[02:26] I implastic.
[02:27] There is be.
[02:28] during such time as a member, as I am a member of the City of Iowa City Council of Worship.
[02:34] And the Board of Trustees of the Mayan especially to the Board of Trustees of the Mayan and Specialities of Worship.
[02:41] Of the City of Mayan, O'Connor.
[02:43] Of the City of Mayan, O'Connor.
[03:08] So I'm going to give you a little bit of a scared and personal interest.
[03:11] We have one in the United States.
[03:13] Hello, City Council members.
[03:23] A newly elected mayor of Les Alparca.
[03:25] I'm attending the Council meeting at an after-it has been brought to my attention
[03:29] that we have at May a world cooperative committee that is a business owner
[03:33] who has actions that do not believe in line with our community values.
[03:36] Lacy and Zach Perry recently participated in the publicizer involvement
[03:40] with the January 6th of the tap on our nation's capital and the institution
[03:44] of the United States.
[03:45] Although I understand a nice support for us in politics and although I might not always
[03:51] agree, I do respect a different political platform to them for my own.
[03:54] I do support local business and shop locals often as possible.
[03:57] I do however have a problem supporting business leaders who do not seem to care about
[04:01] the dangers of a global pandemic.
[04:02] We'll travel in the DC to protest and publicize their own social media.
[04:07] Lacy and Zach were applied to receive the $48,500 and DP funds made available for the SBA
[04:14] and they're forgivable.
[04:15] However, this signals to me that the willing to take advantage of the situation
[04:20] is less dirty for dead and I'm counting without taking advantage of stop the spread
[04:24] for a question of times I received from the government, which is the compressive on January 6th.
[04:28] This time we'll be paying ourselves to put lack of ownership.
[04:31] It does not align with the values and I believe care for us in the unity of the future.
[04:35] This is not a simply a matter of partisan politics to define right or the left.
[04:40] But it is a concern for an outside perspective.
[04:43] Part of the task of sitting government is to attract outside investment, business to come
[04:47] or raise the community.
[04:48] By allowing a few bad actors to remain as ambassadors for our city, would be a mistake
[04:53] that should be looked at with much more trepidation than a breakdown on partisan politics.
[04:56] I would hope that the less can make the consideration for someone else in the business community
[05:00] to fill that spot with coalition.
[05:01] With the absence of Lacy, do the importance and action on her part with the number of
[05:05] percent of the value in the city.
[05:06] This is the importance of that.
[05:17] We're going to have to take your love.
[05:21] David.
[05:34] I don't call it.
[05:36] I don't.
[05:38] But 12.
[05:39] We're going to encounter agreement from the mending employment.
[05:43] Employee requirements system.
[05:46] This is really a housekeeping on and on.
[05:56] But because it has an emergency cause, it's not the only case.
[06:00] And essentially what it is is we're changing our board and board units over time and time and
[06:06] development to include in a way to also include in our city manager.
[06:11] In the past, we have not got a city manager that wanted to participate in our
[06:16] collective plan.
[06:17] Unfortunately, because I've made the advertising of city managers about
[06:24] the work that we have done in our plan for seven years to invest in it.
[06:31] So, I think this is a very broad sign that our city manager blocks to be at our
[06:36] requirement of the plan.
[06:38] About plans to be here long enough to be bestowed.
[06:40] So, we're asking you to make that up there.
[06:42] Is that true?
[06:43] Sure.
[06:44] I'd like to close the table.
[06:52] Second.
[06:53] Perfect.
[06:54] Perfect.
[06:56] Perfect.
[06:57] We're changing the work.
[07:12] We have an artistic clause, because since both started on January four for
[07:15] us to be able to do a pay home and not, we needed it to be a perfect
[07:19] decision.
[07:20] So, that way we clean.
[07:21] And when we started, we will do it this month.
[07:24] We need to remember to pass to pay the two of us.
[07:29] We have the time for the latest article, part of the article.
[07:37] Thank you.
