an individual report for that as well.
[01:10] Sometimes it came to my perspective where to share that to you this year.
[01:15] The start of the I don't want to do this.
[01:19] I'm going to make it happen in the last month, since I spoke to you guys at last.
[01:22] We've completed 20 and 26 departmentary visits.
[01:26] So we'll start from highly limited to a report that we, again,
[01:31] who can have fun on January.
[01:33] And we'll get out to you guys as well.
[01:35] So that you can share it.
[01:36] This is where we have a video that goes out and talks to the businesses.
[01:39] And we have some all kind of the same kinds of questions looking for trends.
[01:43] Other than that, as they already talked about before,
[01:46] but because we are almost done,
[01:48] we are hearing you as in pretty dramatic leave,
[01:51] is just our main factors,
[01:53] letting you five other two members talk about
[01:55] the main right now in the statements of my image.
[01:57] That's not including the main factors
[01:59] in our local campaign.
[02:00] So that member has gone up,
[02:02] eight percent of our existing main factors
[02:04] are in the process of expanding,
[02:06] opening together, expansion plans.
[02:08] Those are all good things.
[02:10] Something that goes in Iowa,
[02:11] or beyond, as well, the Tyler,
[02:13] is starting to look at that quality of life piece,
[02:16] so that we can get work for us here,
[02:19] and I'm sure you guys will hear more of how
[02:20] patterned we look at the few months.
[02:24] I also wanted to be starting to solve some of the researchers.
[02:28] And we did this for the cutting for
[02:30] our communication solutions.
[02:32] Some of you were there.
[02:34] We had Congressman, Mark Lane,
[02:35] Roland there, as well.
[02:37] I'm sorry, Kesley, who's the executive director of the Department of Commerce.
[02:41] And we've been working with communications solutions
[02:43] on some expansion possibilities in my image,
[02:47] as well as more of these stuff.
[02:48] Welcome us so we're excited to be able to reach for them.
[02:51] It's leading to two other projects.
[02:54] If they want to do to your climate,
[02:56] there are different than a concern.
[02:58] I can't express those in detail right now.
[03:00] but this one project has to really kind of spread its means.
[03:03] So we're thankful to work, because that's actually a job for you.
[03:06] And we've also worked with five manufacturers to write these.
[03:09] So when I talk about that, it's writing manufacturers called this end.
[03:12] I needed that a supplier for all that's or I needed help with the router or something like that.
[03:19] So in the last month, we actually had five of those, which is more than we normally have.
[03:23] It's because they're busy and they're using supply chains.
[03:27] I know you guys have been remarked about those across the country there, coming to Miami and Miami,
[03:31] and coming back to us.
[03:32] And we are seeing some supply chains have helped in and as far as the leading contractors.
[03:37] And we are so concerned that I'm coming more,
[03:39] or these are well-learning factories that I'm in and out of them.
[03:42] This will be next Monday, you all will be welcome to the attendants who will be sharing information about that.
[03:47] I'm actually in the morning, they've got the monthly time.
[03:51] Basically, this is where they divided into factors to kind of learn more about things,
[03:56] like financing the APN was there to talk about supply chains and options that the manufacturers have.
[04:01] But also about an hardware is like, Connics, which is in each of the open month,
[04:05] or manufacturers can enroll in that way, then they need a supplier.
[04:09] It lists the lowest of buyers first so that we can can't get a better.
[04:13] That we learning more about work, works, and one works, and one doesn't, especially when we need to be, because it's so challenging.
[04:20] So while we have able to pay for that, and they've also asked me to address same manufacturers in ARPA,
[04:26] the money that's turning down, which is making sure manufacturers are learning their communities,
[04:31] know that they have infrastructure needs, and modeling into the last year to keep that because we can't get those funds quickly.
[04:37] So we want to make sure they understand about how those funds work, and why everyone needs to make sure they need to grab together a process,
[04:46] and then make sure we leverage those dollars as well as we possibly can.
[04:50] We are, we feel like our business team made in Miami, which is what we like our main factors to kind of show students in the Miami region, what they make.
[05:01] We weren't into quite a few, but we're still trying to do a different variety of teams with a reception,
[05:08] latering after and we'll be taking a larger part peacefully.
[05:11] You guys will be invited, of course, as well as other community leaders.
[05:15] There's just a chance to start exposing those kids to the last time child, and something really little like.
[05:21] On board four, it's been working with our regional partners to work at Caldo, being set for us in Ottawa,
[05:26] kind of always doing that, or facilitating regional discussions, and with one of the reasons we do this on a regional personal work course is because
[05:35] my event has some people coming in and going out to work, so we need to make sure that those regional partners that will be happy to be able,
[05:42] and we also need to know their needs, so if we need transportation to give those workers here,
[05:46] we're going to work with engine development transportation, I have some other reasons that we're part of the street.
