[03:06] I'm going to be perfectly old.
[03:20] Good evening.
[03:21] I have to have this.
[03:22] My name is very little.
[03:23] I'm going to ask you the least.
[03:24] My family might have become a big number of three.
[03:27] Part of what I'm going to say to my family.
[03:29] I have any videos to refer.
[03:30] I'm going to want to raise.
[03:32] You start with the question.
[03:33] I'm going to state.
[03:34] It is harder to power.
[03:35] I'm going to start doing clean-ups.
[03:37] I have to be included.
[03:39] I'm going to do a few things such as the amount of height.
[03:43] If I go to this moment, there are one cancels.
[03:46] Two mattresses.
[03:47] A lot of women share as well as like a little bit.
[03:50] Rather than two, we can pick up a lot of things to do so.
[03:53] Or without making this money.
[03:55] But two of them are so easy to do.
[03:57] They don't care.
[03:58] They don't care.
[03:59] And on the outside of the park.
[04:01] One of these can sign off.
[04:03] And the other side.
[04:04] As I've mentioned, the nature of those use for fishing.
[04:07] I'm going to do a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit.
[04:13] So, then what else to wear in our chairs?
[04:16] And we put double set on the whilst standing distance,
[04:20] I don't know if we're in a fish hole,
[04:22] but I'm out there holding it in the park.
[04:25] I'm also like this that is so easy on what the amount of people
[04:27] can to do for 20 years.
[04:28] We have a big benefits for today.
[04:31] As well as I work really well,
[04:33] we have a small and comfortable understanding.
[04:36] Thank you very much.
[04:38] Thank you very much.
[04:42] We're seven since the end of the staff are immediately
[04:47] through one of the data through June.
[05:04] From 11th, public hearing on submission,
[05:18] we'll make a great application to the volunteers
[05:20] and the recreational department vision of state parks.
[05:23] We have just a...
[05:34] Good evening, council.
[05:35] So the parks department, the parks department
[05:47] has put in a grant request
[05:52] and this request is for an 80-20 grant.
[05:56] And every award at the city will be responsible.
[06:00] We're 20% of this grant and plants that are funded through in-kind services.
[06:07] What this will be will be, we're calling it, this flash trail, and it'll be a walking trail located
[06:13] on a barbecue where the flash pad is right now.
[06:19] The city, Miami, the closest provided a pathway trail that will be approximately one mile
[06:25] length and encompassed the Miami Route 66 flash pad, the Joe Pollock Sports Complex, and the
[06:33] tennis sports slash skate park area.
[06:37] The trail will be asphalted with limestone, base eight foot wide to the calling both walkers
[06:44] and those for wheelchairs.
[06:46] The trail will cross over the bridge that was put in place in 2020, and will just access
[06:52] over the natural ditch that can hold water during every rain events.
[06:59] The trail will be, well, last in a since walking cross, access to the areas mentioned
[07:05] above the bridge that we're talking about right now, it doesn't have the railings on it
[07:11] as we speak, but we're just waiting for the contractor to start, which is doing some other jobs right
[07:19] now.
[07:20] This week, the next, they'll start that project.
[07:25] Bences, shade structures, vegetation, lighting, and signage from the place along the trail.
[07:31] Other features may be added as funds allow it.
[07:37] So as you can see right now, here is where the splash pad is.
[07:42] This is the bridge that we were talking about.
[07:46] What's going to be really nice about this is that this is really our only park from the parking
[07:52] on to the restrooms in the railroad, that is ADA and wine.
[07:58] So when this is, hopefully we're allowed this ramp, and it's completed, you'll be able to park here
[08:04] and walk over the bridge and go throughout the park and around and use the restrooms in a wheelchair.
[08:11] We're really excited about that point.
[08:16] So we see here, here's the Joe Pollock, Ballfield, here's the tennis courts and the skate park.
[08:26] So this is what, you'll have to forgive us a little bit on the computer in the lines.
[08:33] It doesn't allow us to do incurring.
[08:35] So what this is, here's the parking lot to the splash pad and the picture that we use.
[08:42] It's an older one, so the splash pad isn't there, but it's located here.
[08:46] You'll be able to come out of the parking lot, go across the bridge, or around the ballfield,
[08:52] go around the tennis courts, the skate park, and turn back.
[08:56] Of course, the track will be a little bit of a monkey as...
