[00:00] Just before we start, the question that was asked is, and then you might listen to this too.
[00:05] Is there anything I can tell you that requires a certain majority of the research?
[00:09] Okay.
[00:10] We are going to call it one of the regular meeting of the Miami specials.
[00:17] You'll feel the authority for today's date and time.
[00:19] Item two is the invocation.
[00:21] Follow the call, Crocodile Mine, from the Catholic Church here.
[00:25] Thanks for being with us in that part.
[00:29] And then you're going to the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
[00:34] God of creation.
[00:36] We begin the season of springtime with whole plant dissipation.
[00:41] Has daylight hours continued to lengthen.
[00:44] Fill our civic leaders with energy, zeal, vitality, creativity.
[00:50] In the United Vision for a plan of action that will enable all citizens
[00:55] that will enhance all citizens of this community.
[00:59] Provide all in the city of Miami with your graces, so that we willingly engage
[01:06] and carrying out caring for your creation.
[01:11] Each one of us is blessed by you with the responsibility of being a faithful steward.
[01:18] Enable and motivate each soul to willingly put the unique gifts imparted by you
[01:24] into service for the building up of your kingdom.
[01:27] As we continue our letting journey to Easter joy, we ask this in Jesus's name,
[01:33] in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
[01:38] Who's drumming the flag?
[01:40] A part of the religion is the flag of the United States of America,
[01:44] and to the Republic for which it stands.
[01:47] One nation under high, in the list of the liberty of this is for.
[01:54] I am the first public input and unscheduled personal pressures in the audience.
[02:01] It was just to address the authority on the union of the agenda.
[02:07] And being none, item five is custom agenda staff is recommending item six through eight
[02:12] for the consent agenda.
[02:13] Item ages to correction of a scrubbers error on a previous contract.
[02:19] Any questions on any of those three items?
[02:22] I entertain a motion to approve.
[02:23] Most of them.
[02:24] Second.
[02:25] Roll ball place.
[02:26] Something.
[02:27] Four step.
[02:28] Five.
[02:29] Shelf.
[02:30] All right.
[02:31] I'm nine up there on the ETC five or sort of a pilot.
[02:34] Yes sir.
[02:36] Currently they haven't seen between 925 and 75 surveys back.
[02:40] They're still going to the day to make sure there's not any new surveys.
[02:43] Check in people's IP address.
[02:45] They didn't come from the same.
[02:47] They will give us a report at the end of next week.
[02:50] We will bring kind of a preliminary.
[02:53] Other results on April 4th.
[02:56] And then April 18th will have a video conference.
[03:00] I'm talking to David about doing the video conference with ETC Institute for them to actually show their presentation on the survey results in everything that they've
[03:08] And kind of go through the report any questions for the council in the city we would have.
[03:13] But try to probably take. Yes sir.
[03:15] You said that how many back between 925 and 875?
[03:20] So they sent out 39 at 3,923 surveys.
[03:26] That's better than what they got us for the returns in the school.
[03:30] I think that's what I appreciate what they're doing this are making sure they're no duplicates anything like that so we get a good result.
[03:37] One thing I would like to also point out that we're working with Walton at this point and that is to bring fiber to all of our city facilities.
[03:45] They've approached David Ballard.
[03:48] I know David is up in the corner right now.
[03:50] I T director but also Michael Richardson when he was still working with us.
[03:55] I think some of that cost offsetting on where we already get our fiber would be a very good deal for the city number one.
[04:03] Number two we would have gigabyte both up and down which would really improve our operational.
[04:09] And then also if we do proceed then we're built what they would be doing in installing in our system.
[04:14] They'd be able to basically branch off with that if they're going to be serving people in the community as well.
[04:20] I do know that utilities especially electric utilities some of our kind of more distant areas like our airport or something.
[04:27] We may have some of our line crews hang some of the fiber optic to be able to serve some of those areas as well.
[04:33] That would all come from the budget line item that we already have for both.
[04:37] So it wouldn't really be anything that would be a problem for the budget whatsoever.
[04:41] So I think we're feeling very good about the ability to start offering gigabyte here and I think our operations will be phenomenally better if we do this and then we can start working from that.
[04:53] You said hanging.
[04:55] So those would go on.
[04:57] Yes.
[04:59] No, no, I think we just really be using our bucket trucks and using our current lines that we have right now.
[05:07] Thanks Tyler.
[05:11] Any questions for Tyler on that?
[05:13] I know we've got a lot of information coming.
[05:15] What's they want to point out that as as they finalize the report that those 925 days and 515 can change one way or a little bit because they you know that double checking all this surveys.
[05:27] I'm 10 is new business and a new business day and anyone.
[05:30] No, you're on it.
[05:31] Staff reports are in your packet.
[05:34] Any trustee community announcements on this meeting.
[05:37] I'm 13 is a German.
[05:41] We have a lot to adjourn.
[05:42] Motion does that.