[07:39] The fourth thing is the presentation order to associate this one year, 2019-2025.
[07:46] All of a sudden, and one of the partners with part of the Associates, and we all remember
[08:10] that there was an external order, which means you're independent orders.
[08:14] And to be clear, we work for you in the city council.
[08:18] And by helping you understand that, we're available in questions or information from you guys, you're ready.
[08:26] But that's what we do.
[08:29] And so I have, like me, and we should have already received your auditing financial statements.
[08:34] I'm sorry, I might have notes for going home.
[08:36] You also should have gotten a short two-page letter from us.
[08:41] So, I want to start off by telling you, the city of Miami, Miami.
[08:49] Miami, I'm sorry.
[08:52] From my perspective, it is in a very good place.
[08:55] But eventually, you can actually sound the order before.
[09:00] has no findings, the opinion on the audit of financials is unmodified.
[09:06] Formerly, you know, is a clean opinion,
[09:08] meaning we didn't break any other language into it.
[09:12] And here, yellow book report, which is at the very back,
[09:15] is a standard report.
[09:17] Meaning, standard language, there were no findings back there.
[09:22] I like to tell a city council that I like your shoes,
[09:25] and I was looking at my audit report.
[09:28] The great first thing I do is turn to the very bad page,
[09:30] because if you have any findings, that's where you're going to find it.
[09:35] But you have a notation about an old finding that's been clear.
[09:41] You don't have any new findings.
[09:43] I want to tell you that we switched within our office,
[09:47] through the floor, there is a hearing date, but in that sound meeting,
[09:52] we also switched to a leading audit.
[09:56] And then, sure you found a man named Ron Palmer.
[09:59] And I tell you this, because I would like to put to instill some confidence in you
[10:03] in that a lot of it.
[10:05] One is a retired board here from a large international accounting firm.
[10:10] And he works for us now, and we'll let the enjoy us of going back to his roots and doing audits.
[10:16] So he did when he was younger.
[10:18] He's not necessarily an easy man to please.
[10:21] But you did get a clean look at it.
[10:23] Even though our firm has been dropped for a few years now,
[10:26] we did get a clean look at it with a new manager order to get a new partner
[10:30] and taking a slightly different approach as the standard requirements to do.
[10:37] So we did do that.
[10:40] I think it came to our attention to class us to have any concerns
[10:45] with the confidence in your management, your finance department,
[10:50] that here's to be a little grand.
[10:53] And again, we had no findings.
[10:56] As I told you, the opinion in your report is a clean achievement.
[11:02] That young corporate court is the report that's near the back.
[11:06] It's like the last couple of ages back there.
[11:09] And if you read it, you will note that way, point out to you,
[11:12] any internal control weaknesses or any failure to provide laws and regulations
[11:18] that we know during our lives.
[11:20] We do not give you an opinion on that.
[11:23] Because the work completed and of interest,
[11:27] we know that it's not as advanced as a standard amount to get to that point.
[11:31] But at the fact that we found anything we would have conveyed it.
[11:38] I don't know if you have questions from me.
[11:41] We'll bring it up still.
[11:43] Like I said, your financial statements are starting to add
[11:48] about who we're going to go towards to your net assets this year.
[11:53] Mostly via, well, I'll give a big sound sound.
[11:57] That's how it's going to be.
[12:00] so that it's very good news for the city of your size.
[12:04] And especially in what was a little bit difficult here,
[12:07] certainly towards the end of the other city's wish going away.
[12:11] The latter from us, if I might just touch on that,
[12:14] this is the other thing, if I were on the council,
[12:18] after I put to the back of my office,
[12:20] the officials, I would read this letter.
[12:22] This is where we tell you all the other things we should tell you,
[12:25] that there's a rise to the level of being drawn.
[12:28] But had we had concerns with Mary for difficulty working with them?
[12:35] Those would be here, to the extent that we had all of the adjustments,
[12:41] so we had meeting, we didn't require maybe help so that there are six standards for that.