[09:00] 90 like this one is back over there and around we're thinking about putting a shake structure
[09:06] somewhere back in here so you'll not only will use this parking but this as well we think
[09:13] this will be a really neat walk to have it's one of our focus parks hopefully we will be successful
[09:23] on the grant and we're just really excited for the opportunity it's one of one of the one
[09:38] we'll have Mark who's around what it was nice about this too it ties in to our healthy community
[09:44] again as well and we want to go really excited to the fact that this will be an all 88
[09:54] is it going to be live all around oh yes you're planning on
[10:03] I mean I know we just like 20% on matching but we have the idea
[10:06] not this time it's run out of 150,000 dollar
[10:10] grant that we will have
[10:12] grant 30,000 dollar
[10:14] that was a park park tour where they think about this
[10:23] I have a talk to them about it
[10:25] we both are making a surprise upon stuff
[10:31] and knowing that I'm not very excited
[10:35] it was normally way to get renovations from there before we could do that
[10:40] this is just great formation yeah there is no match
[10:43] yeah the application had to be turned in about the end of January
[10:49] so we had to move before we had a chance to present a new park tour
[10:53] which would be better
[10:55] yeah it's one of the kinds of grants
[10:59] sometimes you have to jump in there
[11:00] like so we have it up
[11:02] yeah sorry
[11:05] you know what you think before you know yes or no on the grant
[11:09] I'll get you done for a couple of months
[11:12] I know that we'll turn it in and they figured a couple of months before they
[11:17] even look at that
[11:19] thank you
[11:25] I'll stand here to come there
[11:29] they have a question well some other
[11:31] there is a public hearing
[11:33] so you need to declare it as a public hearing
[11:36] but as you both I think what I'm saying about this
[11:39] grant is a public hearing
[11:40] so you might have any questions on this
[11:41] if it doesn't
[11:42] let's walk you down
[11:44] so there are any protection on expected additional water usage for
[11:49] that
[11:52] the way that grant we had in there is a question
[11:54] water usage
[11:58] water usage
[11:59] gross water
[12:01] And this is a trial and cell or a luxury curve.
[12:03] I mean, just additional costs to the city
[12:05] we'll have to pay for that on up the basis.
[12:09] I know, I know now.
[12:10] I'll make sure that.
[12:12] I mean, yeah, I mean, there'll be lots.
[12:14] We will hope to have power into the exchange
[12:16] structure of just like we do at this flashback.
[12:18] So yes, there will be a very, very big to the city.
[12:22] And we can go bar high, get you something out there.
[12:24] There's always a chance to have additional places.
[12:28] Thank you.
[12:30] I don't know.
[12:31] This is something I'd like to say.
[12:32] I don't know if you guys thought that enough.
[12:34] I'd also like to say that to that chance.
[12:39] I think you can still say, you can have the walk of night,
[12:41] and feel like they're, you know, it can be long terms.
[12:46] This is the district.
[12:48] Thank you.
[12:50] Yeah.
[12:50] I can definitely bring it up in part four.
[12:56] Any other questions for the committee?
[13:03] Well, update on the current condition of the climate.
[13:05] This will go just to take this one as well.
[13:10] So we talked a few of a month ago about the liner
[13:16] and the pool in the fourth condition.
[13:19] And needed to be the river.
[13:21] We're coming back to now to tell you what we found out about.
[13:24] We haven't about a quarter of the liner pool already,
[13:27] and it's been a lot harder to remove than what we initially thought.
[13:34] The way they saw that liner is the glue.
[13:38] The cleaner surface, the glue, at least the down,
[13:41] they put a filled amount down, and then they
[13:44] could glue on it, and then they put a PVC liner in.
[13:48] And where the water didn't penetrate the liner,
[13:51] it is like they just put it on.
[13:54] So when we go to rip it in that, it is hanging on to the concrete.
[14:00] So this is a picture of what, for those who can remember
[14:06] back in 06, this is before they did the first liner installed.
[14:13] And it still has that island out there.
[14:17] So this is when they removed the liner, this is before they installed,
[14:22] removed the island before they installed the new liner.
[14:24] And this is kind of what we thought we might see.
[14:28] And as you can see, just from the picture, it looks,
[14:31] it leads, but it still looks decent.
[14:37] So this is, when they did the ring model in 1977,
[14:41] they rebuilt the curving for the side of the pool of all the way around.
[14:47] And so this little blue tile, and put this red, this is the skimbed
[14:51] of the water, this is where the water comes over,
[14:53] and then the bridge washes down, and gets a refilled.
[14:56] This is kind of what we thought we might see when.
[15:00] and we pulled the liner.