[05:51] One of the things I'm really excited about is we've been working with the city at our environmental schools.
[05:57] They have hired two people, or...
[06:00] basically to retrain it, but these two people are going to put this on for you, that's not a college.
[06:05] So for those kids that are maybe looking at a trade school or wanting to go directly to work,
[06:10] they are a key place I believe seven interns, and they have made the process the person will be learning factors.
[06:18] So we're starting to be with our main factors this week to see if we can play some of those kids in internships.
[06:25] If it goes well, we're going to be partnering with the state's apprenticeship program,
[06:29] but doing it with the bike version, which is a lot of those times the reason many times there's definitely the apprenticeship program is too complicated,
[06:36] and they're looking at us for a pilot program.
[06:39] So they spend a kind of learning marvelous, well that has done this very very well,
[06:43] and she brought her all the over, she's tweaked it a little bit, and I am really excited about this opportunity.
[06:49] Right now it's just for seniors, and because of liability, she's for sure trying to work out with your own seniors at the same time.
[06:56] Entrepreneurship, in the last few days we've worked with four new entrepreneurs, not including our existing ones that we've already worked with,
[07:04] but listed that has been on pregnancy options and location placement, we have done a business, ran with them.
[07:10] As most of you know, EEO has a bike order, and was successful in creating an SBC office here in Miami,
[07:18] and we're going to have a couple of them, which is a huge regional asset.
[07:21] We are having a very large public building network.
[07:25] So you know, some of the bachelor's degree that you think might be interested in working with entrepreneurs, please let me or grab.
[07:33] And we'll see if they take it fit.
[07:36] That would help make sure we're just going to be working with our entrepreneurs in America as well.
[07:40] And lastly, our global recruitment, real play, course with work with communications solutions,
[07:46] and we're partnering with the city of Miami, on that expansion possibility.
[07:51] We have access to the site, is it become the open owners to assess future birth in May?
[07:56] Usually when that happens, it's under the radar, we take it out.
[08:00] This one was to mention the site, the main thing we talked about is the project, and what we can do for them.
[08:06] And we've also marketed the site.
[08:09] It's outside at Miami, right?
[08:11] I didn't.
[08:12] But we hope to continue doing that.
[08:14] We've been working with the Department of Commerce.
[08:16] They were not listing us, and we are certified safe.
[08:19] And it's a site at the state of Oklahoma.
[08:21] So I have asked them to correct that as quickly as possible.
[08:25] But also because they don't have as many of our locations as they used to have to take it if you want.
[08:31] So we're working with the Department of Commerce.
[08:35] The state of Oklahoma has a site called LOKOK.
[08:38] Or anyone can lose any property that is available, as long as it can be used for commercial or industrial use.
[08:45] And we want to make sure Miami's listings on their accurate and their art to date.
[08:51] And we are also working with some local bankers who are going to be hosting kind of a banker's election.
[09:00] Finding a thing is becoming a key with all the patient projects going on and so we thought we could get some of the heads in the learning to talk about what we can do as if we're to support those expansion projects
[09:11] And so we work with two ventures that kind of take a leave on that and we'll be helping host that in this well
[09:17] Right, that's it for this quarter.
[09:20] I have more to say.
[09:22] I've had interaction with two or three of those fighters from the very side of the opportunity.
[09:27] Yes.
[09:28] I probably think it will be good to kind of get everything out of the table because it will also kind of have to surprise financial resources.
[09:36] Do you have any questions for me?
[09:38] So the Department of Commerce in the Transportation Board and the Board is really robust for me.
[09:46] How do we fall off of that matter?
[09:48] I don't know because I feel a little bit okay.
[09:50] I have a bottom line as much like we have just been left there for months if I haven't been answering the saybar keys.
[09:56] And the reason for that is because I can answer the word for question.
[10:00] Without line.
[10:01] So I've gotten there in check.
[10:04] Your skills are quite tight.
[10:05] We all want to understand their wisdom.
[10:07] So when you bring it up that side, a lot of time is what it does is it shows circles of where there's a lot of sites.
[10:15] So it also is always a big circle of loans that are easy to circle.
[10:19] Right now when it hits a team or there's a circle there, or something.
[10:24] My advice usually had kind of a smaller circle, but we usually have our own circle there.
[10:29] And when all the other maps were still there.
[10:32] But we weren't on the first map you brought up.
[10:34] And so Ed and this is correct in that as quickly as possible.
[10:37] And we are one of the set of teams or if I say it's sites in the state of Oklahoma.
[10:41] Now that's never drastically.
[10:43] We're busy because they have been pushing the candies to their sites.
