[01:02] retains the grants.

[01:22] On this, I'd like to ask.
[01:23] On this, I'd like to ask.
[01:25] and a totally real patient to be reimbursed by the God.
[01:29] Yes, sir, this is for Olsen to do the engineering
[01:34] for the 698 project from the low water crossing there
[01:38] by Puri, Puri, Casino, Buffalo, and Casino,
[01:42] all the way to the railroad tracks, that portion right there.
[01:44] So this is the electric in the water that's in this location.
[01:47] O'Dow will be reimbursing us for everything.
[01:50] We've already got a letter in the mail that they're
[01:51] reimbursing us, they've already approved the work order.
[01:53] We just have to formally approve it on our end.
[01:56] Any questions on any of that?
[01:59] Anything that you want?
[02:01] All right.
[02:01] No, Motu approved?
[02:04] Motion approved.
[02:05] Yes, sir.
[02:06] Second, roll, roll, please.
[02:07] Western.
[02:08] For Stern.
[02:09] Lewis, I work it.
[02:11] All right, so.
[02:13] I don't know if I'm going to park on the environmental quality
[02:16] for whom I have a permit to discharge.
[02:19] On, Harry, I'm good, how are you?
[02:21] Good.
[02:22] OK, so this form,
[02:23] here is to renew our discharge from the waste work.
[02:28] Is there every five years we've got to do it?
[02:30] R's is expires April 2020.
[02:34] So if they want this information, I had it six months
[02:37] that had it times so they can review it.
[02:38] It's due to November 2nd.
[02:40] I want to touch base on a piece of thing, because if you
[02:44] park half of all the three of me with me on that form,
[02:49] actually go to page 9, I wanted to tell you about these,
[02:58] because I didn't want you to run it.
[03:00] why they weren't building up. We no longer have any permanent interest. We're still a pre-treat
[03:05] city, but we don't have any permanent interest. That's why this is a left blank. And I
[03:11] will point that out in the cover that I said to the YouTube. And then also page 10, we don't reclaim
[03:17] our water. So that page is left blank too. You might have seen in there really not numbers. A bunch
[03:28] of spreadsheets with the box of those number. That is three years average weight of all the testing
[03:36] within. They want that in an average of the last three years to see how the plants do. That's
[03:42] how they based on what they're going to put in that permit for us to do. That was one of the
[03:49] requirements that's in there. And then this big one at the very back, I don't know how it was
[03:55] put in you guys' deal. But one of the things that asked for was a, that wanted to submit a
[04:03] 24-hour composite sample of all the pollutants in Table 2 and Table 3. Table 3 is, these are
[04:10] pollutants that are identified by EPA and the categorized. Table 3 is metal cyanide and being all
[04:18] if we run those twice a year. And in Table 2 is, there are a bunch of pollutants, it's like a hundred
[04:24] or something. We do that once a year. So that's in there. All of this idea we do is, we'll go to DQ with
[04:32] exception of couple of things. One is, it's fine here. In general public notice in there, get out of
[04:42] it and I'll probably send a newspaper and then I'll be in half a day with Table 2. And then also we will
[04:51] put in a copy of the invoice and they want to check for the feed on that for the yeah 15.
[04:58] Then what I need from you guys is I'll pay six of that for and it's a third vacation, you know, the
[05:05] design and no surprise. Okay? Right here. And on the test that we run on the one here in twice a year animals,
[05:20] are we doing well on those and we're running away with them. The only thing that we've had a kind of high
[05:26] hit on and think, I'm not sure why, that they haven't said anything to you. It's been high for years and years
[05:33] and years and years. They might say, you know, one year they said, hey, we want you to run a copper for
[05:39] one year starting in year three and a perfect. They might say that 15. I don't know, what they'll do
[05:47] they'll review this and then they'll come down to the plant in inspection. But it'll get a different type of
[05:52] inspection. It'll be one where they'll want to see if we change any of the treatment process without them knowing.
[06:00] which we have. It's like a wet. So I can see what there would be zink on our stormwater run off,
[06:07] but it's fluid, it's on the spread and that's without infiltration.
[06:11] I don't know if you know some of that might come from some of the mind and stuff, a picture,
[06:16] and if you don't want to run off, it's ended as frequent point.
[06:20] And we'll create a lot of it in there.
[06:22] And this doesn't have to be approved by anything.
[06:31] It's not required to be approved by the board.
[06:34] We don't have to take a vote on what you just need to sign.
[06:37] We'd ask that you need to prove it, just make it formal approval tonight.
[06:41] And you said we don't have any of the industries listed on that one chart any more.
[06:47] So what did we have?
[06:49] We used to have eight of the picture per minute.
[06:52] Still cracked.
[06:53] There you go.
[06:54] Whenever they work and then blitz.
[06:58] And the reason blitz was because they were making a metal gasket.
[07:01] Now it's a flat back in the day.
[07:03] So now they've gotten completely rid of that.
[07:06] They don't need to do that.
[07:08] But once you get three permanent industries in your city,
[07:13] you become a pre-treative of a city.
[07:15] DQ gives it to you and you take care of it.
[07:18] But it doesn't matter if they're all gone.
[07:21] They can be gone for 10 years.
[07:23] They're not going to take it back.
[07:24] You get to keep it.
[07:26] Okay.
[07:27] And Tyler, Tyler, what do you want us to do?
[07:33] Just to prove this submission of the form?
[07:36] Yes, they're in the application.
[07:38] So you can sign off on that and we'll be good.
[07:42] So do we have a motion to approve the application?
[07:47] First submission.
[07:48] I'll make a motion.
[07:49] And the second.
[07:50] Second.
[07:51] Go call please.
[07:52] Forster.
[07:53] Orket.
[07:54] Question.
[07:55] Who is high school?
[07:57] Thank you.
[07:58] You business.
[07:59] You business.
[08:00] You business.
[08:01] 11 staff reports.
[08:02] Question.
[08:03] Question.
[08:04] Staff's available.
[08:06] It's a trustee community announcement.
[08:08] I'll send you an announcement.
[08:09] But 10 is a German.
[08:10] We have a motion to adjourn.
[08:11] And I'll second that.
[08:13] Call.
[08:14] My 10.
[08:15] Coach.