[15:03] This is what we found instead.
[15:06] The concrete has deteriorated so bad,
[15:09] and the glue still holding that when we ripped it up,
[15:12] it is just falling apart all throughout.
[15:17] I can see here, it's just coming off in chunks.
[15:23] There's another area where it is just disintegrated.
[15:28] Here's a portion of the side where it is just,
[15:33] it is not exactly what we expected at all.
[15:36] So, same kind of area, but you can see down through here,
[15:43] and all the along for here.
[15:45] Everywhere we've ripped off the liners is what we're seeing here.
[15:48] So here's a corner of the edge.
[15:51] You can tell right here,
[15:53] concrete's pretty much returning back to aggregate.
[15:56] It just crumbles in your hand, cracks all the way through.
[15:59] So at this point, we have determined that what we thought would you go back
[16:04] and with outline, and do it in cheaper repair,
[16:08] it's not feasible.
[16:11] We are going to have to go back to the line.
[16:14] We talked to a concrete expert,
[16:18] and we're pretty much going to have to cut this out all the way around
[16:22] and rebuild that curving in order to support the liner.
[16:26] As of right now, we put out the lid,
[16:31] getting it together for the liner.
[16:36] But we still have not gotten permission from the state
[16:39] to allow us to put a new liner back.
[16:42] Speaking with them, they're pretty buzzing with that.
[16:45] Being able to, but it's right now,
[16:47] we still have not gotten the consent to be able to do it.
[16:50] But we're going to make sure we get our dogs on the road.
[16:54] So when we do, get that curving which we expect to get,
[16:57] that we can start to receive.
[17:00] So these are just ballpark figures of what we know right now.
[17:04] From estimates, a new pool liner is going to be around 220,
[17:09] give or take.
[17:11] The sand in the three filters that we have.
[17:15] It's been over 10 years since it've been looked at and replaced.
[17:20] If we have to replace the sand,
[17:23] and if there's repairs to it, they're looked around 10,000.
[17:27] Speaking with some others, we might not have to do that.
[17:32] We're going to find out.
[17:34] We looked at sandblasting and painting,
[17:36] just a structure of the slide.
[17:39] The slide was still in a warranty last year
[17:42] that the guys were sliding apart of it.
[17:45] And if that repair holds up,
[17:49] we'll think that we can do the cheaper with just sandblasting
[17:53] the structure itself and painting,
[17:55] and not testing the slide.
[17:57] We have one estimate for that.
[18:00] 9700 and then the support names that were underneath the restroom area would think we can
[18:08] sandblast and think those we feel around 5,000. So to kind of sum up where we're at, we know
[18:17] that we're going to have to go back and go on. We're still waiting for a stay approval which we
[18:22] feel we'll get and that point where the process of making up big practices in that for a place
[18:31] in the box. Thank you for taking a look at the bits are out for the comfort to get in the
[18:42] unit. Yes, well, which means if that's not included in this, it's gonna be a different
[18:49] day. We think around 25,000. With the area of the museum with the plug, how long would this
[18:59] work? Well, a line of music 10 to 15 years. Our last line did not hold up as well because it
[19:07] is damaged during the storm. So we're hoping in 10 to 15 years without damage. But where
[19:15] this was, where the coolest located, we're always susceptible to flood. One flood of times,
[19:22] you know, the debris comes within it. There's always such a chance. So, but without
[19:27] water, we don't have a hole. The longer it's, the 10 year warranty, then it does not cover
[19:36] the actual disaster. So we don't have any gloves and we don't have any alternatives about the
[19:42] way. We had to take a year warranty on the line. So we can fix it. But as soon as we have
[19:49] a flood that packs up, we get a pool that does away with that one. So the liner was installed
[19:56] in 2005. We had the flood in 2007. We had some storms right after that. So that kind of pointed
[20:02] that more to you, due to the natural disasters that we're on. So we'll be glad to have you
[20:09] there since. We're coming out, I mean, we're working on doing it to be someone who
[20:13] will have a lot of time to do the disaster. So maybe get some of that money and get the back
[20:18] of what we've prepared. So I'll get it with concrete prepared, Dr. Ballpark, use it at the back.
[20:26] Yes, or more?
[20:28] Just in the veins under the back of the rest rooms, if I remember correctly, we would look at the
[20:35] slides, maybe we could really get scared.
[20:38] They did, but we had to look at it. It's mainly surface and we give it the same last in the panoramic
[20:45] and then...
[20:46] That's going to make them stable.
