[02:44] All right.
[02:45] I.
[02:46] Any.
[02:47] Executer reject.
[02:48] Whole House.
[02:49] A green and red armist for use of a lot of trash truck.
[02:50] Total.
[02:51] And.
[02:51] High traveled.
[02:52] You want to.
[02:52] Well Kevin's getting ready to make the presentation.
[02:55] I think Vince probably going to want to have a couple of things in this.
[02:58] I just asked.
[03:00] I'd like to point out that my wife works for our best friend,
[03:04] if there's been a corporation.
[03:05] So I have to refuse myself entirely from the side
[03:08] of my pet and nothing to deal with on the side.
[03:11] From an ethical standpoint, I wanted to make that
[03:13] disclosure.
[03:15] Bandit, did you have something you need to just add?
[03:18] Well, it might be best if the timer
[03:21] or Kevin were to explain the problem.
[03:23] And then the go from there.
[03:28] Yeah, that the document you in front of you is what basically
[03:33] everybody's agreed to is to add a address
[03:36] that problem that didn't suit your approval.
[03:39] OK, Kevin, go ahead.
[03:42] Basically, at PEEPS on Steve Holmes,
[03:46] you should be snack attack, you should be at your age.
[03:49] Currently, with the white trucks,
[03:51] trash trucks that we've reduced it,
[03:53] we can pull land, turn around, and on their lock,
[03:55] back after their dumpster.
[03:59] Their lock was really full, maybe 25% of the time.
[04:02] We would have to stop on Steve Holmes, back in all of Steve Holmes,
[04:06] onto snack attacks, property to get their dumpster.
[04:11] With our new morning struck, there's
[04:13] an all-uring thrust to turn around on their property.
[04:17] With it being in front of, we have to pull in, don't hurt trash,
[04:21] and then back back out on the Steve Holmes.
[04:25] We think that is an accident where you should have.
[04:29] So our proposal was, since harvest bank owns the property,
[04:35] right, less than snack attack, which in this picture,
[04:38] which is just area, this is snack attacks building.
[04:43] This is harvest 18 elements on Steve Holmes, the red right here.
[04:49] This is a route derived that is fuel there.
[04:52] It used to be the lead.
[04:54] The agent seemed to get what's in the very house.
[04:56] It was sitting right here,
[04:57] sure must have you remember that house.
[04:59] We have got with harvest, they have agreed to allow solid waste
[05:04] to drive in on this lock.
[05:07] That's already rocked.
[05:08] I mean, we might have to put a little bit of rock,
[05:10] regular with a red dumpster is, we might have read
[05:13] so you can see it a little bit.
[05:15] It will actually tell you to put a little closer to the building there
[05:19] and we'll be out quite as much on the property.
[05:22] Argus has agreed to allow us to use the property there.
[05:28] They just want a whole harmless agreement,
[05:32] so they're not allowable for anything like it's her.
[05:37] We get her trucks get to work whatever.
[05:40] And being in his drew up their agreement,
[05:43] they agreed to the document that being in drew up.
[05:50] As of yesterday evening, they noticed by me
[05:53] that they have one change that they would like made on that document.
[05:58] So we're going to ask you a little bit.
[06:00] not to just table this or to not, but we want to go ahead and talk about since it was already on the agenda.
[06:05] The one thing they want added is if in the future they sell it, I'm not really sure what,
[06:12] but they wanted to add something in there where they could sell it, and that is the only change they want made,
[06:19] but we want to make that change.
[06:21] Their legal is working on that change to be in the document that he is drafted.
[06:32] So then when you buy a property, if there is an obvious use that's already in existence,
[06:37] typically you buy the property with that understanding that that condition is in place.
[06:42] And what they're saying it sounds like they want to make sure that they can sell that property to someone
[06:48] without us asserting a right to continue to use it for this purpose.
[06:55] That would be what it sounds like.
[06:57] I was not aware of that change, but I certainly understand why they would want to do that.
[07:03] The other thing that I would add is that we also ran this by our insurance company to make sure that they were okay with what we're doing here,
[07:15] because basically, you know, they're taking on the liability that we are taking on under the whole harmless.
[07:24] And they submitted some changes which we have incorporated into the document.
[07:30] And so aside from this new item, everybody seems to be in agreement with it.
[07:38] So Ben, those changes that you just referred to from our insurance company were incorporated into the version that our best is seen.
[07:45] So they've already agreed with it.
[07:49] Our best is already approved it and then we submitted it to the insurance but then apparently our best thought of this other issue with it.
[07:57] Like I say, it does make sense to me.
[08:00] Yeah.
[08:01] Okay.
[08:04] Kevin, is there any other concerns that you would have?
[08:07] I mean, obviously it gets sold in the future.
[08:10] We can't use that as a round of access.
[08:15] We have to come up with another solution.
[08:17] Is that where their dumpster currently is?
[08:19] Yeah.
[08:20] Their dumpster is currently on this other side of their walk.
[08:23] Okay.
[08:24] Over here, you can't sit in the picture, it's right back.
[08:26] Right here is the top of their, right here is the top of their awning.
[08:30] You can stay in the top of the awning.
[08:32] It is on this side of the awning.
[08:33] The awning where the gasp up is also correct.
[08:36] It's over in the northeastern corner of their walk.
[08:39] Just where the dumpster.
[08:40] And the building running to the right is the hotel.
[08:43] Yeah.
[08:44] Yeah.
[08:45] This is the hotel.
[08:46] Well, stay blank.
[08:47] Just down here.
[08:50] Are you going to be using their drive to the ATM to in and out?
[08:55] Just a little entrance right here.
[08:58] There's a circle driver.
[09:00] I mean, there's, if something in the future comes about with the way of our trucks and then they'll
[09:08] they're alive and using their drive, how's that going to happen?
[09:16] I mean, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, this part, I know would be on us because it's what,
[09:21] where they'll arrive at us using it.
[09:23] I mean, if it's a straight, where we can kill it's us, I would assume it would be us.
[09:28] I just want us to be prepared to understand that we're dealing with not car going through an
[09:33] 18, we're dealing with a trash truck, we see what they'll do to our streets so I can only imagine that,
[09:38] I don't know what that concrete thickness is, they're right.
[09:40] I don't either.
[09:41] Is that, is that concrete that, yeah, over or do you shape that everything?
[09:46] I mean, I don't believe you, so.
[09:48] I know the portion out here is, there's a curve around here, but the curve is open, so you can drive
[09:56] it, so there would be an ocean with a curve.
[09:59] Okay.
[10:00] Well, I think Brown raised a good point to the extent that if in the future something happens,
[10:05] whoever's here at the time, hopefully there'll be some doctorate.
[10:09] Yeah.
[10:10] The fact that we acknowledge it, we probably have some responsibility there.
[10:16] So really, no action tonight, making us aware of it and then it may be on the next agenda with the revised document,
[10:26] and if being assigned off of it, it may be an individual item or maybe a consent agenda item at that point.
[10:33] Okay.
[10:34] Any other questions for Kevin?
[10:37] Okay.
[10:39] Thank you.
[10:40] All right.
[10:41] Any new business item, all right?
[10:43] You need trustee community announcements.
[10:46] I am 11 as adjourned.
[10:48] Do we have a motion to adjourn the issue, Amy?
[10:51] Like a motion.
[10:52] You're in a second?