[10:46] But the third location process is in the state of Oklahoma.
[10:50] It's a very intense process.
[10:52] It usually takes one to two years because of $1,000.
[10:55] But it means that we have had all the studies done.
[10:58] We need to have done.
[10:59] So that a company came tomorrow and said, I want to buy a lot of seven.
[11:03] And we want to put a shovel in the ground tomorrow.
[11:05] We can do it.
[11:06] We've done the ship.
[11:07] We've done it.
[11:08] We've done it.
[11:09] We've done it.
[11:10] We've made sure everything is good to go.
[11:12] And in my house now.
[11:14] Now once you've certified by a site, you cannot escape it.
[11:17] So we buy our papers or make starts listing.
[11:21] We list for a few private owners.
[11:23] They let us list at the site.
[11:25] There's a site we have.
[11:26] There's a site we have.
[11:27] There's a site that's five hundred papers.
[11:28] We list at our private owners.
[11:30] It's not certified.
[11:31] And so a lot of times that not see down on the list.
[11:34] Because they know they're going to have to do some work.
[11:36] If they use any kind of federal funding for their project.
[11:39] They're going to have to do this if aren't else.
[11:42] So I don't know what happened.
[11:44] They are trying to correct it.
[11:46] So we are on the other maps.
[11:47] At 80% of the other incident maps are certified.
[11:50] And that's what we're saying.
[12:00] You're right.
[12:01] A lot of good things coming in my life.
[12:02] The law people don't know about yet is to get a benefit and teach them why.
[12:06] A lot of good things will provide for us.
[12:08] And this is probably going to be a huge issue.
[12:13] But my first thing over, I'm sure we're going to ask that you're going to be able to improve
[12:21] over the last year and a half.
[12:23] You're definitely not going to ask that.
[12:25] I think what we would be taking a lot of the value and this is you think it works.
[12:31] I appreciate it.
[12:32] I appreciate your attention for us and my little brother.
[12:35] And I'm often and when I see it, both in the next year.
[12:40] They're going to go.
[12:41] Wow.
[12:42] Because there's lots of stuff coming in.
[12:43] But I hear a lot of people working together.
[12:45] And I know that it was like I feel like sometimes we're studying on what our hearts do.
[12:54] the development as far as primary and the voters go.
[12:56] It just doesn't happen in the mind, they're adopted.
[12:58] And communication solutions happen faster, it was a call center.
[13:02] So I hope you guys know, we all working on some projects.
[13:05] I've talked to you all a little bit about being separately so that we can go a little further
[13:10] and detail, I can't go much, a little bit further than you can tell about what we're working on.
[13:15] But thank you very much.
[13:16] I do work hard, but sometimes it's for nothing.
[13:19] And that's what they do.
[13:21] I've actually come from around and it works out with the community.
[13:24] You guys have done the same tax and jobs.
[13:27] It's fun to just write a good thousand mark.
[13:29] So thank you.
[13:30] Thank you.
[13:31] I'm not saying I've got a curchier at home.
[13:34] It's finding out.
[13:35] He's out.
[13:36] Hi, guys.
[13:37] Thank you.
[13:38] Sure.
[13:39] We're not.
[13:40] We're going to break the discuss.
[13:42] And kids have said that public hearing day, we're going to go out with both the annexation
[13:47] and the security.
[13:49] Okay.
[13:50] I'm going to talk to you a little bit about what's going on.
[13:52] We're saying you're going to just come up.
[13:54] Can't this.
[13:55] I'm going to talk to you guys.
[13:56] Yes.
[13:57] So this is the annexation of the Dollar General that's going to go south of us.
[14:03] My amount of part of our agreement with getting much of a thing in a certain piece of property
[14:10] to help with our parking.
[14:11] That the city had the incident.
[14:13] I don't know if I've heard of our original list once the sewer was fully operational.
[14:18] That they would allow us to have an exclusive unit.
[14:22] And this is starting that process.
[14:25] So we're looking forward a approval from the council to go ahead and accept the public hearing.
[14:32] And then they were 15 council meetings.
[14:35] San Bernard.
[14:47] Don't go.
[14:48] All right.
[14:49] David.
[14:50] It's all right.
[14:51] All right.
[14:52] Let's go.
[14:53] Leave it for you.
[14:54] Sign that.
[14:55] All right.
[15:00] The discussion of the module action on Resolution CC-2011, that's about being applied and signed in policy.
[15:08] Okay.
[15:09] So you haven't the packet, the lowest-playing sign policy.
[15:15] It is set on the agenda so that you can actually approve it if you want to, but I'm thinking that perhaps since this is the first exposure you have to,
[15:26] but we probably might just want to talk about it and then let the modifications you would want to see.
[15:34] This was brought to our attention.