[20:48] That will make them the last of the veins we can get the last of the long hands, the pool.
[20:53] We have to realize that the pool is 80 years old. It does have a shelf like a bench building.
[21:00] So, I was talking about, it's worth a grantment because that's how we already have it.
[21:07] That's basically going to be like, I mean, you don't have to make it.
[21:12] We have not been nominated one with 80% of the things?
[21:15] Yeah.
[21:16] And we have not got that money in.
[21:18] But they just want us to get in.
[21:20] Yes, it hasn't been nominated.
[21:22] It's been some days, but we could go all the way to the government.
[21:26] We're went out to that.
[21:28] But that has to go to the pool.
[21:30] Correct.
[21:40] But there's one other aspect that I came in there that you need to keep in mind.
[21:45] Two years ago, I think, was being made of something that we're planning for.
[21:52] Which applies to the city, just as well as it does.
[21:55] The homeowner is right there.
[21:57] And there's a limitation as to how much money you can put into the parent.
[22:02] A structure, such as pool, that is in and of both life.
[22:08] Sounds like we're getting somewhat close to that amount.
[22:12] But we can't see 50% of the value of the property or the repairs.
[22:22] 50% of the repairs.
[22:24] What do you want to do?
[22:25] We try to get the full amount of look at it and give us a cost.
[22:31] And they say the dues was age and size.
[22:35] They don't have any words to be used with confidence to see what it would be clear.
[22:41] So we don't know about it.
[22:45] It's seven minutes.
[22:47] So that period, if we're getting a hundred and five, it has to be filled with pools.
[22:51] And so that's actually the picture pool.
[22:54] And for the final place, we can't fix it again.
[22:58] Perhaps the preliminary that we've received from the state,
[23:08] that this would be a one-time variance if they allow it at all.
[23:13] They will allow it.
[23:15] So we can essentially get this variance.
[23:19] We have 10 years to come up with a plan for the pool.
[23:23] We have a hundred and nine feet in the initials.
[23:30] So if you just think about it, we have one nine to the end.
[23:35] We can't.
[23:36] Plus the one in the back of the pool.
[23:38] Plus the only bond.
[23:39] So the funding we should have had to be able to take care of if everything goes well.
[23:44] We've got to have you all going back through what the incident is that.
[23:50] How do we get it?
[23:52] If I'm trying.
[23:53] So get that all that bonus.
[23:56] Just like the leader.
[23:57] I submitted a flood.
[24:00] I'm going to ask you the code source.
[24:03] I'm going to give you the dollar.
[24:05] So add it back.
[24:10] Go there, so you'll come back to this way.
[24:12] So yes.
[24:13] Yes.
[24:14] Hopefully, hopefully we'll hear it back from the states in.
[24:18] And, as soon as we get our package ready, we'll send that out.
[24:22] And we should be getting a bit more in contact with a couple of environments
[24:27] so I think getting it back won't be that difficult.
[24:31] That's the caveat that we were not on a sincere on that.
[24:36] And we are writing out writing the rest, not only on time.
[24:41] Pretty quick, isn't it?
[24:48] We're going to go ahead and go out to the end of the ladder.
[24:52] Hopefully we'll come back up to the end of the state.
[24:55] You just superb.
[24:56] The next time you see us, we'll come back to an action.
[24:58] And then we'll have dates and numbers of what's going to take to get that.
[25:03] We'll be getting reinforcements.
[25:09] We've got cane, marriage, nomination.
[25:12] Take the loose.
[25:13] Considerment is over there.
[25:25] Three choice.
[25:34] I don't think they're going to be.
[25:36] I don't think they're going to be.
[25:39] The 14, the new business has a residence.

[26:25] I'm going to go back and ask you a little bit about Berkeley.
[26:34] I'm going to speak and you mentioned that too.
[26:36] Trash, that's just, that's something that's, something that's,
[26:39] something we need to, I mean, I think it's a great thing.
[26:42] Everything we're doing.
[26:44] As if we could be a system that way,
[26:47] and hopefully we can probably go to Berkeley and also think that we're good.
[26:51] I already did that Mr. Roberts.
[26:53] Okay.
[26:54] Okay.
[26:55] I'll take care of that.

[27:04] 17 city managers, communications and anything.
[27:16] And anything?
[27:17] And anything?
[27:18] So, what?
[27:19] It's working.
[27:20] It's working.
[27:21] We have a side of the building.
[27:23] It's working.
[27:24] It's working.
[27:25] It's working.
