[01:35] I'm Dan Sticks, looking at the world out on our
[01:44] Co-Naming, these three North East and these three South East,
[01:48] BJ Town, the Steebons, but we're taking our own
[01:50] Bervard and Proclamation, and we're going to read a short
[01:53] bio and we're going to read the Proclamation.
[01:56] We're going to take our homes, graduate in 1972 from
[02:00] my high school, there's a conversation with some of his
[02:03] conferences where Stake Chak and Hardler, Stake
[02:06] Champing in the Longjaw, and Stake Champing Basketball
[02:09] in 1972 with the record, 27,000 pre-incressive.
[02:14] Prep all-American football, point-going-back, and free
[02:17] safety is a two-time all-American in 1974, in 1975.
[02:22] As Freshman was named Sugar Bowl in VP, and 132 yards.
[02:28] Excuse me, bear with me.
[02:34] Back to give me.
[02:35] Proclamation, Declaration of Honorary Co-Naming of D-Straight
[02:40] North East and D-Straight, South East, BJ Town, to Steebons,
[02:43] Bervard, this Tinker Homes, Bervard, in the city of Miami,
[02:47] Auto County, Oklahoma.
[02:49] Whereas my report came real Johnson in my
[02:51] city council group is important to recognize
[02:54] citizens who distinguish themselves by various
[02:56] means and it might be significant contributions to our community.
[03:00] And the Miami City Council believes the tanker owns is such an individual worthy of being recognized for significant contributions to this community.
[03:08] And tanker owns is the 1972 graduate of Miami High School, where he competed in football, and tanker owns played football for the University of Oklahoma.
[03:16] And it was at two-time All-American Library Silver in 1974 and 1975.
[03:21] Tanker owns was the 1972 Sugar Bowl in B.P.
[03:25] And tanker owns went on to play six seasons with the New Orleans Act.
[03:29] Now, therefore, I'd be able to resolve that Mary-Portem, Neil Johnson, in the Miami City Council.
[03:34] Do you have my weaponized an honorary net renaming of D Street?
[03:37] Northeastern D Street, Southeastern, B.J. Tonner, to Steve Ones, Board, within the city of Miami, as tanker owns Bolevard.
[03:45] I guess we need to build them.
[03:49] Make the most superb?
[03:51] I'll second it.
[03:52] Weston.
[03:53] Hi.
[03:54] Lewis.
[03:55] I, Johnson.
[03:56] Hi.
[03:57] Jerry, Jim, don't see that coming up.
[04:00] Never back up.
[04:05] Good luck at the side of that.
[04:07] Good luck.
[04:08] I'm going to take a picture of you all the time.
[04:11] All right.
[04:34] Pretty good.
[04:36] Yeah, it's great.
[04:37] We'll pass on to take our tankers.
[04:40] Thanks for all of us.
[04:41] I'm going to be a part of this.
[04:43] I'm going to be a part of this.
[04:45] Mine, the lowest tanker.
[04:46] Yeah.
[04:47] That's not told if you would place it.
[04:48] Family appreciate you.
[04:52] Thank you, Jerry, Jim.
[04:53] Thank you for all of us.
[04:57] On the bottom of the letter, memorandum of understanding between the church and nation in the city of Miami,
[05:02] regarding the closing of certain city streets into the tribal transportation program.
[05:11] So, we received a request from the Cherokee Nation.
[05:16] This stems from the discussions that we had with them over the 1-2-5.
[05:22] Highway 125 Bridge.
[05:25] They did not realize I believe it'd be fair to say the extent of the streets that we have on their side of the river.
[05:37] And so, from that conversation, they're now asking to have many of the streets, city streets,
[05:49] put into their inventory, which doesn't guarantee us that we will be getting any money to help fix our streets on that side.
[06:00] can't happen without those being placed into the inventory.
[06:05] And so, of course, we don't know what's going to be happening with the federal budget
[06:10] here in the near future, but if you have been on some of the roads that have been dealt
[06:18] with in the county, for instance, some of the roads around the Peoria Ridge golf course,
[06:25] you can see the kind of work that they do when they fix a road.
[06:33] And so, this would be the first step for that to be able to happen here in Miami.
[06:37] Is this a, we do this every year or just a little bit?
[06:41] Now, this is the very first time we've done this.
[06:44] And as the city attorney just indicates, because we've really opened up a conversation with
[06:49] the Cherokee Nation, a fact that about one quarter of Miami is in the Cherokee Nation.
[06:56] And doing their due diligence, they recognize, and there were a lot of areas that they
[07:00] should be serving.
[07:01] So, they've taken this initiative and were grateful.
[07:05] Now, the street does not change ownership and it's still our responsibility and all that,
[07:10] but it can certainly provide some additional assistance and maintenance, and I think it's
[07:15] something we're very grateful for.
[07:16] We've got a lot of street to eat, make this.
[07:21] Oh, yes.
[07:22] It'll be a little bit of help.
[07:24] Yeah.
[07:25] Vicky, I mean, I like the most of it, but I have a second question.
[07:33] Johnson.
[07:35] Hi.
[07:36] Weston.
[07:37] Hi.
[07:38] Lewis.
[07:39] Hi.
[07:40] I'm 12, I'm New Business Dean.
[07:41] Not on this agenda.
[07:42] Ben.
[07:43] William.
[07:44] New.
[07:45] Yeah.
[07:46] Staff report.
[07:47] First staff.
[07:49] Being then, we go to the mayor council committee announcements, and I had nothing to do
[07:55] that.
[07:57] Do not.
[07:58] City manager's communication.
[07:59] Well, speaking of street maintenance, I believe that if all goes well, there'll be starting
[08:04] the micro-surfacing on Thursday.
[08:06] So, that'll be in a way.
[08:09] So, looking forward to that project.
[08:11] Also the focus site, which was the landfill that we used for the Eagle Picture Building.
[08:17] We think that's about one fourth to three quarters covered right now.
[08:21] We're still transferring some of the top soil from the spec building in the industrial park there
[08:26] to finish it out.
[08:27] And, really appreciate Chief Wallace, allowing us to use that property.
[08:31] And this is closing it out.
[08:32] So, it won't be used as a landfill any longer once this is done.
[08:36] And then, one final thing, the contractor at the old Eagle Picture area is removing the last
[08:43] of the chat.
[08:44] They even found more chat and had to do another change order, but they're out there doing that
[08:48] right now.
[08:49] And the next step is to install the well and the sun pump.
[08:53] And then, after that's taken care of, it'll be turned over to us for the splash pad.
[08:57] So, projects moving a little slower than we have.
[09:00] It's anticipated, but it is moving.
[09:02] Yeah, everything is going well there.
[09:04] So there is no risk of losing our variant.
[09:06] Now we are keeping up with the state all the time,
[09:10] and they keep us sharing us everything's okay.
[09:12] Good.
[09:13] So, that's my report.
[09:17] Well, with the risk of breaking records, we're in love here during the night.
[09:22] Make sure you join.
[09:24] Second question.
[09:25] Lewis, I question.
[09:27] I can't get used to these.
[09:29] I can't get used to these.
[09:30] Never pass.
[09:31] Don't tell them I'm not here without you.
[09:33] Yeah.
[09:34] Thank you.
[09:35] Thank you.