[12:48] But you'll find us on this level.
[12:50] Again, this is the standard language,
[12:52] we're not finding any new significant concerns to the council.
[12:57] So what questions do you have for me?
[12:59] I would like to comment, I guess what I would like to say is
[13:28] we're getting the new city manager and before real,
[13:33] to receive a lot rather than the gate,
[13:35] that's playing their findings.
[13:38] It's very thorough, it hasn't been dependent on it.
[13:40] They are, you're often going to work for you, so I know.
[13:44] This is information that tells us that,
[13:47] when we're writing things to follow all those things into the past,
[13:50] this we should be in that we should have confidence in the foundation.
[13:55] To say, this is really exciting for me to be able to walk in,
[13:59] to be the end of this in the first 15 days of my time.
[14:03] It's been very, very cool.
[14:09] Let's say I'm going to hand this on the learners,
[14:12] but also I'm going to let her hand the route,
[14:14] we should be looking to ask me a question tomorrow.
[14:18] Next week, our next month,
[14:20] I'm going to go over there, I'll ask,
[14:22] and we'll be back a little bit.
[14:24] 15, as they don't know the 19 and number of traces,
[14:37] Dr. Clark Hawke, thank you for allowing me to speak.
[14:58] Kevin, thank you for.
[15:00] It's great to do this, I don't know what's worth thinking about, but I'm glad to be here.
[15:03] Thank you, sir.
[15:04] The other one.
[15:06] Completely out of the small process, because I was an active in video four years ago,
[15:12] I was an only basketball player in an higher-grade point after the score.
[15:16] So here I am.
[15:20] The United States, you know, about 4,000 deaths of COVID-19.
[15:29] The CDC predicted 90,000 deaths of COVID-19 and died in the next three months,
[15:33] for the next three weeks.
[15:35] And we were, again, 28,000 deaths of the first two weeks of the year.
[15:43] Over the moment, at 340,000, 40,000, 40,000 more cases.
[15:48] And 2,000 deaths of 25,000 deaths of 4,000,
[15:52] And that's about 0.8% on what kind of usage.
[15:57] So let's talk about, I spoke here, on a simple fifth.
[16:02] And increased 60% in a case, if it's up to 1912-30.
[16:07] That's 28,000 deaths of 12,000 deaths of 28.
[16:08] And that's a male phone, the state, the Department of Health website.
[16:12] We have to 28 use cases today.
[16:15] We have 30-3 days at that level of study field,
[16:19] to the team, and everybody has been one of those.
[16:22] Pope is the first chief, Paul, I'm left in Oklahoma, I'm always part of the team
[16:28] in painting.
[16:29] So, the hope is, double was, I was a state in the positive, capacity, rate, and piloting
[16:35] tests that are tested, or administered.
[16:38] Our other characteristics is put at the, for the recognition of President Trump's
[16:44] passed orders so they could no longer be posted for a couple of
[16:48] evaluations. Last Tuesday the press conference. There was this as a
[16:52] hospitalization. It's been pretty flat over the last few months.
[16:55] But actually, hospitalization is a 50% of the last five months.
[16:59] There's a hospital post that has been, the other day in 75 people waiting in
[17:04] the emergency room to get a medical hospital post. One and three
[17:10] of the residents of Los Angeles, Spanish, COVID-19.
[17:14] And there you've got an average board for the recruits,
[17:19] but they're getting to get on that place with all the dead bodies.
[17:24] And I've lost in my practice, and in my solicitor, I've gone
[17:29] in Los Angeles to go with people that you would expect.
[17:37] So if it affects everyone, you can kill them.
[17:41] It's been interesting over the course of time.
[17:45] As the model is extended, it creates the predicted number of deaths
[17:49] in the cases. And the reason for that is that the model, as we
[17:54] know the Americans are making correct choices to control the disease,
[17:58] but that's how it means.
[18:00] The evidence for mass management that is strong,
[18:04] in case of counties and other mass standards,
[18:07] so the negative 6% or a 6% decrease in public night think cases.
