[00:00] All right, we'll start using the trouble.
[00:04] We're going to go into the trouble.
[00:07] We're going to go into the trouble.
[00:09] Two ladies.
[00:10] Two ladies.
[00:11] Three of them.
[00:12] We're going to have the occasion by the pastor of Apocentrum.
[00:17] Assembly Church, Mr. Fisher.
[00:18] Thank you.
[00:19] Thank you, Mr. Fisher.
[00:20] If you were, just value it.
[00:21] With me, Father, we thank you today for this gathering.
[00:24] And that we asked him to invite you into this meeting to give us our leaders, wisdom and knowledge
[00:28] and just allow them to do the business of the community as a bit of this
[00:34] to citizens.
[00:35] I'm also special pre-order for the police and the fire and first responders
[00:39] and all the civil servants that serve in this great community and even, you know,
[00:44] the citizens, less of these people that lead, guide and drag, so that we can have a nice
[00:50] safe and wonderful place to not only live, but to raise our children, grandchildren, and
[00:57] less are community and Jesus name.
[00:59] Thank you.
[01:00] Please join me in the fight.
[01:02] I would like to introduce you to the fire of the United States of America,
[01:06] to introduce you to another for which it stands.
[01:09] One nation under God in the Gospel, with a liberty and justice for all.
[01:14] Thank you.
[01:16] I have two words on the public input, and I'm scheduled personal appearances, and I want to
[01:24] to address the authority on any of the agenda items.
[01:29] There being none out of five of us can send agenda staff are asking that item six and seven
[01:36] be placed on the agenda item.
[01:38] The wording here says eight, but that's on the state.
[01:41] We're in an item eight, and also just item six and seven for the consent agenda.
[01:46] We have a motion to approve.
[01:48] And a second please.
[01:49] Second.
[01:50] Go home.
[01:51] Johnson.
[01:52] Western.
[01:54] All right.
[01:56] So?
[01:57] God.
[01:58] I can.
[01:59] For.
[02:01] All right.
[02:02] If you activate is approved management, the GreenBook.
[02:05] 4.
[02:06] Number 17 slash 18 dash 4, the ultimate Susan for phase 1 of engineering.
[02:09] Of streets of New Jersey from West Central Avenue, Main Street to Be Streep.
[02:13] North West.
[02:14] Tyler, and Alicia.
[02:16] And Sean.
[02:18] So this is for the engineering industry of the Street and the water line.
[02:24] and the water lines, and there's a little bit of sewer lines on central from Maine to
[02:30] D Street Northwest.
[02:31] And it also includes the water lines that they're there, that we have had a recent
[02:37] complaint from DQ on A Street, that they're trucking in about recently, and I mean, this
[02:41] will hopefully take care of that.
[02:42] They've had rusty water and kind of low flowing levels still isn't limits by low for us.
[02:48] And so this will hopefully, once we reach this in the air, we can go in there and put this
[02:51] in water line in.
[02:52] So this is basically from Maine to the truck route.
[02:55] That's the other way.
[02:57] I don't know.
[02:58] This is West Central.
[02:59] Yeah.
[03:00] And the important thing about this project is getting this project taken care of,
[03:04] then we can start working on the condition of the street.
[03:07] We've always held off on the street because of the poor condition of the utilities.
[03:11] And which side of the street and the line is going to be on?
[03:15] We'll talk about putting it on the,
[03:18] we'll talk about putting the water line on the north side because the power pole set on the south side.
[03:24] We're going to try to move the water line out of the street if possible and put it underneath the sidewalk.
[03:30] Protects it there. You're not going to have a phone company or somebody plow them through the water line that's under a sidewalk if it's up there.
[03:36] So at the end of the day, we have a leak on it too, they're not digging up the street or a fence.
[03:40] You got to pay on it.
[03:42] What's the treatment facility that's there on this side of the street?
[03:50] You can see that there really is very close to the sidewalk.
[03:53] That's why it's curious, but maybe I'm in a wrong location.
[03:58] All the sidewalk that I've noticed is in the right way of this.
[04:02] So we should, you've got it really wide wide where it's on the central,
[04:04] so we should have plenty of room to put the utilities back in.
[04:09] And then the sewer is in the middle of the street, and it's going to stay there,
[04:12] we're going to do in place repair, it's kind of like we did it in the other,
[04:17] the in search of form.
[04:20] I'm going to be able to board this in.
[04:22] After the, after the, after the, having been able more of you,
[04:25] I could open a chance, other things that I kind of,
[04:27] kind of what the contractor wants to do.
[04:28] Any chances water linters and equities one from the hospital would I get was a 60-years-old
[04:35] 100 years old
[04:36] I was asking the water man
[04:38] He said when he's dug down he'd never found another water line in there so probably a hundred years old
[04:43] Oh my gosh, that's
[04:50] Amazing
[04:52] This new water line last hundred years
[04:54] That is the service life for for plastic pipe plastic pipe hundred years
[05:01] The pipe that's in there if I got a service life about one five years
[05:05] We've exceeded
[05:06] We've got our men's words
[05:07] We've got our men's words
[05:10] So the cost for this is estimated to be
[05:15] $138,000
[05:17] This is the design phase
[05:20] And then once we have the design phase we'll be taking two steps
[05:23] Number one
[05:24] This and the road project these are going to be two major projects that we're getting ready for
[05:30] And all probability the water lines, sewer lines and all that would be coming from the bond issue that we proposed
[05:37] And you might I'm just as reminder you might remember before the end of the year
[05:41] We're going to be bringing you some options about being able to borrow money from the state
[05:46] Or whether or not we would have the ability to do some type of a bond issue
[05:50] So we still have to get our funding in line
[05:52] We have funding for this phase of it
[05:54] But once we have the phase and had the estimates
[05:58] We not only have to
[06:00] of glad to be there. We also have to make sure that we have the financing to do this. This could be
[06:04] a probably a couple of million dollar project. This is what we're estimates. This is not a small project.
[06:10] It's not even for the study that's in the budget. Correct. The money for the studies in the budget
[06:16] that the money for the construction would be coming from the bond issue proceeds that we've discussed.
[06:27] Questions? Other questions?
[06:29] I'll show you the proof. I'll make lunch.
[06:41] Now in this agenda now?
[06:53] I have a question.
[06:55] In the announcements?
[07:00] In the announcements?
[07:02] In the announcements?
[07:04] That is the proof.
[07:06] That is the time we see for the proof.