[15:39] Though, in former media, the school, it's another entities.
[15:45] They're wanting to put up some manners and flags.
[15:50] And so our concern, the discussion of this, you wanted to set a way that we would have flags that you wanted to have.
[16:01] But on behalf of other people, come in and say, you know, we're using that.
[16:08] Imagine the worst possible group that you can't think of wanting to put up flags in the city of Miami.
[16:15] So we wanted to be able to do what we wanted and not have the negative consequences that could come if we start doing that.
[16:25] So that's the gist of what we're trying to do in this and let the answer to the questions.
[16:31] I'm sorry, you're going to bring up a visual and first of all the lighter.
[16:48] Yes, I mean, theoretically, if everything's fine, I know you're all just steady to gently.
[16:54] Since you got your packets, if everybody's ready, we could go on as a night, but if you'd rather pass it to another media, that's fine.
[17:03] It actually entails a concept of law that is relatively new that didn't exist on a possible era of 2000s.
[17:17] There's a new concept of government speech of where you are protected to some degree on taking some positions that you want to take.
[17:33] So I had a new research on that because I said it's a new thing.
[17:37] I've never heard of it until I started looking at the graphic of this policy.
[18:19] I would add that it is a fairly extensive policy, so if you're really going to feel more
[18:30] confident, that's certainly understandable.
[18:35] It's going back to the business of just the city property.
[18:42] City properties, city owned, or city utilized property, so they include trying to play properties
[18:48] that we've got.
[18:49] That's what it is.
[19:05] It's going to be like a hospital, a medical board, and you're going to be talking about a
[19:11] board, or you just need to know what I'm talking about.
[19:13] But I can tell you, you're talking about a billion of those.
[19:16] This is just flags, you see what all flags type on the sidewalk, where it flags, and
[19:22] I'm like, yeah, that's what we're talking about, but you're not going to be able to
[19:29] apply a whole number of money.
[19:30] Right.
[19:31] Correct.
[19:33] We want to have, but we want to greatly, we've reached the manners of flags, so that's
[19:42] an attitude.
[19:43] Right.
[19:44] Yes.
[19:47] So, those are the ones that are automatically already approved.
[20:05] If somebody else wants to go out, then they have to apply, it comes to you to make a decision
[20:11] as to whether it is approved or not.
[20:15] But that's the health, for instance, the kind of public schools where you go or the very
[20:21] Norwegian or those groups that are already doing it, we're just giving them a blanket approval
[20:30] at this point.
[20:31] So, what's the process?
[20:38] You need to provide a contact to see the immediate contribution that I'm going to be able to
[20:44] go whether it's approved or not.
[20:46] So, I actually made it a little bit on us to get it on, we'd have to go through one
[20:53] council group.
[20:54] And this is something that you really want to think of, but it has to go through at least one council
[20:59] member.
[21:00] with a majority of the council of the green for it to go on the agenda.
[21:06] And my reason for that is sometimes you can get into some caring,
[21:11] difficult conversations that has elected officials,
[21:17] you may not want to get into it.
[21:20] And so it allows you to determine what actually fits on the agenda
[21:25] so that it's discussed here.
[21:27] Now if you want to hear of that,
[21:29] it might be because of the things any council,
[21:32] any one council member who did it on the agenda,
[21:35] then we could do it that way.
[21:37] But that was designed to hear you all day,
[21:40] a bit of affection from the hands of the area
[21:43] and the comfortable conversations that we do.
[21:45] If something goes well,
[22:14] I don't want to play with it.
[22:15] If it goes well,
[22:24] it's not always the ability to change the way,
[22:26] right?
[22:27] We have to admit it.
[22:29] Yes.
[22:30] I've never heard of it before,
[22:32] but you know,
[22:35] following the risk by COVID,
[22:39] you don't try to do this to me.
[22:41] I can tell you,
[22:42] it looks good to me.
[22:48] I make a motion with that.
[22:53] I'm sorry.
[22:54] He's dead.
[22:57] All right.
[22:58] Stayless.
[22:59] Stand on.
[23:00] I'm not.
[23:01] All right.
[23:03] There's nothing to do with the point.
[23:04] Very important.
[23:05] To the nurse.
[23:06] What a body.
[23:07] Perfect.
[23:08] It's fire.
[23:15] you.
[23:18] Okay.
[23:20] He's dead.
[23:22] Some heard.
[23:23] All right.
[23:25] Mary's Foundation of Pointing Joe Del Morgan.
[23:27] She's a mom and dad.
[23:28] I'm going to go to the board of the NDRA.
[23:30] The place in the middle of the fridge.
[23:32] Turned each fire.
[23:35] Davis.
[23:44] Some heard.
[23:45] He's dead.