[18:13] Counties that did not have a mass mandate,
[18:15] show them the reason for what kind of person in public night think cases.
[18:19] Compared to pan or mass report,
[18:22] we have more patients tied to the United States every day
[18:27] and they have a whole end in it.
[18:29] So, you're seeing good news.
[18:34] We now have a family band, a family band,
[18:37] a family band.
[18:38] There are people who use a molecule,
[18:41] and a violent presence, etc.
[18:43] If we give them a different system,
[18:45] a whole range of those,
[18:47] you'd have to give them a whole heap of things
[18:49] that have to be in a hospital, a free spirit criteria.
[18:52] It is a sheer business.
[18:53] But I have five patients in the last three days
[18:57] that they thought stayed the long.
[18:59] People went down 20 people
[19:01] and got a family napkin in the third
[19:03] that I can have in the press of the hospital hospital.
[19:06] So, you know,
[19:08] it was the beginning of the hospital.
[19:12] So, it's a chance that the same people live
[19:17] and the chance to prevent all of all those
[19:21] that the other day's impact is that people in that
[19:25] people with that heat, those are kind of
[19:27] an off the time to grab three months
[19:29] for more of the body long.
[19:31] Because it's a crying trope spread
[19:33] by the T.E. board under the control.
[19:36] So, I think, I know there are different opinions,
[19:42] but the medical community would love
[19:46] to have a mass mandate.
[19:48] So, we have less people.
[19:50] And it saves people alive to play
[19:52] to people with disabilities.
[19:54] That's what I want to do.
[19:56] So, I don't know if I'm willing to be
[19:58] to do a bit of a better thing.
[20:00] Any questions at all?
[20:03] Okay.
[20:08] I have another meeting about a hundred.
[20:10] So, I'm going to leave here,
[20:12] but if you guys have any questions, please leave a comment.
[20:14] Thank you for your concern.
[20:15] Thank you for your concern.
[20:16] I'm 16.
[20:20] Mayor's nomination for the following.
[20:22] The following.
[20:23] The following.
[20:25] Jackson.
[20:30] Thank you.
[20:32] Thank you.
[20:44] Thank you.
[20:45] The following.
[20:46] 10 percent of the attention.
[20:50] ่ฒท.
[20:51] I'm 17.
[20:53] Well I'm 17.
[20:54] I'm 17.
[20:56] I'm 17.
[20:57] I'm 17.
[20:59] I'm 17.
[21:08] We will have a few minutes of the time.
[21:18] We will have a couple of.
[21:19] Okay.
[21:20] 18 other new businesses are in the business of the businesses.
[21:29] The folks think they will be within the 18-7-4-20 mayor and the council's.
[21:56] I want to say congratulations to our chief Robert Wright and
[22:04] And our captain, my welcome, both got 25 years of service in, and we appreciate your service to our community.
[22:13] This meeting will do just some good fortune for myself and my wife.
[22:34] We've been having a move about five blocks which took me from two blocks north of the line and three blocks south of the line.
[22:43] I must step out of the seat of the dining room.
[22:49] Then we appreciate your service to the community.
[23:01] And we're twenty-one city-makers, communications.
[23:04] So the greater depth of the business, I must do not have any extensive communication to share with you tonight.
[23:11] Other than 15 days of job, and I have some very good meetings with staff,
[23:18] and a bit off, and several other different facilities.
[23:22] Using all of our co-TVE and the mission.
[23:27] So this is a meeting to get comes to have me.
[23:30] As many of us as I couldn't have saved away, but it's been very enlightening.
[23:35] It has been great tours from several of our directors.
[23:38] And I've been out really educating myself and with their help.
[23:42] I'm involved in the city infrastructure.
[23:45] We have to be a bit of a time-built space.
[23:49] So as I work more, and as I get to one of the day-to-day operations,
[23:53] I'm sure I can take into account more of those that really I have to stand.
[24:00] to be in the 2022 adjournment.
